The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

We stayed at The Curate's Quarters over Christmas and had such a lovely time. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed and very cosy - arriving after dark to find a lit Christmas tree was a wonderful surprise and instantly made us feel at home. The location is outstanding - a few minutes' walk to all of the main attractions, shops and restaurants whilst being so peaceful and secluded at the same time - such a rare combination. Thanks for a wonderful Christmas break we will never forget!

2nd stay at this property. Lovely host, super accommodating and when asked for a later check out, Vanda was quick to respond and accept. Lovely property for a weekend away or even a longer stay! Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. It was just a one night stay whilst we were attending an event nearby lovely and warm on arrival immaculately clean and comfortable beds.

We were visiting friends in Nottingham and needed a place for one night before the long drive back down south. Excellent location, lovely quiet area! Lovely flat; private, clean, modern, everything we needed! We will definitely be recommending and stay here again!

The house was amazing, exactly as described, me and my partner really enjoyed our stay and the fact we could have our dog there made it even better! The balcony with spa and tv were everything we could have asked for! Definitely recommending and will hopefully be back some time soon

I loved this little place. Very homely yet classy and perfect for a couple. 10 minutes walk from the city and the train station really so super close and convenient. It is downstairs so definitely need to be able to go up and down stairs but there's only like 7 steps, they're just old fashioned :) I would highly recommend this little place to anyone visiting Nottingham!

We stayed for a few days and felt right at home. Communication with our host was quick, easy, and helpful. Loved the car park spot and the ease to get inside without having to deal with stairs. The home was clean and comfortable, including the beds. The only thing I would make note of is the couches could use an upholstery clean, but have blankets to cover them so I wasn’t too put off by it. Would stay again 👌🏻

Beautiful relaxing night spent at this beautiful home.. Everything g you could need and want. Even had ballon’s on arrival for my son’s birthday.

We needed something close to Lincoln centre for visiting family last minute. The location is great, 10 minutes walk to the centre. It’s not in the nicest part of Lincoln which I didn’t know at the time of booking with my limited knowledge of the area but once inside, the house is lovely, decor is gorgeous and modern. It was very cosy and absolutely worth the price we paid. My two children did experience issues with the beds which collapsed when they were asleep and we needed to fix. The neighbours also played music quite loud on Sunday night which wasn’t the best when trying to get two little boys to sleep but that’s not the hosts fault. We would definitely come back to stay as it’s very nice inside and exactly what we needed. Thank you Kelly.

We stayed as a group of 7 friends for a long weekend. The main thing for us was a decent space where we could relax and catch up, and the living room was perfect in terms of size and seating. The centre of Nottingham is a short drive away and there’s several large supermarkets close by. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

The house was lovely, just as described. Had everything you needed. Beds were super comfy. Nice and quiet at night. Only a short walk into the city centre. Had parking on street outside (city centre would have been difficult and even a few roads down was permit only) therefore very convenient. We would fully recommend. Thank you for a great stay. We had a wonderful time staying in Phill's beautiful apartment. Particularly appreciated the warm, friendly welcome from Phill and comfortable bedrooms. Perfect location too - walkable to city centre but tucked away in the lovely, peaceful Park Estate. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect place to visit Southwell and surrounding area, just a short stroll to the centre. Home from home , spotless, comfortable furnishings and warm and cosy. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet watching the birds and squirrels in the garden. Kim goes above and beyond leaving milk, bread and eggs a lovely touch. Easy entry with good description and photos.Will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay. The flat is a perfect base for exploring the nearby forest. It was warm and cosy and had everything we needed. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance, as well as a co-op and bakery. Sarah and Paul are great hosts.

The placê is beautiful, close to city centre, Christina and the co-host were extremly responsive and very thaughtful. We recommend the place 100%!

Lovely peaceful venue, but be sure you follow James and Shani's directions, not your satnav, because my definitely tried to send me the wrong way! Very quiet and nicely appointed space, perfect for my needs.
