Vacation rentals with a fire pit in New Milford

Great house in the woods. Had everything we needed. Will look to rent again next year for our yearly hockey tournament.

We had a wonderful stay. College friends coming together, the place accommodated us well for sleeping and hanging out. We cooked our own dinner and found all the utensils we needed. We also used the outside grill which was easy to use and great! Jennifer’s place is clear of clutter and has you feeling right at home. I personally loved the more natural body soaps and hand soaps available for us to use. It was a small touch that was really appreciated. This space is well thought out; from helpful automatic lights in the bathrooms to well labeled light switches. We would definitely go back to this home. Thank you!

Elizabeth and Vinny were amazing hosts. Their eye for mid-century modern furniture and tasteful decore drew us to book the house. Every corner has been carefully curated to make the guest feel welcomed and taken cared of. Will definitely recommend and most importantly definitely stay again!

My son and I visited a school nearby and the property was great fit for us - only 10 minutes from the school and hockey rink, exactly what we needed.

Paula's home was the perfect weekend getaway for my family, and the only thing better than the location was the weather. We were able to enjoy the beautiful lakefront and walk around the neighborhood as well as enjoy all the sights to see in the neighboring town. The house was spacious enough to relax while also having fun and making new memories. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful location and the place looked even better than the photos. Very private and just the right distance away from stores & restaurants. Very good instructions for the wood stove and the radiant floor heating system (which was awesome to a person who suffers with cold feet!). Had a snow storm our first night there and the driveway was plowed first thing without having to ask about it. Looking forward to visiting again.

We had a great time. Cute place with responsive hosts. Super close to Kingston and easy to explore other nearby towns such as Hudson and Woodstock.

It's a lovely apartment that was very clean quite spacious and comfortable. Just a short minute or two drive to a few restaurants and to Daryl's house. We had a great time!

Molly's place was GREAT--a total gem for the area. The vibe and layout of the space was sunny, peaceful, and super welcoming. Easily one of my favorite AirBnB's ever--we will definitely be back! The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole apartment felt spacious and roomy, yet cozy. The backyard area is gorgeous! Even though the house is right on main street, the sound isolation was great and we slept well every night we were there (the most comfortable bed EVER also helped). We miss this place already!!

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

Located close to a highway exit, finding the place was easy. Large enough parking spot for an SUV as well. Unit was clean, well furnished, with a lot of pleasant to find amenities, like protein and granola bars and water, which helped since we arrived from a drive. The bed was a king and although my girlfriend and I usually frown upon foam mattresses it was the most comfortable one we have slept on. As the bottom floor unit you will hear some noise like footsteps from above, but it is never too loud and unless you have only spent time in single family homes, it’s not out of the ordinary. I will look to stay again if I ever have a trip to CT. New Britain is pretty close to the middle of the state which is a huge plus. Host is also communicative and helpful.

This was our third stay at this Little haven by the woods, and it was perfect, as always. Such a cozy little garden apartment that has everything we need. We especially enjoy the huge park practically right outside our door and went hiking there with our dog every morning. The apartment is in the perfect location, close to the train station to NYC, as well as many of the nearby hiking trails, breweries, and shopping in the Hudson River Valley. We can't wait to return!

What a delightful cabin! The WiFi and heating instructions were clearly provided, making our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including pots, pans, can and wine openers, a coffee maker, and a kettle. We received a wealth of helpful information about the area, including grocery options and local activities, about a week prior to our arrival. Additionally, a timely weather tip was shared just a day or two before we left. The hosts communicated excellently, responding promptly even on Christmas Eve.

A perfect way to disconnect and find peace. I wish I knew about Sticks and Stones sooner. The location is perfectly tucked away in the woods, with beautiful views and lots to explore. The staff are very friendly and easy to get ahold of if needed. I cant wait to spend another weekend at Sticks and Stones in the near future!

We booked Jordyn’s cabin in search of a quiet place to rest and relax over the holidays, and her home certainly delivered! The cabin is cozy, and the surroundings are beautiful and serene. From falling asleep to the sound of the creek to relaxing by the fire, it was exactly what we needed. In addition to the cabin being spotless, Jordyn is responsive, proactive, and provided clear directions on how to access the cabin and use the indoor fireplace and outdoor wood-fired hot tub. We’d recommend the cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Thank you, Jordyn!

The house was charming. There is a warm cozy feeling inside. The bed was comfortable. The fireplace gives extra coziness. When we were there everything was covered in snow and the stream outside was almost completely frozen which gave the whole house a magical fealling. It is very close to the main road so you can hear the cars pass by every now and then but that was clearly mentioned beforehand. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets. All in all, this is a perfect Airbnb for a romantic vacation. We highly recommend it.

A great get-away. Super comfortable, just as advertised, and with an incredibly stocked kitchen. Our dog had a blast romping in the yard, and my wife and I are already talking about going back in the summer. We loved it.

Had a lovely weekend getaway here with my fiancé. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. And while you can see other houses from the property, it didn’t really affect our sense of privacy. Everything was very cozy, and clean, and well stocked with all the basics. Bed was also very comfy! Would recommend!

Loved our stay. Was very cozy. Wish we had more time. Was perfectly placed between Saugerties and Woodstock. New experience using the incinerating toilet but appreciated for a glamping type experience having a private toilet connected to the cabin. Would definitely come again.
