Vacation rentals with a sauna in New Hanover County

Very cute, clean and homey. By the beach but away from the craziness of Carolina Beach. Location was perfect for us to be so accessible to both the beach and exploring Wilmington. Town of Kure Beach was quaint and laid back. Our boys, 11 and 9, loved having access to both the indoor and outdoor pools just steps away. We would definitely book here again when visiting family. Rita was very sweet to leave us treats from the Veggie Wagon that we had to visit on our trip. She was also easy to communicate with.

I booked a trip for my lady friends and we had a blast! The beach is so close, and the access to the indoor hot tub/pool was amazing. Martha was always responsive and super helpful with everything. 10/10 would stay here again.

This home was beautiful, it literally looks as beautiful in the pictures as it does in real life. The furniture was very comfortable, the beds were great to sleep on and the master shower was great. The view was breath taking. The only issue we had was no communication during the storm. We had to move our vehicles and then we weren't able to park in our assigned parking due to debris-- however the neighboring building allowed us to park there to keep our vehicle safe and dry from the storm. It is a beautiful location and no issues with booking or checking in.

For the price and the fact that it’s right on the beach, what more can you ask for. I would only change a couple things. First, the fridge needs to be updated. It’s super old, musty smelling, and takes a long time to cool down. Doesn’t need to be anything fancy, maybe just a new version of the classic fridge model. Second, ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be great. It would also be nice to have a queen bed and a single in the second bedroom instead of just 2 single beds. Other than that, it was worth the price. Very cozy and clean. Beach access was right next to the place, making it easy to go back and forth to the beach. The beach itself was beautiful and relaxing. The kitchen had everything you need. Check in/check out were easy. The place was cozy and well furnished. Loved the modern updates to the secondary bathroom. Carpet, primary bathroom, appliances and kitchen could all use some modern updates, but that’s just me nit-picking. Overall, would stay again. Thanks Justin!

This rental was clean and had all the amenities. It is a perfect location downtown with easy access to shopping, restaurants and many more. It was perfect for me and my family as we attended my daughter's wedding at a venue directly across the street. What a convenience that was! Emanuela made the rental experience so smooth and pleasurable. I would definitely rent again! Thanks Emanuela for being so responsive and a pleasure to deal with. :)

We had a great stay the weekend after Christmas. Everything was as described and we particularly liked being able to see the ocean from multiple rooms. We also enjoyed using the recreation facility multiple times during our stay.

Thank you Stephanie for a wonderful stay. The view is spectacular and the sunrises were breathtaking. We really appreciated the extras you included for the beach (chairs, towels, and umbrella). The beds were very comfortable. Stephanie was very responsive regarding any questions. I highly recommend this place to stay.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! It was just as the pictures showed and had all the amenities we needed. The first day we received an email asking about our check in experience. I stated that the sliding door was difficult to open and they had someone come out and fix it immediately. Bryant Realty was always friendly and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The view was amazing and the beach access ramp was right by the condo. Everything was very easy and we had a wonderful time.

Location is fantastic. Right on the beach. Wonderful view from the porch. Our family had a great stay. The condo is a little dated but for the location doesn’t matter all that much.

This was an amazing rental. We have been up and down the NC beaches and this ranks at the top. We have not stayed in a rental that was this clean and well stocked. Jamie was so responsive and communicative about everything and was so helpful. The guidebook she created was a huge help in finding things to do and places to go. The beach was so easy to access right across the street and maybe a 5 minute walk. We never had an issue finding a place to set up and it was a quiet part of the beach. Jamie provided chairs, a cooler, umbrellas, and other items for the beach that made things so easy. The condo was so comfortable and we had such a great time. I would highly recommend staying here.

we had a great stay. Although the recreation/fitness center could use some major updating. the amenities were convenient, staff very responsive, the property was super clean and close enough to town we could bike and travel back and forth by vehicle with no issues. would definitely stay again.

My group and I throughly enjoyed this house. It was exactly what we needed. Lots of places near by for food and activities. Great location. It’s near a main road but you couldn’t tell. We didn’t get the chance to use the hot tub cause we were all busy catching up but it was clean. Everything we needed was stocked in the kitchen. Gabriel was very responsive when I asked questions about the washing machine. He was a great host. The house was super clean and looked exactly like the pictures. I will be keeping this house saved for future trips. Thank you so much!!
