Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Newport Beach

A beautiful oasis setting, in the trees. Wonderful western aspect offering evening opportunities to sit on the balcony and watch the sudnown. Easy 2 minute drive to Avoca beach. Really well set up kitchen with double cooktop and oven. Great communication from Janine and Henk.

Wildwood is in a beautiful bush setting. So peaceful with just the sounds of nature and all the window have screens so you get a lovely flow of air through the house. A very comfortable stay.

10/10 highly recommend and would stay there again. Fully stocked with lots of games and activities for both kids and adults. We experienced both sunny and rainy days, where we were either at the beach or in Michelle's pool, or indoors playing pool or board games. House was very clean and had space for everyone, including our dog. Umina shops were close by, and the beach was walking distance. Michelle's house is beautiful and homey, we felt comfortable and right at home. Thanks for having us!

Jess and Jonas are exceptional hosts, so lovely to deal with. The home is perfect. It’s inquire feature make the stay fun while the stunning bathrooms, kitchen and pool have the luxury inclusions. Walking 10mins up the beach to Copacabana shops for coffee was a great way to start the day - highly recommend a family stay here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Villa Pandanus. The terrace was a wonderful area to relax and enjoy meals, the view was wonderful and we were amongst the tree canopies. We also appreciated the range of condiments etc., that were available for use. The bedrooms were private and lovely and quiet with a very comfortable living area upstairs. Would definitely recommend to friends as a very enjoyable stay.

Had a great time staying at Amr's place. Short walk to the beach, and the house is nice and spacious. One day it rained so we just stayed indoors but it was still fun to cook and play board games by the fire.

Great space for a family. We had a fabulous time together. Pool and BBQ facilities are a great addition. There was space to play board games and start a 1000 piece puzzle on separate tables indoors. Fab outdoor area undercover to have dinner. Peaceful and private outdoor retreat area off the master. Walk to local beach and also discovered a fantastic National Park headland walk, all the way to Toowoon Beach. One of the highlights of our trip! Thank you Melissa for being a responsive host prior to our arrival making it easy to book, ask questions and settle in quickly on arrival.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Tim and Nicole’s. All appliances and amenities were top of the range ! Every amenities we could think of were provided, even exceeding our expectations. Not to mention the stunning beach view from the balcony. Many thanks to Tim and Nicole for the awesome beach house. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to book.

We absolutely loved our stay at this incredible penthouse apartment! It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Located on a quiet street opposite a beautiful park, it was also just a short stroll to fantastic cafés and, the best pies around! Access was simple and secure, with a convenient code entry system leading to off-street, secure parking. The elevator took us to the second floor, where we entered through a small, private courtyard into the apartment itself. We used two of the three bedrooms, both of which were well-stocked with plenty of fresh linens and towels. The two full bathrooms were modern and spotless, and the kitchen and lounge area provided the perfect space to cook, relax, and unwind. The apartment was wonderfully quiet, offering far more space and value than what you might find in Manly for the same price. The management team was excellent—helpful, responsive, and welcoming. We can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Honestly, the place perhaps is the best accommodation you can get n that area. Loved it had a fabulous stay.

Elise was a wonderful and very attentive host, going the extra mile to make us feel at home. Her home is beautifully situated only 4 mins from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book with her again.

Felicia's apartment is superb, beautifully furnished and arty. the location is great, with Kings Cross station close by and walkable to the Botanical gardens and CBD. The pool is great to come back to. Felicia and Murray are great hosts, friendly and instantly communicative. We are pleased we are returning in 3 weeks!

Marisa's beautiful apartment is across the road from one of Sydney's most lovely harbor beaches. Marisa is a dream host, providing everything we needed and full of good suggestions for a perfect stay. I highly recommend!

We were so prepared for this trip to Sydney and we were so lucky that we had found this accomodation by air Bnb which met all Our expectations and with the information we had been given by hotelesque. It was an apartment that was perfectly situated between Bellevue Hills and Rosebay with a close access to the Ferry into circular quai and all other communications with buses and trains to get around. We had a spacious apartment with two big king size beds and one bed of a Sofa. It was well equipped apartment so we could coolk every night and we chose to go out and Dine two nights of 11.We considered that we were staying in a high Class area with a healthy and good socioeconomical standard . We were close to Bono beach and Junction. . We could easily walk to the beach of Bondi which was the best thing of the stay . The parking opportunities at O’Sullivan street were excellent !! I. It was such a pleasure to stay at Bryan’s villa, we get to enjoy the sunbath each day at the private beach, the water is extremely clear and beautiful. Water taxi just one call away very convenient if we need groceries. The villa is clean with all basic supplies we needed. We had an amazing chillax stay to cleanse our year end stress. Bryan is very responsive and had kindly provided very detailed information to help our check in and stay much smoother, a lot less stressful!

We had a great stay at Lily‘s place. The children loved the pool and enjoyed the spacious grounds. There were plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery. The beaches and walking tracks were close by car.

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

Great property in ideal location - plenty of undercover entertaining space and exceptionally well appointed throughout. Jacuzzi and fireplace complement outdoor entertaining options. Excellent host (Carla) was responsive, helpful and added to the experience. Would highly recommend.

Stayed with a group of friends for the weekend. The house is amazing and creates the perfect space for entertaining both inside and outside - the view from the deck is amazing. The rooms were all comfortable and plenty of space. Location was amazing too right by the beach and walking tracks nearby. Two dishwashers was a massive plus too! Overall we loved it and 5 stars! Strongly recommend.

We stayed at Nicola’s place for five nights and we had the best time. The area is so peaceful and beautiful and it was the absolute best kitted out Airbnb. Everything we could have wanted was provided. We made use of all the beach gear everyday - snorkels, paddle boards, fishing rods you name it! It was also easy to feed 9 of us as the kitchen and bbq area was so well set up. It was also terrific for the kids as there were so many games and activities for them to do thanks to Nicole and David. We will definitely be back and recommending this gem to our friends and family.
