Nice and quiet apartment. Worth to visit again.

Birgit is a super hostess. The apartment is a feel-good oasis for our employee. He immediately felt at home. The communication is on a very nice and familiar level. We will be happy to come back.

I contacted Michael in a desperate effort to find someplace to stay before getting on a transatlantic flight to attend to someone at the nearby military hospital. He got back to me immediately and even though he had given me prefect instructions to find a key by myself he welcomed me personally even though I arrived fiver hours late. The studio apartment continued along the same line of being exactly what it needed to be: Super clean, cozy, had everything one could need to be independent, strong wifi and perfectly quiet at night and also during the day. If you have any business at the University, the clinics or are simply visiting I highly recommend this accommodation.

The city center of Ulm was a 10-minute walk away.

We had a very great stay! The hosts were super nice and accommodating. The apartment was just like the photos, very clean and best we found the two full game cabinets 🙈

We felt very comfortable. Beautiful terrace and everything you need is there. Elena was very helpful and preparing with towels and welcome very lovingly designed. Bus stop right around the corner perfect for excursions. We will be happy to come back.

Hi Swantyee - a brief personal note to express my thanks to you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa. The home is wonderful, and I honestly can't think of any way to improve it. The kitchen is fully "loaded" with all one could need; the clothes washer is extremely convenient; all rooms are very nicely furnished; the quality of everything in the home is top notch; and of course the location, above Bad Urach cannot be beat. In short, we loved it, and will keep it in mind for future visits to the area! Again, thank you, Swantyee! Jon

A modern little apartment, well furnished and very comfortable! The location on the outskirts is incredibly quiet, and you immediately feel comfortable here. The small self-service shop in the village is completely sufficient, and for good Swabian gastronomy you don't have to drive far. Great sights right in the vicinity.

The apartment is very nicely done and comfortable. Sabrina and Tobias always answered questions very promptly and were great hosts. This is a great place when you want to escape the towns and cities and want a surrounding of farm fields and cows wearing bells.

I was in the area for work and we felt very comfortable. Everything is there and the apartment is very cozy overall. The hostwas very kind and helpful. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice apartment. We like fireplace, it was very worm. Beautiful view from windows. Many road to walk around. We did round trip 25km. Nice place to come and relax after weekly city routine.
