Villa vacation rentals in New Smyrna Beach

Excellent hosts they were very nice to help us out when we realized we needed the studio also at last minute .the house and studio are very nice also very clean one of the best we’ve stayed in and we stay in an Airbnb almost every week

2min walk to the beach, amazing location if you want to check out Daytona beach, Daytona raceway, and New Smyrna beach.

This home had everything we needed and more. I loved being able to do laundry, the fully stocked kitchen and the adjustable bed. There were roses when we arrived, very sweet. Jims water heater leaked during our stay and he had it taken care of right away, responsive and friendly host. This neighborhood is one where my grandma would feel safe, unlike the historic area of Sanford where we stayed previously. I wish we had stayed here our full trip.

The home and host were both great. They have to charge what they do to keep the riiffraff out. It is a smart home w/ all the amenities you need. The elevator was helpful. I blew a circuit. She let us know immediately where the circuit breaker was. The alarm wouldn’t stop beeping. She had a tech out right away. She accommodated us with check in and out based on our flights. And luckily we were out of storm Debbie’s way! It was a great place to unwind and I am impressed how well we were able to unplug from work. We would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Donna's house was a great fit for our family. It was very nice having a pool to relax in, and the backyard is beautiful. The house was comfortable and clean.

Anytime we had questions, he was incredibly responsive and even went out of his way to assist us, ensuring we had everything we needed. If you want to stay in a location walkable to restaurants, breweries and coffee shops this is perfect! We were 15 minutes from the Boombah Sportsplex which was also perfect for our stay!

We had a lovely stay at Dalla’s place. The condo had everything we needed for our family vacation. There were beach chairs and even a wagon to take it to the beach across the street. Kitchen had all appliances so we could cook a few nights. We would definitely return back for another vacation in summer :) what a lovely place right across the ocean and so many things to do near by!

Perfect patio and little ocean view! Our group of 7 enjoyed all the amenities, plenty of beachgear, and comfortable beds. Thankful for such wonderful hospitality and decor!

David and Carmen are amazing hosts and very friendly. They are thoughtful and we really enjoyed staying in their beautiful home a short walk away from the beach. Great stay!
