Netarts Bay vacation rentals

This place was perfect for our multi-generational family getaway. Lots of toys and games for kids, easy walk to the beach, and plenty of space for three families. We had a toddler who had a hard time adjusting the first night and no one else could hear a thing--so bonus points for the wall thickness :)

Such cute and cozy little condos right on the beach. Was exactly what we were looking for! Very central to town and little shops, grocery stores, etc. The view was fantastic. Amenities were an awesome plus. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the three bedrooms upstairs unit of a duplex. The view from the deck was magnificent. The beds were comfortable and we had a blast playing ping pong. The kitchen is huge. It could use a couple of bowls but otherwise well appointed. The living room furniture is ok but I wish was a bit more plentiful. Walking straight from the stairs off the deck the beach is less than 100 steps away and amazing. The bathrooms were well stocked with an eye to hospitality. I would recommend to friends and would consider staying here again.

It was a great place for our needs. Close to the beach & room for 4 with two dogs. The beds could use replacing but overall great value. Staff are really nice and helpful! Thank you!

We had an incredible stay at Brent’s beach townhome! The view was stunning, the place was spotless, and Brent even left us some snacks to enjoy. He was always quick to respond, friendly, and truly went above and beyond—like when we had a power outage one night due to the wind. Brent checked in proactively and made sure we were taken care of. The beds were super comfortable, and all of Brent’s local recommendations were delicious. Even the in-laws were impressed! Overall, we felt truly valued as guest and I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough.

Great location for a beach getaway. The neighborhood is cute, location to the beach is wonderful. The house is sweet. Perfect gathering for family or friends.

Beautiful location and pristine home. We loved that it was so close to the beach. We could hear the ocean at all times. Very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is definitely now one of my favorites. Right downtown yet on the beach and private. Amazing views and the sunroom is delightful. Also so very clean!!! The host checked in with us to make sure we were happy and to see if we had any questions. Our family had a great time.

We’ve stayed at many AirBnB’s along the Oregon coast and this was by far one of our favorite stays. The guys loved having access to the kayaks and having the option to fish on the private lake or 5 minutes away on the beach. The little girls loved all the toys that were available on the loft and enjoyed the slide attached to the bunk beds. The beach was a 5 minute walk across the street. The Barview jetty was a 5 minute drive and perfect for the kids to play in the tide pools. The space was absolutely perfect for what we needed. I would highly recommend this space and do see ourselves coming back.

Bret provided friendly and helpful communication. We could not have been happier with our stay. Bret's place is thoughtfully designed and decorated. The bathroom was beautiful and the whole house was spotless. We also really appreciated the quiet location and the short walking distance to town.

Royce's house is exceptionally well equipped and well furnished. It's clean, spacious, comfortable, and excellently maintained. It's great for large groups because nearly every bedroom has its own private bathroom. It has a wide variety of kitchen gear and supplies, two full-size washers and dryers, fun additions (hot tub, pool table, karaoke machine, lots of games, etc.), a large communal space (kitchen, living room, dining room), and plenty of parking. Highly recommended!

I usually opt for oceanfront stays but I will 100% be back to this lovely home in Netarts. I prefer quiet beach towns. This home had personal touches everywhere- music playing upon entry, salt water taffy on the counter, family artwork, fresh extra seasonings and ingredients for meals that I would typically never touch, but care and safety is taken here to enjoy them. When I am on vacation, I also appreciate a good nights sleep. Easy to come by here due to comfortable beds, nice showers and fresh towels. We enjoyed our stay with another couple and there was plenty of room for four and would feel comfortable with six as well. If you travel with kids, it is a kid friendly home but didn’t get in the way of our adult vacation. Private and sunny backyard with a fire pit and stocked wood. Beautifully landscaped front yard if you prefer sitting around another fire pit. If you HAVE to work while you are vacationing there are two desk areas but come for the bay, the beach, and enjoy friends a

Jordan and Jennifer are fantastic hosts, friendly, welcoming and so helpful. Their place is beautiful and homey and always clean. We love staying here when we are in Willamina visiting family!
