the location is still very close to the city center (YK station, jogja monument, malioboro), not quiet, but the atmosphere around the house is still quiet. there is a warmindo across the villa, after exiting the villa directly to pass by. the villa is quite complete and comfortable to visit, there is a stove, washing machine, clothesline, iron, hair dryer. towels, body lotion, shampoo & soap, toothbrush, water heater works well, air conditioning is cold, and cleaned 2x for the entire villa. it is also provided complimentary in the form of tea, coffee, instant noodles, and light cakes. the host is fast respond, friendly, & clear providing information for check in & out. def recommended.

Ibu Wuri as a homestay keeper is very friendly and helpful, fast response, give many recommendations for places, this homestay is worth every penny!

Feels like in my own home. Pretty decorated. 2 big beds with additional floor mattresses. I like the back yard. And there is a guitar too! Superb!

Our stay was very pleasant. The home itself is very modern, clean, homey, and spacious. Very recommended for family stay. It has all the necessities one could ask for. The host and caretaker were also very responsive to our inquiries.

We loved our stay at the beautiful sawah house. Surrounded by ricefields and a beautiful garden and hosted by the friendliest people. Our tourguide Budi, is more than a tourguide. He made us feel welcome and made us feel like he sincerely wanted us to have a good time. He gave us great recommendations and personalized the tour based on our interests. Great place to stay with a big family members. Complete kitchen utensils, clean bathroom and bedroom. Host was very responsive and solutive. Definitely reccomended.

I absolutely loved my stay in this charming studio, beautifully adorned with a Japanese-style decor that really made the space feel special. The room was wonderfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—from an abundance of towels to a full set of cooking ware and plenty of storage options for clothes. Great place to stay, even though the building kind of old but Wijaya's place is super modern. All utensils are available and immediately felt right at home once you enter it. If you love art you'll love this place, as it is super artsy. The location is located in a very good neighborhood with lots of stores around it.

We had a very good stay at this Airbnb! The place was perfectly equipped with everything we needed— a fully stocked kitchen, all the essentials for the bathroom, and even an extra table, making it super convenient. Nothing was missing! Communication with the host was seamless; they were always available and easy to reach. The location was great, with easy scooter access to all amenities and the best spots in Yogyakarta. The building itself has a swimming pool and gym, the access is included in the stay. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Yogyakarta!

Peaceful surroundings. The location is perfect as it is near to everywhere. The unit's size is ok, not too small, not too big. For studio sized apartment, it is sufficient for 2 guests. The only minus was the jet shower leaked.
