Vacation rentals with a hot tub in New Haven County

We had a wonderful stay and the host was very helpful.

The house and separate 'Play room" was a perfect fit for our family of 8. Ricky was quite accommodating when communicating about our family's need for seating and tableware for Thanksgiving. There was a problem getting heat in the bedrooms and he had a team over the next day to fix it, as well as having someone drop off more blankets "just in case". We really appreciated the quick response to an unpredictable problem. Just one piece of advice - bring earplugs because the walls between some of the bedrooms are fairly thin. Overall, a great stay!

We enjoyed exploring the area and great dining options nearby. The hot tub was relaxing. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Emil was very responsive and I highly recommend this beautiful property!

Jenny's house was a peaceful getaway from the city for us! We enjoyed the big, beautiful kitchen and outdoor dining set-up, and had plenty of space for 4 grown-ups and an active toddler. The living spaces were comfortable and well designed. Quick drive into Guilford and also to Madison. Jenny was also very responsive, helpful and friendly.

The house is absolutely beautiful! Matthew was a great host and was very responsive and respectful. We will absolutely be back. Highly recommend waking up for the sunrise, beautiful!

Alison's "River House" was a wonderful and relaxing experience! The gorgeous waterfront views, accommodation, and close proximity to local shops, shopping outlets, and beaches...which was everything my family and I needed for our close-cation. Alison was a great communicator and truly demonstrated top tier hosting skills by making sure the house was well stocked with just about everything we needed.

Sim was great and very responsive. The house was missing a few utensils when we got there. I texted Sim and a few hours later, they arrived at our doorstep! When I didn't know how to start the fireplace, she immediately sent me a video showing me how. Worked perfectly. This was a big birthday for me and a gathering of all my close friends. The house was perfect for this. A big shout out to Sim!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house in Milford, CT! The location is unbeatable—right across the street from the beach, which made morning walks and beach days super easy and enjoyable. Ruthie and Richard were awesome hosts—really helpful and quick to communicate. The house had little labeled hints throughout (like where light switches are), which made everything easy and stress-free. There were plenty of bikes and beach chairs available, which we really appreciated. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but the back deck was a great spot to relax. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and modern. Everything about the house felt thoughtful and welcoming. We’d 100% recommend this place and would love to come back again!
