Vonn was super sweet and very accommodating throughout our stay. We booked last minute but she treated us as if she had been expecting us for weeks. She even went out of her way to talk to our taxi driver and give him the instructions on how to get to the house. The house is exactly as it shows in the pictures, super clean, and cozy. It is off of the main road so it was hard for us to spot it. This really made our stay delightful and it is close by to everything on the island you would want to get to.

Great great location! Precious and her daughter were wonderful! Close to everything .. gorgeous beach 1 minute walk! Watched the sunset there every night! Grocery store 1 block away. Super easy to catch the bus right in front of suite! Island time is real. We had such a great stay. Heads up. Make sure and request the king bed if that’s what you are after! It’s only on special request. I would definitely recommend Precious’ place to anyone visiting the Bahamas. Until next time !

This is the best AIRBNB rental I have ever had. Both the hosts are highly attentive and friendly. Myself and my family have enjoyed being on the property and their excellent hospitality. Both the hosts and their nice apartment is highly recommended. I would love to stay at the same place on any of our future trips to Nassau.

Eddie was an incredible host who treated us as though we were family. He had amazing suggestions for things to do and places to see and hooked us up with an amazing driver who took care of us. The spot is peaceful, away from the more chaotic part of Nassau but super easy to drive around. It was a magical stay and Eddie is very much responsible for how great a time we had ! We hope to come back.

Our family had a lovely vacation at Shawn’s place. The house is beautiful and the area is lovely. Enjoyed waking up to the beautiful sunrises and taking walk along the shore, the area residents were so polite and the area felt safe at all times. Shawn was also very accessible to us whenever we had a question or needed anything. Highly recommended his place!

I have been using Airbnb's for so many years I cannot count and I stay at the best of the best. This is by far the best experience I have ever had. First of all, Opal and Kevin are the best. They live on the property that is attached to the house, but has a totally separate entrance, but you will not even know that they are there. Until....you come home at night and all of the tiki torches are lit around the HUGE pool area. And when you find a ton of beer and flavored seltzers on the counter for you. Their hospitality was bar none....the best I have ever experienced. We did catch Kevin one night and chatted with him for quite awhile. The coolest people and we ended up inviting them to our group dinner at Travelers by the Sea, which is a 2 minute drive and some of the best food and right across from the ocean. Live music on Fridays and Karaoke on Saturdays. Then the last night we were there we had a party by the pool and asked them to join us. Great big house and pool area.

We spent Christmas in the Bahamas at Juanita’s place. Great location close to the airport and short drive to downtown and Paradise island Lots of restaurants and grocery store around The beach was a short walk away Bahamar resort was also a walk away The home and amenities were very comfortable We overall enjoyed our stay here Juanita was also very helpful with getting us numbers for cabs since the rental company did not have our reserved car

The Villa and cottage was beautiful and spacious! Room for the entire family and spectacular sunrises over the ocean from the patio of both houses. Definitely recommend and without a question book again!!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Mavis was a amazing host. She was very responsive and gave us so many tips on beaches, restaurants, shopping and more. She assisted with rental services and transportation to and from the airport. She was so helpful and very welcoming. We would 100% stay here again. Mavis thank you again so much for the everything. The boys loves their t-shirts. The ladies are looking forward for January 2024.

It's a really awesome stay, for those that want to be close to everything such as the fish fry and down town area. Also its gated and located in a safe environment. Overall it's a really nice place to stay and I would recommend to anyone to give it a try.
