Family-friendly vacation rentals in New River

The house was perfect. After a long day of hiking it was lovely to get home shower off and get into the hot tub. Hermant was the perfect host, kind, responsive, and the house was exactly as described.

Great place could use a deep vacuum under beds by bathroom. More comfy beds in bunk bed room for adults slept there. Stay was great place , close to things. Would stay again. Thank you Tyler for everything .

No surprises which is exactly what we were hoping for. The house was clean and plenty of nice distractions for the kids. Instructions for the pool/hot tub are a little intimidating but once we figured it out it was all good.

Clean and bigger in person. Everything you could think of was provided to assist cooking a meal in the kitchen, shower and get a good nights rest. Great place to hang outside with the family or have game night inside. We enjoyed the pool table and corn hole and slept really well at night. We would stay again.

We had an amazing stay. The house was as described and had everything you could possibly need. The host was very responsive to the few questions we had. The pool and outdoor space is amazing! Highly recommended.

Our golf foursome thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Evelyn's home. We loved that we each had our own bathroom. Pool/spa area is really nice, too, as is the entire home. Evelyn is a great host.

Paul’s place was lovely and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and has a grocery store and restaurants close by you could walk to on a nice day as well. I would definitely keep this on my list as a location to stay again when we’re in town.

Had a great stay and Iren’s instructions were clear so we didn’t have any questions. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The heated pools were great since we were there in February when it was a little cooler outside. Definitely would stay here again!

Excellent experience! Very comfortable and fully equipped place. We loved that it was pet friendly.. our dog loved running around in the backyard. For the couple of questions that I had, David was very responsive, helpful and understanding. Definitely recommend this place. Ree

Amanda's place was amazing for myself and our family. it is easily accessible and that huge back yard was a plus for us with our fur babies. I would recommend Amanda's place to others with pets. we hope to stay again when we come back to Phoenix.

How often have we read the description "fully stocked kitchen" in a listing only to find one dull knife and a rusty pan. Not Wendy's place! Her kitchen was truly stocked with all the quality pots and pans and knives that we needed to cook like pros. The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft and of a high quality. The proximity to the canal for morning walks and all the fine dining of Scottsdale made Wendy's the perfect place for us. Will definitely return. Pro tip: you can walk the Canal Trail literally to the back door of Olive & Ivy where you can reward yourself with some flatbread and a bottle of wine.

Phil and Peggy’s casita is the best option in the Phoenix area. They provided nice add ons like shampoo/body wash, clothes hangers, plenty of coffee with creamers and wine! We thoroughly enjoyed their space and was a great jumping off point for Tempe

The place was as described. Victoria had many extras to make your stay more comfortable. Her place was conveniently located, but in a quiet neighborhood close to many stores, shopping and experiences. The extra bathroom amenities were a pleasant surprise. We all felt the beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets available. Kitchen was well stocked with needed items and utensils. If we travel back to this area of Arizona would definitely stay again.

The Casita suited us to a tee. Just the right amount of everything. Privacy wall allowed our small dod access to the outside. Very comfortable. Hosts were wonderful.

We liked the location, close to public transportation and restaurants. We felt safe walking at night.

Kevin was a great proactive host. Property was in a great location that was walkable with nice views of the lake properties. Restaurants & grocery stores are in close proximity to house.

The place was great! Lots of space and rooms in the home for our family of 5. The backyard was very spacious and relaxing. The outdoor cooking area was fantastic. Bradley was very responsive and answered all questions etc. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to vacay in Phoenix! Thank you Bradley!

The photos don't do this home justice! The home is everything described and then some! Christians responsiveness is bar none! The amenities of the home are fantastic! THE PIZZA OVEN, talk about an added bonus! My family was comfortable, felt safe, and enjoyed our stay! Beds were super comfy. It was great for us noetheasterners to be able to swim in a nice and warm pool during what is out normally coldest time of the year. Close to supermarkets, stores, and restaurants and the neighborhood is nice for a long walk. The neighbors are nice we enjoyed sitting in the back; as neighbors rode by on their pontoon boats we always kid a friendly wave and little funny chats! We would recommend this home over and over and with any luck the next time I visit this area this home will be available!

This was a great location and the home was very clean and very updated. The beds were comfortable, the amenities were as advertised. The pool was great and it was very relaxing and enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay and will return. Thanks.

We had a wonderful stay at James place. The home was very clean and fully furnished with everything we needed. We did need to communicate with Hames during our stay and he was very responsive and handled all our concerns in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Becky and Kelly are simply the best. This is our 2nd year and they are so thoughtful and responsive. While we had very few issues in the 2 months we were there, when we did need something Becky responded in minutes! We love the location and walk to old Town Scottsdale all the time. The neighborhood is very quiet with friendly neighbors. We are already working on plans to return in 2026 and will definitely try to stay at this property.

We have stayed here several times and have always had a great time. Nikki is a great host who is always quick to respond and helpful with any concerns or issues. Highly, highly recommend!!
