Waterfront vacation rentals in Newfound Lake

Comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Heidi's was exactly what we expected and good value. The views in pretty much every direction from her home are just stunning this fall and we loved stepping outside each morning by quiet Opechee Lake. Our Labrador had a great time too with lots of space to run around.

The place was spotless and Valorie was very communicative. The view of the river is beautiful and I appreciated the parking spot right in front of the apartment. The apartment is split level with the bedrooms downstairs (and a toilet and sink) and the main bath, kitchen and living area upstairs. It worked out great for me and 2 teenage kids.

A perfect little space in a perfect location. We had all of the amenities that we needed and a beautiful view. We can’t wait to go back!

We visited to ski over the weekend and Scott and Jennifer’s place was perfect! About 25min to Loon, a nice little restaurant about 30sec up the street, all in all a great weekend. We arrived late at night so it would’ve been difficult to find which unit was theirs had they not had sent concise instructions. They even waited up for us to arrive and welcome us in! Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Cozy, clean apartment within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Wine and toiletries were an extra nice extra touch! Great communication!

Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

We were two couples and enjoyed our stay at the lodge. It is well organized and located in a beautiful setup on the lake. A relatively short 30 minutes drive allowed us easy access to the white Mountains attractions. Vanessa was proactive on closing the open space above the bedroom doors just before we came - so this issue as reported in some other reviews has gone away… in short - highly recommended!

Rose and Mike’s Lake house was the perfect place for our large family gathering…The setting is absolutely gorgeous. Linens are provided for an additional fee, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was modern and well equipped. We loved downtown Meredith, only a 5 minute drive away , or a beautiful scenic walk. We had a wonderful time!

Fantastic spot. We stayed in the fall. It was quiet on the lake. We enjoyed SUPing and Kayaking. Was happy to find “one earth” natural grocer up the road a bit. We enjoyed a fire in the wood stove every night. The Loons were a special treat too. It is steep and lots of stairs to the water but worth the climb. :) Lea was so accommodating and responded immediately to every inquiry. Hoping to book again next fall!

Loved the space. Was cozy clean and Steven was very responsive. He supplied us with extra small kitchen appliances when asked and was always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay welcoming. We made smores out by the fire. Played endless games of air hockey and made trays of Christmas cookies! Thank you Steven and family for a wonderful Christmas celebration in Laconia NH! The Halls!

Karen gets a 10 for her communications with us and responses to requests! She is a wonderful host! As far as the house is concerned, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Easy to walk to everything Alton, even in the snow! We were able to watch the planes land on the ice of Alton Bay right from the windows while being nice and warm (it was 8 degrees outside). Home is beautifully furnished with everything you need and not a lot of clutter. Thank you, Karen! We hope to visit again!

I had an incredible stay in Stephen place! The place exceeded all my expectations. The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to sunday river. The host was exceptionally welcoming, quick to respond, and provided great local recommendations that made my trip even more special. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Maine

Chris and Erica were the perfect hosts! My group and I had such a fantastic time together, and much of it was because of their hosting prowess. They were very helpful and responsive--before the trip and during. When we had a problem with the hot tub, Chris came up himself to fix it, and he was very respectful of our privacy while doing it! The house was great, too. Clean, large, and all the amenities you'd need... Really everything we could have asked for!

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place again, and will for sure come back. Her place is nice and clean and she is very responsive.

Super cute space on the lake. Not much to do in winter months, but we will definitely come back in the summer. Super cozy, worth the trip for some relaxation

House keeper was so appreciative that we followed the directions and actually cleaned up after ourselves. We only stayed 1 night and although it was a pain to get everything done, we did. Kitchen chairs should be replaced not very sturdy. Over all there were 4 of us, we were comfortable, warm and enjoyed what the space and property had to offer. Close to everything and stunning views! Tip the house keeper she’s wonderful and does a great job.

Lisa’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location, very clean and comfortable. Perfect for taking in all the nearby activities.

Can't say enough wonderful things about this condo! Beautiful setting three quick minutes from Loon. Roberta's instructions were clear and the property was exactly as described and immaculate. It's clear that this property is well cared for. It was great to come back after a long day of skiing and relax by the fire. Would definitely rent again.

This was the perfect condo for our NH getaway. We loved the beautiful location, with a gorgeous view of the mountains and river. It was so cozy inside and the fireplace was perfect. Trish had everything you needed to feel comfortable and at home. The condo was very clean and we loved the modern updates that were done throughout. It’s also very close to Loon Mountain and to the downtown Lincoln area with plenty of food options! Trish was also very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome location! Me and my family visited the ice castles. Couldn’t have stayed at a better spot. The room was pristine clean with the exact mountain esthetic to put us in the mood for winter activities. From the hot tub and pool to the arcade and grand room fire place! The host was great at communicating the check in process , making sure we had everything we needed, and the details for check out. Thank you for having coffee and water there after our long trip. Can’t wait to come back!
