Apartment vacation rentals in Negombo Lagoon

Nick was a very responsive and friendly host. The apartment was really good and free of clutter. Felt right at home.

We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

I had a fantastic stay. This host was very responsive, greeted me upon arrival showed me around the apartment etc. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The location is ideal, close to all the amenities one needs when traveling. I would highly recommend a stay! Regards, Chris

The accomodation is very comfortable, clean and newly furnished. There's everything you need for a few days stay in Colombo. Ranil is always been kind and responsive. Moving around the city is extremely easy, we found this location a great spot especially for running between one errand and another in the capital city. Definitely recommended.

Never have I booked a place that looked so true to the photos! The interior design is beautiful, and the place felt incredibly clean. As described, by others, the AC is powerful and upon reflection, the best I experienced in all of Sri Lanka. The host/building management were very responsive if I needed anything- even a last minute early check in request. Overall, it was everything I could have asked for. Highly recommend!

We just wanted to share our delightful experience at Zulfica’s (LULU) place where we recently stayed. From the moment we arrived, Zulfica and Jurair were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, even providing a complimentary snack and drink when we arrived. The accommodation was cozy and well-kept. They were always available to answer questions and made sure we had everything needed for a perfect stay. If you’re ever in the area, we highly recommend staying at Zulfica’s place. Stayed here for a few days before we flew out. Gayan was extremely responsive and helpful from the moment we booked. There was an issue with the front door lock, and Gayan had it resolved within a few hours even before we raised it with him. Gayan ensured we had a peaceful stay and was constantly checking up on us. The apartment was extremely clean and easy to find. The place has all the amenities a weary traveler needs and I would highly recommend the place We look forward to staying here the next time we're in town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dipikas place. Everything was exactly as described more. The apartment was tastefully decorated and comfortable We met Dipika who is very friendly and charming

Great apartment by the beach in mount lavinia. Some good restaurants and bars nearby. The view is great, the apartment was clean and very well kept. Joseph, who is managing the property, has been incredibly helpful and kind, and agreed to let us keep our luggage after check in as our flight was late in the evening. Totally recommended!

We had a pleasant stay at this beautiful and well appointed apartment. Ideally located in the heart of Colombo surrounded by best restaurants and star class hotels. We will definitely stay here again in our next visit to Sri Lanka and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I loved staying here. A really beautiful and modern apartment in a great location, close to supermarkets and nice cafes/restaurants, and a short tuktuk ride from everywhere else. Felt very safe in the area as a solo female traveller too. Most of all, Prasanna is an incredibly attentive and friendly host. I felt welcomed and cared for throughout my stay, he met me on arrival, gave me recommendations, and any questions I had or anything I needed (even salt and pepper!), he was there to help with immediately. Thank you so much, Prasanna. Absolutely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere in Columbo, this is a gem on Airbnb!

We had a wonderful stay at Nihal's place in Maharagama! Nihal and his wife are incredibly kind-hearted and helpful hosts, always ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality truly made our experience special. The house is situated in a very convenient location, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby amenities. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, perfect for both short and long vacations. We wholeheartedly recommend Nihal's place to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay in Maharagama. Thank you, Nihal and family, for making our trip so enjoyable!

It’s the second time I have stayed at Fazly’s place. I had to change my itinerary for my trip & Fazly was very accommodating in meeting my requests. The check in very easy with great communication & Rashid is there to help you check in. The apartment is exactly as described & is very comfortable. Havelock City has the mall next door with lots of shops & restaurants so making life easier. I would recommend the apartment to all & hoping to stay there again on my next trip.

the apartment was clean comfortable home and very welcoming the air-conditioning amazing and Shyamala so nice and ready to help the building has a small supermarket and a lovely pool we loved it!

Very convenient place near Galle Face in Colombo. Walking distance to the best fine dines and malls in town. Good amenities within the building for working out and relaxing. Great view from each room. All of that coupled with an accommodating host and you get the perfect Airbnb.

We stayed here 3 night. The place was as described. The view was amazing, especially loved the room with attached toilet with balconies on 2 sides. You can hear the waves crashing, once you open the balcony doors and it’s perfect. What we loved - there’s Cargills supermarket 10ish mins walk from Blue Ocean - beach is just 2 mins walk away - 24/7 security (and they are super nice) - host is very attentive and responsive - kitchen with all amenities Other things - slow WiFi (we got internet for one day and didn’t rest of the stay, raised the concern with host and she immediately tried to fix it. But even when we left we didn’t get any wifi, hopefully it’s a temporary issue only and is fixed for future guests) - Stove (we couldn’t figure out the stove, but the host immediately sent someone to help us out) Overall, an excellent host and an apartment in good condition with all mentioned amenities.

Kenodh’s apartment at Petersen Tower, Havelock City was excellent accommodation for our 2 night stay in Colombo 7-9 January 2025. The apartment was clean and tidy with generous sized rooms. Pool & gym on site. Apartment has lots of space for families of 4 or more. We were family of 3 adults. Location was perfect as we were travelling with friends who were staying with family in a nearby tower in the Havelock complex. Havelock Mall was walking distance from Petersen Tower where we had access to restaurants, supermarket and retail shopping. Kenodh was a very good host with prompt and responsive communication at all stages pre, during and post stay. The check in instructions were straightforward & clear. We contacted Kenodh’s local agent Thusitha for key handover. Thusitha was easy to deal with & flexible with handover time. He gave us a tour of the apartment so we knew how everything operated. We highly recommend this property, host & agent & would happily stay here again when in Colombo

Highly recommend staying at Silmiya’s place. The apartment and the block it’s situated in js stunning. The view from the apartment over the Lotus Tower makes the experience more beautiful and magical, especially when it’s lit up at night. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy. Essential items were provided to make it a home away from home. Silmiya is an excellent and responsive host.

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment exceeded our expectations with its phenomenal view, making every morning and evening a delight. The pool on the 8th floor was a highlight—beautifully designed and the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The attention to detail and overall ambiance made this stay unforgettable. The apartment was beautiful, clean and well kept! we had a comfortable stay, though the guest bed was a bit small. Location was also ideal as it was very close to many tourist attractions and great restaurants and malls. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Colombo for a few days!
