Condo vacation rentals in Nevis

My family and I spent an incredible week at Joyce's place! We instantly felt at home. This condo was fully equipped with everything needed for our stay. The living room was charming and cozy, the bedrooms were clean, and the kitchen had all the useful small appliances. The view was a bonus, as we loved listening to the ocean in the mornings. The condo is also perfectly located, near a supermarket and some restaurants. Joyce is a fun and loving host and communicating with her, before and during our trip, was smooth and very helpful! We are so thankful for you Joyce and your hospitality. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return one day!

We loved our stay @ Nelson Springs. The unit was ideal for our needs. Great beachfront deck for dinner or morning coffee-our favourite feature. Screened in to minimize bugs. Unit was well stocked, updated& maintained. As advertised. Chris&Vanessa very communicative& responsive, but didn’t need much as the unit was in super shape. Barefoot beach bar (literally 10 steps away) was a hidden gem with tasty drinks and dinners. Only ate there once but wished we had a few more meals there. Great quiet beach for swimming or walking. Two other restaurants a beach walk away. Great location although nothing on the island is too far. Quiet island with stuff to do-waterfall hike,hot springs,local food,historic sites, interesting downtown. Friendly locals. There was construction on neighbouring property during our stay. Chris ensured we were aware of this pre-booking -we appreciated his integrity. We barely noticed any noise though& it had no impact on our stay. Would definitely stay again! Thx Chris

Chris’ place was amazing. Inside was exactly as described, and outside was even better than the pictures showed. Very clean, great communication, well stocked with all we needed. Rarely do places really exceed expectations, but this was definitely one.

The place is exactly like the pictures. Every morning, we had coffee and breakfast staring at the ocean. One of my favorite air bnbs due to the peacefully location (there are several restaurants on the Beach within walking distance( including the Beach Bar onsite.) I have never had a more responsive host, Vanessa helped booked our rides from the airport on St. kitts to the marriot where we stayed at first, then to the boat, then from the Boat to the house on Nevis and everything for our return-taking all the pressure of planning a family vacation. The pool is small (no real shallow end but stairs and edge seating for the kids) which was perfect since the ocean is like a giant pool. The sand is darker so you can't tell in the pictures but the water is crystal clear. Nevis is my new favorite island in the carribean.. A must stay for those who want to be literally stay ON THE BEACH

The place was perfect for me, it is close to Porte Zante, which you will find local food, bars, liquor, and souvenir shops. Taxi’s are expensive so this was perfect and within walking distance. Overall a great place to stay.. there are 2 flights of stairs getting into suite but I felt so safe there. I will be returning!!! It was a pleasure meeting you Patricia.

Loves the condo and location! walking distance to Marriott. Can stand right outside. walking distance to coffee, groceries, and restaurants. The pool and beach were lovely. Condo was clean and spacious.

I stayed here three nights while on holiday. This place is a lovely base of operations for any stay in St. Kitts. Perched high on the hill, the unit has an incredible view of the town below and the major port. The hosts are lovely and were super friendly and helpful all week. Pictures are great representations of what the space looks like. You’ll want a car or plan to shell out big bucks for frequent taxi rides. There only challenge is there’s no “number” for the house. Both the taxi driver and the food delivery guy needed help finding it. I’d for sure stay here again.

We were so very pleased with this accommodation and the service. It was spacious, has a beautiful view and is just a short walk from a lot of good restaurants, coffee and market. They were quick to respond when we had questions and very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic! This place is in a great location with so many stores, restaurants and beachfront bars in easy walking distance, yet it’s secluded and quiet, with a stunning view of the ocean. Quinn always responded immediately and helpfully to our questions. The unit was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped, with a fully-stocked kitchen and even some herbs and spices available to cook with. Lovely rain shower type shower with good water pressure and the AC works great. It’s a terrific place to stay . . . just wish we could have lingered longer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was very clean when we arrived, and the hosts provided washing liquid, soap and even food and drinks for when we arrived. The hosts were super responsive and very much tried to make our stay pleasant. My only feedback is that the kitchen wasn't that well equipped in terms of cooking utensils and cutlery. Other than that, the apartment was definitely worth it for the price!

Stayed here for a weekend to have a change from St Kitts, Aug 23. The condo is stunning, clean, air conditioned and spacious. Perfect for 2 couples. Amelia left us beers in the fridge and other items like water and coffee/tea, butter etc. It was simple and easy to communicate with her. The beach is a stone's throw away and the Yachtsman Grill food and cocktails are faultless. Staff friendly and attentive. Taxi to 2 big supermarkets is about 10 mins away. There's a little gym on site with air con which is small but nice. Its got everything you need for a nice getaway. I'd say the pool areas were the only bit that didn't seem as appealing to us, but honestly the sea is right there so we didn't need it anyway. We would stay again in a heartbeat, lovely experience

Christine’s place was even better than expected! The airbnb had ample space, was very clean upon arrival, was in walkable distance to some restaurants and the beach, and was very peaceful. I would definitely recommend it!

Stayed at Sandy's place July 3rd 2024 to July 8th. Place was as in pictures. Slightly dated for me but made no difference to my stay. Place and grounds were very comfortable and quiet. Met a few very friendly neighbours. Great location, very close to many shops, restaurants etc. All on doorstep or in short walking distance. Walk to beach a bit longer but still easily do-able. Had no real issues after getting in so didn't really have to contact Sandy but before that Sandy replied to any messages very quickly. Enjoyed my stay, would consider if I need a place in future and would definitely recommend Sandy's place.

The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Kevin was an outstanding host, very responsive, helpful, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting St. Kitts and would love to stay here again!”

We have just left Island Paradise & Barbara’s place really is paradise . Excellent location- waking up to the Atlantic waves and perfect sunrises was a highlight of our day. The apartment has everything you need, we cooked & stayed in a couple of times . Barbara met us on arrival & was very responsive when I sent a couple of questions when we first arrived . The shops & restaurants are close by & the Coconut Grove , cafe/bar on site serve the best coffee around - it’s a must if you stay in 1A Island Paradise . Great holiday in a great place .

Xd's place is a great place to base yourself if you like serenity and walking distance to the oceans ... I do. The surroundings and people (staff) are lovely. I like to cook, the pots and pans are definitely adequate however if you need the oven there are no oven dishes, just a small issue which I did work-around. Communication with the host was excellent, ensuring I was comfortable with everything. Thank you! I'd recommend XD's place to anybody I'll hopefully be back again.
