Lara was a great host. It was a lovely stay with stunning views. Lara was very responsive to our questions and solved a minor issue very quickly. Highly recommend staying here if you want a base for exploring the top of the South Island. Nelson is only a 20 minute drive away for amenities with big landmark attractions within 2 hours.

Such a beautifully equipped guest house with fantastic, friendly hosts! Cosy, secure and has everything you need, and every thoughtful touch covered. A very short walk to both Nelson town centre and the coast. Raeonie came out to meet us as we arrived and help get our bags inside and show us round which was a lovely touch. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything!

Pablo and Grace were really accomodating hosts. They're super approachable and friendly, and went out of their way to make my stay more enjoyable and convenient. The location is a little far from the CBD but it's very convenient for getting to the hospital and everything is an easy walking distance to access.

Dana's place is a very spacious and very clean. everything was spotless. The location is in a neighborhood, and very close to access to the cycling and walking paths in the Nelson area. two major grocery stores are located just a mile down the road. the space is very comfortable, but the normal summer sun was a bit rainy during our stay... but an easy walk to the Nelson Car Museum was a nice diversion for us. highly recommend this great Airbnb!

Wow, wow, wow! 🤩 This was an absolutely magical place to stay… a little slice of paradise! We had the best time with the kids - relaxing and swimming in the salt water pool, then out for dinner at Burger N Beast in Berryfields! After that we ended the evening with the kids in the spa-with-a-view… and what a beautiful view it was too! Look up and see the stars, look ahead and see the Tasman Bay! 💫 Jenny was kind and thoughtful and she was very accommodating to specific requests/requirements. We left baby socks behind and she kindly popped them in the post to us. It was lovely meeting you and your dog Basil! Thank you for a fabulous stay, we hope to visit again sometime! 🌸

We had a great stay! As a retired couple out traveling for a few months, we appreciated the separate bedroom with very comfortable queen bed and side tables, well equipped kitchen that included an oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dining room table and 2 couches. I had one request for something for cooking and it was brought over, no problem. The outside space with table on the deck was really nice in the evening. While the owners are next door, you do not feel like you are impeding their personal family space. As travelers not from NZ, it was nice to get to talk with Heidi and her daughter a little. There is so much to do in the area. The wineries are lovely, a day exploring Able Tasmin is a must. We especially enjoyed Rabbit Island beach walk and a 'treat' dinner at The Boat Shed. Thank you!

We loved everything about Caroline's place! The apartment was spacious and beautifully appointed with stunning views of the estuary. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the shower was glorious. Caroline also went the extra mile by providing a bottle of wine, cheese, and other snacks for us to enjoy! We felt very spoiled and our time in Nelson was a real treat.

It was a wonderful stay at Robert's. The cabin was immaculately clean. Robert was on site to meet us and was extremely friendly and welcoming. The property itself was spacious enough for us, without being too big. Everything was well stocked too, some milk in the fridge a nice touch. Had two gorgeous dogs that lived there and wander the grounds, so soft and were excellent with our two boys. We extended our stay as we were very happy with location and property. Would happily stay again.

Robert was very friendly; he greeted me on arrival and went to the trouble of saying goodbye. Robert's place had everything I needed for cooking and a comfortable stay. The place seems fairly new. Nice view from the lounge room and bedroom. Great walk down to the main road and to the parks and beach.

Heather’s place was exactly as described and shown in the photos. A very comfortable property with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Complete with fresh flowers and a decorated Christmas tree for the season. Great service and communication. We highly recommend.

Daphna is simply the most charming host you could ever meet. Nothing was a problem and the accomodation was extremely spacious, comfortable and peaceful. Very private yet easily accessible being located in a quiet residential neighbourhood not far from all amenities. The bonus was being able to stretch out and relax in the pool after a long days drive.

Really cute private small cottage (owners home is next door). Very nice grounds and patio area. Great bed. Kitchen area has all the basics and Tamara includes a breakfast (and delicious treats). A bit rustic but well kept. It is a 20 minute walk down a steep hill to town.

I had a wonderful stay at Wendy and Tony's guest studio. It's well appointed, tastefully decorated, comfortable and set in a beautifully landscaped garden. Absolute perfection in an AirBnb. We stayed 2 nights and wish we could have stayed 2 weeks. We loved Nelson and this was the most beautiful place to call home away from home. Tastefully appointed and designed with all the amenities you could need. Bed was comfy, water was hot and had great shower pressure. We especially appreciated the ability to wash and dry our clothes before the next leg of our trip. Thoughtful stocking of the kitchen was a nice touch. Thank you so much for having us :)
