Vacation rentals with lake access in Negros Occidental

The host is very responsive, helpful and polite. The place is the same as in photos. It is near Festive walk, and easy to locate. Really enjoyed the pool. Best place for staycation with loved ones. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

Great stay, nice staff. Our bungalows were very clean and new. Jhun lives next door and is reachable throughout the entire stay and on request he serves drinks and there is also a kitchen team to order food (breakfast, lunch, dinner). All at a fair price and very delicious. The property is about 10 minutes from Moalboal by car. The property offers various excursions & organizes everything. In the evening you have a beautiful sunset. We were very satisfied and would always recommend the place.

We enjoyed our stay at Alicia’s place! The unit is very spacious which we liked. The entire place was clean and tidy. We love that the beds are queen and king sizes. AC’s are working great in cooling the entire place. There is also heater in the shower. Also, the host was very easy to communicate with, plus she gave us cassava cake. :) Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you!

The place is extremely clean, and just as described- very private. The only people we sew were the others staying in the small villas (2) behind our house. We were able to order take out one night from a local restaurant. The other nights we cooked in the very well stocked kitchen. The instructions for how to get there and signage on the road made it easy to find. Like most of the reviews, we were just sad we had to leave.

The place is clean and matches the host's description. There was just a minor issue during check-in, but it was resolved immediately. It is a comfortable place to stay and very accessible since it's just a short walk from the Festive Mall.

Apartment complex is super new, so all amenities work well and are in good condition. Once you're checked in, getting in and out is super easy and there are plenty of linens in case you need to swap bedsheets for any reason. Having Amazon Prime Video is a nice plus as well, and the price is very competitive for the more upscale location. Host also offered to have the place cleaned 1 week into my 2 week stay, which was fantastic. The cleaner did a great job and I appreciated the offer. One note: make sure to bring your own toiletries as there weren't any when I stayed.

The place is equipped with essentials, tho it could use a water dispenser and some pitchers. The location is great and has a nice view of the river. The host and caretaker was very responsive to our messages and was able to cater to extend our checkout time. The condo premises itself is clean and quiet. Was also able to park a rented motorcycle for free. Downside, as mentioned in one of the comments, music from the esplanade can be heard in the bedrooms and can disturb sleep. Overall, would still recommend this place.
