Such a beautiful place to stay over the holidays. Just minutes walk to the beach, the dogs loved it!! Highly recommend and hope to be back in the future!

ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars for the 'value' is because I truly think that AirBnB's fees are too high. The actual rental fee for the condo was extremely reasonable. And the only other thing is that is a little bit of a bummer is that you have to wash your own dishes, dry them and put them away. There's no dishwasher. But they are up front about that so there's no big deal. I'm just trying to find the little things. :)

We stayed in the three bedrooms upstairs unit of a duplex. The view from the deck was magnificent. The beds were comfortable and we had a blast playing ping pong. The kitchen is huge. It could use a couple of bowls but otherwise well appointed. The living room furniture is ok but I wish was a bit more plentiful. Walking straight from the stairs off the deck the beach is less than 100 steps away and amazing. The bathrooms were well stocked with an eye to hospitality. I would recommend to friends and would consider staying here again.

We had an incredible stay at Brent’s beach townhome! The view was stunning, the place was spotless, and Brent even left us some snacks to enjoy. He was always quick to respond, friendly, and truly went above and beyond—like when we had a power outage one night due to the wind. Brent checked in proactively and made sure we were taken care of. The beds were super comfortable, and all of Brent’s local recommendations were delicious. Even the in-laws were impressed! Overall, we felt truly valued as guest and I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough.

Great location for a beach getaway. The neighborhood is cute, location to the beach is wonderful. The house is sweet. Perfect gathering for family or friends.

The house was perfect for our family of five. There is lots of space and a fully stocked kitchen. It was great having the washer/dryer and an added bonus that some detergent packets were included. From the entry of the house to the waves on the beach is about a minute walk. There was a local blackout while we were there and we also needed help finding some supplies. Both times Ashley was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The views from the back of this house were gorgeous! Rockaway is a very special place and this was the first time I’ve ever had a whole house to ourselves where we could walk right down to the beach and also enjoy the views while inside. We spent our time admiring the ocean from the big windows in the sun room and while soaking in the hot tub on the back porch. Also thoroughly enjoyed using the spacious kitchen, which was fully stocked with everything we could have needed! When we first arrived, I wished the bedrooms had views of the ocean, but we truly didn’t mind this during our stay because of the other views from the house and how quick and easy it was to walk out the back door and immediately be on the sand. Our dogs and humans loved it here. Thanks for a lovely get away!

We’ve stayed at many AirBnB’s along the Oregon coast and this was by far one of our favorite stays. The guys loved having access to the kayaks and having the option to fish on the private lake or 5 minutes away on the beach. The little girls loved all the toys that were available on the loft and enjoyed the slide attached to the bunk beds. The beach was a 5 minute walk across the street. The Barview jetty was a 5 minute drive and perfect for the kids to play in the tide pools. The space was absolutely perfect for what we needed. I would highly recommend this space and do see ourselves coming back.

Charming home for a family gathering, conveniently located outside Tillamook. Stayed warm and cozy on frigid nights. Marv sent us directions so we knew exactly how to find the house which was much appreciated.

I don't have too many words that can describe this home. The home is absolutely beautiful! I like that it had two separate spaces and the animals were abundant! We had Eagles everyday!! We had owls, great blue heron, egrets, and elk within viewing distance! We heard coyotes one night which was nice and relaxing. There is so much to do just in a 30 Mi range that you will not get bored. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. The very last day I did see a golden eagle which was surprising! Overall it was a great stay and we loved the place!

We had a lovely time staying in this roomy home by the ocean. All accommodations were clean, nice, and the decor was cute and thoughtful. Elizabeth was so kind to go out of her way to return an important item we left. The view of the ocean was awesome. The whole family loved staying here!

This was our 4th time staying at this home and we love it! Great views from full wall of windows looking out to the ocean, wonderful fully stocked kitchen, relaxing furniture...spacious yet cozy! Host Heather was very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Hannah's Estuary Escape. Loved the front porch and the view, loved the high ceilings and great room (kitchen and living room space combined), the large kitchen island, the big (and seemed new) couch situation for lounging, watching movies, and games. Beds & bedding were top notch and really comfortable. The Tierra del Mar beach was great, uncrowded, and only about a mile away. (and the famous bunnies!) Loved the firepit and grandson loved the tree swing. All in all , it's a great place - highly recommend.

Great lady minute getaway! Really liked the space and all the amenities! Brett was quick to respond and very accommodating our late request. Manzanita is a favorite spot for us, and we would definitely stay at 3ONE8 again, if available.

Loft 8 is a wonderful property! You feel like you are in an art gallery! Everything from the live plants to the cozy very spacious living areas and huge kitchen was spot on. The bedrooms and bathrooms were luxurious and exactly as advertised. We had hoped to order a simple take out pizza one of the nights but because it was a holiday the wait was too long. No worries, a 2 minute jaunt thru town takes you to a market about a mile away. We used the kitchen facilities several times. It has literally everything you could need. The loft is very walkable to town (right in town with two reserved parking spaces that are literally 30 feet from the front door -- so nice!) and to the expansive beach. I could not have been happier with the loft. Oftentimes we have been a little let down by airbnb properties being left with the 'treasures of others' cluttering every available space. Not only was loft 8 meticulously clean, there was absolutely no clutter. Wonderful!
