Next to Makaranga (currently closed), the unit has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen area has a table & chairs, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, induction cooker, air fryer & microwave. Stocked with tea, coffee & sugar. Each of the rooms have a king size bed which can be split into 2 singles, so can sleep 4 people. One of the bedrooms has an aircon & the other a fan and heater. Deck has a bistro table & chairs as well as a daybed for relaxing. Off street parking for 1 car.

To welcome you to our world our decor is neutral glam, in private and peaceful surroundings in Cowies Hill with a large deck overlooking a beautiful nature reserve. Features: air conditioning with heater, large TV with full DSTV bouquet, WiFi uncapped 40 meg line, use of a swimming pool, a fan and workspace. The self catering kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mini oven, plus all crockery & cutlery. Bedroom has very comfortable double bed and cupboard.

This self-catering apartment is in upmarket Cowies Hill, a safe suburb with boom gated access points. The apartment is attached to the main house, with its own entrance. The outlook is onto the pool and lush indigenous garden. It has air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi and Netflix. PLEASE NOTE : Water and power cuts (load-shedding) do occur periodically, and this is beyond our control. - 9 minutes from the Pavilion shopping centre, - 45 minutes from King Shaka international airport.

Durban International Airport is 30 mins drive away & Durban's beaches only 12km away. Private & tranquil with your own entrance and parking spaces. With inverter solar power backups load sheddings impact is in most cases largely eliminated!. Easy access to M13 and N3. Regrettably unsuitable for social events & parties.

Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.
