Vacation rentals with breakfast in New Hampshire

Fantastic place to stay. Close to the beaches and Portsmouth. Plenty of places to visit close by. House was beautiful and the host was amazing. We will be back.

Dorothy’s place was beautiful! It was perfect for our little get away. Very clean, cozy and quiet. Dorothy is a very good communicator and gave clear instructions. We got to meet their two very friendly dogs which was a treat! We would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location for our needs! Had everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. They left OJ and muffins in the fridge for our arrival! The edges of the water froze and made a beautiful winter scene. I can only imagine how beautiful it is during the other seasons. Communication was great and quick! Easy access!

We are annual travelers to the region conducting winter bird surveys around the New Year. We have been lucky to find several nice houses in the area. This was our first stay with Marina and Roman and their accommodations served us very nicely. It was good to relax in the evenings after our research work and light a fire and have a quiet and good night's rest. We hope to return.

The lakehouse was a lovely place for our family to come together and play games in the game room, do puzzles, enjoy crafts , make meals, and spend some quality time together! Let’s not forget the incredible hot tub and view while relaxing! Three generations enjoying time together and making lots of lasting memories! It was a perfect place to do that!

My husband and I booked Shannon’s bungalow for our wedding weekend. It was the perfect spot, less than 10 minutes away from The Gardens at Uncanoonuc Mountain. We got to spend time out on the porch after our wedding staring at the stars and we woke up the morning after our wedding to a stunning sunrise over Manchester. Shannon was a pleasure to work with, made her unique venue location easier to find. Thank you Shannon!

excellent home with many amenities (from hot tub outside, fussball table, to jets in the shower). the kitchen is big and ready for anything you might want to prepare. the place was clean and toasty warm. excellent location right of the road, but the backyard with hot tub felt private. you can tell you're staying at someone's home, it's well taken care of and it doesn't feel like a hotel. highly recommended. only 30 min from Gunstock.

Our stay at Lilly’s house was absolutely incredible. The place is even more beautiful in person than in the photos and is very well located. There are restaurants, shops, and parks all within a 5-10 minute drive. Additionally, the lake in front of the house is amazing, and the house itself is extremely cozy. It has all the amenities you could need for your stay! To top it all off, Lilly is the kind of host who goes above and beyond to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. I’m so grateful for the amazing weekend I had with my family at the lake cabin. I hope to return soon!

This is a great spot in the heart of Manchester. Andy is super quick with anything you need. It could use a vanity or area to put on makeup and a few more dishes for long term stays but it’s really a beautiful and extremely spacious spot!

Without a car, Sandy’s Airbnb is an easy & beautiful walk from Hanover Inn. There happens to be a free shuttle in Hanover to get to all points around the college and to DHMC (which is across town line, in Lebanon, 3 miles away) which allowed me to visit a sick friend with support, comfort and ease.

Firstly this is not just some ordinary room. This is an amazing full bed and breakfast experience run by 2 hospitality professionals that are top notch at what they do. This B&B is a HIDDEN GEM!! If you aren't immediately entranced by the views of the sun rising and setting over a pristine mountain lake you will be lost in the beauty and character of the building which is full of eye catching art. Shelia and Bruce were a joy to conversate with and were some of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. They are very pet friendly and treated our dog like family! As for the garnet suite the room is gorgeous and feels luxurious. The bathroom is a stunner and very large and open, it is so relaxing and the green jade marble tiling adds a gorgeous touch. What are you waiting for?! Book this B&B you will not regret it!! I rarely write reviews but had to since I was so blown away.

Had a wonderful stay at Kim & Marc's place! They were very accommodating with my needing to push our original booking date back, provided great local recommendations, and were very friendly! The studio is lovely and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into every aspect. We had fun listening to their Beach Boys records :) definitely spend the night here if you're looking to enjoy Hampton Beach!

The Chalet and Owen were great! Every aspect went smoothly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location from the ski slopes. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Unfortunately there was a scheduling problem with getting our massage but it was a very nice place to stay.

Mary and Jim are wonderful hosts.They were very welcoming and made me feel at home. Jim prepared wonderful creative home made meals. I really enjoyed conversations about travel experiences and sitting by the fire with the pups! As a single traveler I highly recommend staying here. We had a great stay! The bedroom was spacious and the jacuzzi was wonderful after a day outdoors. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Staff were very friendly and welcoming!

I have been to many wonderful B&Bs over the last 40 years (Canada, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, Virginia, ...) and Brookhirst Farm ranks right at the top. Victoria and George are wonderful hosts. The accommodations are very comfortable, beautifully decorated and very homey. The view is incredible, one you would want to wake up to every morning. Every breakfast was delicious (George's pancakes were perfect). And if that isn't enough dogs are welcome. I will be returning more than once.

Loved having coffee in the sun room! Although we were there for a very short time, it was so nice to have a comfortable, elegant place to stay that wasn't a hotel while we visited town for our daughter's parent's weekend. Bjorn and Elaine are wonderful hosts of a beautiful, historic site. The house itself is rich with lovely historic details including wide plank floors that one would never see, old glass, incredible wood beams, and more. Bjorn and Elaine could not have been more welcoming and kind. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return should we find ourselves at the beautiful lake in the future. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!

Buddy’s place was incredible!!! The view from your room is gorgeous and breakfast will be the best you will ever have. Smooth check-in, communication, and parking. Wonderful company and conversation - plus, an adorable dog. :) Beautiful hikes only a 10 min drive away. We cannot wait to return again!

The Samuel O’Reilly House is a beautifully artistic and unique bed & breakfast. The two rooms we stayed in had a charming steam engine design that was both fun and cozy. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we truly appreciated the chef’s thoughtful preparation of breakfast and leaving the entire kitchen open for us. The common areas, decorated with a lovely Christmas theme, made us feel right at home. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the White Mountains!
