Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Neu Wulmstorf

Highly recommend. Very nicely decorated and you quickly feel comfortable! You can experience a lot in the surrounding area, but also stay completely for yourself. The garden is beautiful too.

Manuela (and her husband) is a very likeable, kind, cheerful and accommodating host. The cottage is located separately on the property, equipped with everything you need and private parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Everything is accessible at ground level and the private terrace is also a plus. When you look around, there is only nature and animals to see, a great view to really drive down. Just outside the door you can take extensive walks in nature. From supermarkets to restaurants to swimming pool/ sauna, everything is reachable in 10 minutes by car. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back on occasion.

Like last time we were super satisfied. The house is really well equipped, in addition to small attentions, there is a "homely" equipment, when cooking in the bathrooms, there is everything you have at home. On top, everything is super clean and new. We will be happy to come!!

The accommodation offers plenty of space, is well and tastefully equipped and is pleasantly quiet. Recommended is a walk along the Fleet just behind the property - an enchanting little world. Last but not least: Friendly and helpful hosts. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is an amazing house. You can feel the love of the people living here, but it is all made perfectly available for guests. Stefanie is truly lovely and we had the best time at this house with our friend group! Well recommended!

This 90sqm apartment combines modern comfort with local character. The stunning 3.42m ceilings create an incredible sense of spaciousness, even in the rooms with loft beds. Ole was excellent with check-in/out. Located in a wonderfully quiet residential neighborhood that gives you an authentic local Hamburg experience. The apartment is spotlessly clean with great amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, induction stove) If you're using MILES carsharing, you'll easily find parking spots nearby every night. There's also a StadtRAD station close by, perfect for exploring the city by bike. Very convenient location with DM drugstore and EDEKA supermarket just around the corner. Perfect for experiencing Hamburg like a local while enjoying modern comforts. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice, spacious apartment with everything you need for a stay and in a great location. The wonderful staircase district and the Elbe beach are within easy walking distance. Tanmaya is very friendly, helpful and easily accessible. I'd love to come back:)

A nice apartment with charm and style. We particularly liked the small balcony and the nice seating area in the kitchen. Conveniently located as a starting point for all activities in Hamburg, infrastructure such as supermarket, bakery and restaurants etc. around the corner. Deniz informed us well and the check in/out was simply organized.

Cozy stay with a special Mexican touch. Makes it different! Kind of mancave feeling including pool table and large TV screen. Quietly located in a beautiful area. Hamburg is easily accessible by public transport.

We were looking for a quiet place to stay for New Year's Eve, as our animal welfare dog is extremely scared every year when there is a bang. In search of the apartment, we came across the apartment and booked a problem at relatively short notice. The accommodation is very clean and modernly furnished. Just right for two people and not too big or too small. It all looked exactly like the pictures and was very quiet, cozy and modern. Daniel was always easy to reach, answered all our questions and was always very friendly and easy to reach. The area around is also very nice and quiet and only a few meters from the property, there is a large golf course where you can walk wonderfully and enjoy nature. We can recommend the place to anyone who wants to enjoy a little break in peace and surrounded by nature and we will certainly come back again:)

A quiet oasis in the middle of beautiful Hamburg-Barmbek with very dear hosts! Subway, shops and the city park right around the corner. You'll be happy to come back here!

We were invited to a wedding in the neighboring village. The apartment is very nice and super spacious. We felt very comfortable!

We found the place well according to the description and were personally welcomed by Marit. Rooms were clean and well equipped. We found everything we expected. The area was quiet and easy to reach from the train. Feel free to come back at any time.

I would like to write a long review, but in this case I can only say: Everything was great! From the communication in advance, to the arrival, the arrival and finally also the departure, we were happy to be guests with Christoph and Catarina with our two dogs. We liked the proximity to the big city and yet the location in the middle of nature very much. The apartment itself is really very and clean. Thank you for having us.

Everything perfect

The accommodation is nicely quiet, but everything was easily accessible on foot/by public transport. The bed linen/towels did not smell like detergent/softener, which I use as a very thick plus - really very pleasant! Otherwise, everything was nice and clean, well maintained and cozy.

We can only underline the very good reviews (including the winking note on the "interesting switch occupancy"😉). The contact with our hosts was impeccable (thank you for that!), the check-in problem-free, the pictures of the modern and newly renovated apartment correspond to reality, the location is ideal due to the very good connection to the public transport and the nearby shops, if you want to easily get to Hamburg (about 1 hour by bus) and take care of yourself. However, the bed is comparatively narrow ("queen size", so 140 cm). We were there "between the years", during that time everything was quiet. However, the apartment is located directly above a painting establishment. We cannot assess whether and to what extent this is an impairment. Small note: The address has been misleading every time we navigate through Google Maps, and it is helpful to specify the opposite supermarket.
