Family-friendly vacation rentals in Netarts

This was the best Airbnb my wife and I have ever stayed in! Linda and Ami were incredibly helpful and responsive, and the cabin is gorgeous! Not to mention the area around it is just beautiful! Everything was clean, accessible, and all the little details/amenities made the experience magical. We would definitely book again!

Perfect getaway! The house is exactly as described and even more stunning once you get there. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the house is vast so there are many areas to hang out and comfortably relax (and get quiet time if you need it). So much to do in the area, if you like golf the Manzanita course is super chill and really well maintained. Walk to the beach in a few minutes on your own private trail. Hot tub worked well and fit 4 larger adults. Brigid was incredibly responsive and very accommodating. All in all worth every penny!

We loved it so much we wanted to stay longer! We have frequented Manzanita over the years and Nomi’s Ark is now a preferred rental for us. Perfect location on a quiet street and the house was well equipped for our small family. Our 13 month old loved The hot tub is super clean and well maintained and homeowners have thought of everything to make your beach vacation stress free. We will definitely be back!

Sitting in the hot tub at sunrise, over looking the beach through the trees, was amazing. We enjoyed our trip, all the beds were very comfortable, as we all slept in. A good selection of games & movies. A good place to stay.

Spent a wonderful week here over new years, and it was peaceful and the perfect end to a stressful year. House was comfortable and cute, and had plenty of space for us and our teenagers. Brought the doggo and we appreciated that this was a very friendly house for her, with a nicely fenced backyard. Kitchen was as noted in the other comments, cozy galley-style (so best for one person cooking at a time), but very very nicely outfitted, with high-quality knives, cookware, and dishes, and a broad variety of implements and tools. We cooked pretty much every night and morning and it was a pleasure, which is good because Oceanside is a bit remote and there are limited options for dining out, especially since route 131 was cut right before we came, which added an extra 15-20 minutes to go over the mountain if we wanted to go to Netarts or Tillamook. All in all a wonderful stay :)

This is one of my favorite places to stay. It is so private and the yard is so beautiful--it enhances the pretty house. Landscaping is gorgeous. The house is so comfortable and clean; and I love the ocean colors throughout. The furniture and house are so interesting, too; I like the floorpan a lot. Two bathrooms being offered is wonderful. One bathroom is quite small but certainly adequate. Lisa is very talented at making a place comfortable and pretty and she thinks of everything one might need. Thank you, Lisa!

We enjoyed our stay. It is nothing fancy but there was plenty of space and everything was fully stocked. Love how pet friendly it is but wasn’t dirty of pet hair. Plenty of linens and towels. Beds were comfortable enough.

This is our third time staying at this house. We always love it there. Can't wait to come back again. We enjoy feeding the deer's and watching them all walk by. The location is perfect just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Everything looks just like the photos. Great location for stores and restaurants. All in walking distance.

We have stayed at Deb’s place 3 or 4 times now and have it booked for at least 4-5 more in the coming year! We love it, it cozy, comfy, clean. We always feel very relaxed there. Beds are great and the shower has power! The fire place is nice and there has always been wood and kindling ready and available. It feels like you are staying at a cabin that has been in the family for many years. It’s not fancy, but definitely an easy and laid back place to rest and rejuvenate. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The deck and fenced yard are nice for the dogs. (Note that you have to go outside the house to get the dogs into the fenced area, not a big deal, but you can’t just leave a door open for them to come and go as they please, it’s not super secure fence and in some places only 3.5ish feet high, so if you have an “escape artist” type dog you would want to keep a very close eye on them.)

Shhh…best everyone doesn’t know about this great, fun location, and laid back town. Dennis’s place was clean and located by so many accessible beaches and misty walks in the woods. Would love to come back and explore more.

Terri’s beach house was across the highway from the beach. It was very easy to walk to a beautiful beach location. There were shops and other amenities within walking distance. The house was very clean and well appointed. We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner using all necessary and available cooking equipment! The house has a lot of stairs, so it was a little challenging for my elderly parents. The bonus room was great for my kids who are both in college, but be aware that this room is in the back of the garage and not close to a bathroom. The primary bedroom was beautiful!

Overall a great location for family vacation. Blocks to the beach, nice little deck with distant view of the ocean. Smell and Sounds of the ocean all day long. Next to groceries. Clean, updated place. We had a great visit!

We had a wonderful stay. Very cozy and nicely appointed place. Convenient kitchen. Gorgeous view to the ocean. Troy and Sidney were very helpful and responsive. A small problem with the heater was fixed at lightning speed. We were very impressed.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and exactly as described. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. We loved being able to play on the nearby beaches with dogs and have a low-key stay. The host let us check out late for a small fee.

This was our second time staying here, and just like last time, we loved it. Will be looking to book again in the future!

Don was a Awesome Host and was always available when I had any questions or needs. Condo was Very Clean with an Awesome View. Best for us it was Pet Friendly 🐶🐶 With a park right across the street. Thanks Don, we really enjoyed our stay!

Thoughtfully laid out and comfortable home that worked well for our multi generational family group. One of the only places around that didn't require more than one set of stairs. Great location. Parking in the neighborhood is limited, but we easily fit 2 larger suvs in the parking pad (I think it's technically 3 spots). Great communication.
