Vacation rentals with a patio in New Alabang Village

Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

Jane’s place was like my family’s second home. This is our 3rd time to stay in her place. I appreciate her timely replies to my queries and efforts to accommodate my requests. Will definitely come back for a long weekend staycation.

I had an incredible stay at Ace's place! From the moment I arrived, Ace was welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. Ace provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Communication was seamless, and Ace went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!

The host was responsive and anytime we had questions or needed assistance, she replied with helpful information. Very accessible to the MRT station as well.

Excellent use of space. The unit was neat and orderly. Also, the table size is good for remote workers, and the Wi-Fi worked properly during our stay. P.S: I really liked their pillows the most, had the best sleep in a while :D

we stayed for our VISA interview at the embassy which is right across the building. only a 5-10mins walk to and from the building to the over pass which right when u get to the other side is already the start line for the embassy. the accessibility to everything is great! catholic church is near, also surrounded by café’s, small restaurant finds, 7/11 … everything’s walkable. the place has given us so much comfort and very homey vibes. my parents love the place so much because everything is provided from slippers to dish washing soap and hand soap and other bathroom necessities were provided. the room smells good too! over all we enjoyed our stay in Pamela Ann’s place! ❤️

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

This place was beautiful! 6th floor with balcony in front of the beautiful pool. They also have groceries that you don’t have to go to the store to buy some but you just have to pay it. I love this place and l will definitely use this in the near future! Thank you Mark for letting us stay in your beautiful condo.

Recommend 💯✅✅✅ The place is very comfortable and quiet. I was able to take and pass my certification exam without any disturbances. My husband and baby were also comfortable in her place. Ms. Grace was very responsive to all my inquiries. I was really thankful her unit was available when we need a place to stay. Thank you!

Place was exactly as it is in the photos. Clean and cozy with great view. Checking in and out was smooth and host was responsive yo queries. Overall a great stay.

Areen was super friendly and was able to accommodate late check out for us. Lots of restaurants around the area and super convenient to walk around BGC. I recommend the place for one person or a couple. Living space isn’t as big but the bed is comfortable.
