Vacation rentals with a hot tub in New Haven County

Great place to stay. The host provided all necessary details for our stay. There was a snow storm that came in the night before we checked out. They had snow removal done before we check out.

The house and separate 'Play room" was a perfect fit for our family of 8. Ricky was quite accommodating when communicating about our family's need for seating and tableware for Thanksgiving. There was a problem getting heat in the bedrooms and he had a team over the next day to fix it, as well as having someone drop off more blankets "just in case". We really appreciated the quick response to an unpredictable problem. Just one piece of advice - bring earplugs because the walls between some of the bedrooms are fairly thin. Overall, a great stay!

We enjoyed exploring the area and great dining options nearby. The hot tub was relaxing. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Emil was very responsive and I highly recommend this beautiful property!

Jenny's house was a peaceful getaway from the city for us! We enjoyed the big, beautiful kitchen and outdoor dining set-up, and had plenty of space for 4 grown-ups and an active toddler. The living spaces were comfortable and well designed. Quick drive into Guilford and also to Madison. Jenny was also very responsive, helpful and friendly.

Our stay at Matthew’s place was wonderful. The location is so close to the beach, it sort of feels like you’re on a boat! Lots of space, light, and comfy furniture. The hot tub was excellent for a winter getaway. Matthew was also very communicative and welcoming. Would definitely book again!

Great place to stay for a new years celebration with 9 adults and 5 kids! Plenty of room for the children and all the families to stay!

Booked this home for Valentine’s Day weekend. My partner and I had a wonderful time. The home was clean, warm, the hot tub was great, and the views are fun. Thankful for the local recommendations, we went to La Catrina for really good mexican foods and Walnut Beach Coffee House for our morning coffee fix.

Absolutely wonderful Airbnb. It was the perfect space for our family to stay over Christmas. Every detail was well thought out. They even left us wine and chocolate! I loved this place and we will stay here when we come back to visit family.

What a beautiful, serene, relaxing spectacular setting! We've been to many Airbnb's but Natalie's place really stood out. The house was so well decorated, well stocked with every thoughtful amenity you can think of which helped create such a welcoming feeling. Everything was impeccably clean and comfortable. There's nothing quite like going to sleep with the sound of the Brooks that run through the property and nature humming away in the background and then waking up and realizing it wasn't a dream and you proceed to sit on a porch right next to the brook to eat breakfast. Another porch up by the incredibly spacious and beautiful master bedroom suite is situated with a masterful view of sunset and a pond (which during the day we kayaked in with our kids with kayaks provided). The pool is unique and so impressively designed and landscaped to blend into the surrounding woods. My kids enjoyed the well kept tennis court. Natalie was incredibly responsive, welcoming and courteous.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay! The home and surroundings were beautiful, everything was extremely clean and organized, our host was wonderful! We absolutely loved the tea ceremony! It was very educational! We will definitely stay here again when we return to New Haven!

Our bookclub rented Patty’s place for a girl’s long weekend. The place was even more beautiful in person. We had a great time relaxing which was enhanced by the beautiful atmosphere. This was our first time to New Haven, and the location of the Airbnb was perfect. The downtown was accessible with a short drive and the neighborhood was very peaceful. We all agreed this was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed.

We cannot thank Dan enough for making our wedding weekend so special. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness that immediately put us at ease. We were both overwhelmed with wedding plans and details, but Dan's calm and welcoming presence made all the difference. He took the time to show us around the space and genuinely made us feel at home. The property itself is absolutely stunning—beyond our expectations! The aesthetic is so beautiful, and it perfectly set the tone for our wedding weekend. Not only did it offer us the perfect space to relax before the big day, but it also accommodated our wedding party beautifully. Every corner of the home is thoughtfully designed and so comfortable, making it a place where we could unwind and feel at ease.
