Vacation rentals with a patio in New Alabang Village

Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

I had an incredible stay at Ace's place! From the moment I arrived, Ace was welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. Ace provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Communication was seamless, and Ace went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent use of space. The unit was neat and orderly. Also, the table size is good for remote workers, and the Wi-Fi worked properly during our stay. P.S: I really liked their pillows the most, had the best sleep in a while :D

Host is very accommodating and inhouse staff is helpful. The pool is well maintained they cleaned it after each use. The house is flawless, spacious and aesthetic. Can sleep about 12-14 people comfortably. there’s a lot of entertainment too and very close to uptown bgc and Venice mall and airport. the only thing that we don’t like is that location is a little hard to find of you order delivery and mosquitoes which i think is common in Philippines specially if around water/pool. I would bring mosquitoes sprays and request for katol which I forgot. otherwise, the place is perfect for family and small gatherings! I highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay at Jean's place. The unit was neat and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and pleasant experience. Via and Patrick have been very responsive and accommodating. They are so kind for allowing us to do late check in. Easy checkin and check out. Very clean and huge area suitable for a big group. Plenty of mattresses as well. Location is very accessible, just after the gate. Will definitely book again. Thank you Patrick and Via.

Pamela is so responsive and an accommodating host. They even bought a bath tub tray because we asked if they have one haha. Our plans initially is to have a date in nearby places, but the house is so cozy that we just decided to celebrate valentines inside, watched movies, and cooked pasta. I really loved the place. It’s quiet and very convenient to get around places. The parking is nice. The rooms are big enough and clean. The host and co-host are really welcoming and easy to talk to. They even allowed me to do a really late check out. The amenities are prestine

My stay at Mariz's Airbnb at Shore 2 Residences was absolutely fantastic! The unit was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
