This place exceeded my expectations. It is located in a beautiful compound away from the hustle and bustle of Cairo. The apartment itself is very spacious and equipped with all the amenities required for a short stay. Eman was a very proactive host and communication was very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was great apartment as shown in pic , clean and noise free, also it was ready. The host was so helpful and understanding, try to give you the privacy and home feeling. Very recommend

It was a comfortable stay and most of all, in a very convenient location yet away from the buzz of the city. I was attending a conference at the Egypt International Exhibition Center and it couldn’t be more convenient to get to and from every day, yet close enough to good malls and restaurants. Thanks for being responsive and attentive to our needs throughout!

The apartment was so well and same as like images. We really enjoyed a lot and the best in Cairo. The interior is lovely and spectacular. They have given towels, tissues and most kitchen utensils. I must recommend to choose this property to enjoy with your family. Note: This is in second floor, so please inform your check in time to Mr. Moataz, so that he can arrange someone to pick your bags to the apartment.

I’m not exaggerating when I say that this is, without a doubt, the best place I’ve ever stayed in Egypt. Nestled in a prime location, it offers easy access to everything you might need. The space itself is remarkably spacious and thoughtfully designed, with hotel-style rooms that exude elegance and meticulous architectural attention to detail. Everything here is spotless, and the apartment is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, a well-stocked kitchen, and impeccably clean, comfortable furnishings. The complimentary WiFi was fast and reliable, and the overall security of the place gave me complete peace of mind. As for Walid, he is an exceptionally gracious and hospitable host. Upon my arrival, he thoughtfully sent me valuable recommendations on where to stroll and shop in the neighborhood, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We traveled here in november, when the weather was great, could leave the windows open for fresh air, would get chilly at night. the airbnb was in a nice location, quiet for cairo, lots of trees, and the apartment itself felt like a home, not a hotel or something. We enjoyed that home feeling. When we arrived the apartment hadnt been occupied for a while, but they had the cleaning lady come back up and dust and wipe the floors immediately. the location is great, walking distance to nice restaurants, and even great for ordering yummy takeout. we had a parking spot near the apartment every night for 9 nights, i dunno if that was luck, but al hamdillilah. The balcony was a nice touch, could enjoy the view and the trees and birds. the doorman is very helpful, he checked on our car that was leaking some fluids. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. lots of storage space in the rooms, and the kitchen had everything. will stay here again on our next trip!

Great clean apartment, great location close to rehab market and the main road so easy to get around Cairo. Only caveat is that being close to the main road is that you can hear cars at night so not for light sleepers.

It was a nice stay with my friends The villa was big enough for 10+ people The owner was helpful and always available + thanks for the security guard Place is very safe to stay at It was nice to hang out near the pool and garden 🪴 Toilets were great in the rooms and living rooms Kitchen was huge and had everything you need to prepare your meals You should prepare yourself with towels and other necessary amenities/ water… that you can get easily from supermarket near by There are also restaurants and Loundary places and supermarket within minutes Uber ride/ 7 minutes walking Mall is 10-15 minutes Uber ride Great Neighbors very very quite and no traffic at all 🙂 Will definitely come back in future Thank you

We came back to New Cairo after touring Siwa Oasis and did a second stay at Noha's place. She is an excellent host and her house is clean, spacious, and in a great location in Mivida. I highly recommend.

Nour was an AMAZING host, didn't have such a warm and attentive host in a long time. She even took care of transporting my husband's suit after we forgot it at the airbnb the day of our check out. Only thing we did not like was the neighbourhood, very noisy at night (dogs, yelling, honking), 5am prayer is very loud (even with white noise and earplugs) and I did not felt comfortable at all as a woman walking down the street.

It was another wonderful stay at محمود's flat! Once again he went above and beyond in his hospitality. It was a pleasure to be greeted by him and his parents upon arrival. There's a kitchen for cooking, a new washing machine, working WiFi, and much more. We had everything that we needed and enjoyed our stay. Very appreciated, highly recommended!

Mo is a great host, responsive and super friendly. Lots of linens of towels to use, big closets, comfy bed and sofas. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures, no surprises. The neighborhood is so safe and nice, and a lot of cafes and restaurants and walking distances. There is an elevator and it's perfectly working, and the check-in was very easy. It was quiet in the apartment; The heating is available and working perfectly. Mr. Gasser his driver is a very friendly man; he went above and beyond to make our trip to the pyramids good experience; he was even excellent as a tour guide. All in all we had a nice stay at the place, and we would recommend it and come back again.

Wessam and his partners are the best hosts I’ve ever had with Airbnb .. They were prompt at answering replies and if I needed something they made it available immediately. Check out is at 11 AM. I requested a very late check out and they accommodated with no hesitation The Village Compound is upscale quiet and safe just a few minutes walk to Point 90 mall , where are you at find banks, pharmacy, supermarket, cafés, restaurants, etc. inside the mall I would highly recommend renting from Wessam !!

we had a great time at Seif's place. our bags had been delayed by the airlines and Abdelleh was kind enough to help us with the shopping.

My family stayed in Ahmed's apartments for a whole month. He is a very responsive, and friendly host. Helped us with directions, and extra help when needed. Our stay in Ahmed's apartments was enjoyable. We definitely will use again Ahmed's apartments. Will also recommend it family and friends.
