Amazing stay very close and convenient

Cozy small, clean apartment with everything you need. Nadja and her family are super nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable!

This was my fourth time staying at Corry's place. It is very conveniently located near Koelnmesse. Within a 30-second walk, there is a small shopping district that includes three different grocery stores, DM, and various restaurants. During our stay, the showerhead broke, but the host fixed it right away. I highly recommend Corry's place.

We felt very comfortable, the apartment was just like in the pictures, clean and tidy. We were personally welcomed by Ulrike and she showed us everything. We will definitely be happy to come back.

The place was just great! Self-check-in was straightforward. And the first thing we noticed in the apartment was that not a speck of dust could be found! A big compliment to the cleaner! The apartment was exactly as described in the photos. We didn't miss anything. The connection to public transport was very good and the area very quiet. I personally can't complain in the slightest. I was able to live well for my 3-week stay at the property. It was clean and well furnished. You quickly found your way around, especially since the hostess was easily accessible and quickly gave you information. I also liked the fact that parking a car did not cause any problems and that a washing machine was also available. So all in all, I can recommend the place with a clear conscience!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, well-located, and had all the comforts of home.

I felt immediately at home in this cozy 1-bedroom apartment in one of the most interesting and lively areas of the city. An authentically "eco-constructed" place built with love and plenty of effort from organic and recycled materials. A minimalistic but fully furnished kitchen and bedroom. High ceilings and carefully composed, warm colours and materials. A wonderful, peaceful athmosphere is the result. This place works great as a pad for exploring the city - but it is also fantastic for spending days on end indoors, be it working, studying, or chilling out. Niklas the host is very friendly and knowledgeable about eco-construction as he built the place himself. The shower and toilet face the entrance hallway with no door in between, so there is no way to have privacy from each other if staying as a couple. Not a big deal but good to know. I hope to be able to visit again!

The accommodation offered is a 3-room apartment in addition to the bathroom, living room, kitchen and small bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, there is a washing machine, clothesline and everything you need for ironing. Great accommodation for stays of several weeks. Finally, it is very close to the bus stop that leads to the station, which is the center of gravity for urban transport.

The accommodation was nice and very clean. It had been very spontaneous and it worked out very well. Merih was also very friendly and helpful had drinks there. Everything was great. I would like to book it again and in terms of price it was really good.

It was a very relaxing stay. The hot tub was such a highlight! The place was very clean and smells very good. The parking spaces right in front are convenient. Unfortunately, you could already hear the industrial area shortly before 8 AM, but it didn't bother us much. We were able to feel right at home.

Great apartment to spend a weekend with friends and explore Koblenz. Perfect location right at the train station (when the windows are closed, you don't hear anything), supermarkets are right around the corner and you are quickly in the city center or on the Rhine.

Definitely recommend! Much nicer than the pictures showed. Lots of love for detail. Quick and friendly communication. I'd love to come back :)

We had a great weekend at the apartment. According to the description, there should be an oven. In fact, it was a microwave with convection and grill function. It served its purpose but was quite small. I found the description a little misleading. Since everything else was as described, no relevant point deductions. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

My wife and I had a wonderful relaxing weekend. There are great opportunities for activities in the area. We will be happy to come back.
