This place is great! Hygiene is important to me in order to be comfortable quickly. That's no problem at all. The apartment has everything you need. Even a small coffee maker ;) Tea drinkers are also thought of. Snacks complete it all. There is even a climate for summer months. Now in winter was preheated even before my arrival, which I found very pleasant. The contact is super organized and very friendly. The access code comes in time and you have to think of almost nothing, just arrive.

A great stay! The host was incredibly friendly and flexible – I was allowed to check in earlier and was even able to leave earlier as my work was finished earlier. The refund for the time not used was a super nice touch that I really appreciate! The apartment itself is small but extremely cozy, clean and warm, nothing is missing. Location is perfect, central and well connected. Overall, I am more than satisfied and very grateful for this great experience. Many thanks for the wonderful hosts!

Friendly nice host, who always had an open ear for questions. Parking directly at the house which was worth gold. Downtown walking distance. Check in /out hassle-free and very flexible, which was problematic during my work assignment. It was a very nice welcome, although I arrived later thanks to the train delay. For the occasion of my trip (Festa de Sao Joao), the location was perfect - 200 meters to the "place of action", and only a good 10min from the train station. The apartment is very nice , cozy and bright , super clean and even though I hardly used the kitchen - everything is available. The location is central but very quiet, everything is easily accessible on foot. I felt very comfortable.

The place was perfect and even better than described in the photos. The service was excellent – you can see when someone does something out of passion. The next trip to this location is already planned.

I can recommend Ilona's place without restriction. I was only there to sleep, but I felt very comfortable. The cleanliness of the accommodation and the fact that it was very quiet at night contributed to this. I saw Ilona briefly as a welcome. She was super nice and helpful. When I accidentally broke her fly net in front of the window, she responded quietly, kindly and accommodatingly.

Everything was great, Marc responded quickly to questions, was nice and girlfriend. The place was super clean and everything was hassle-free. Glad to come back!

The apartment is significantly larger than shown in the pictures. We felt well taken care of with our infant and we were provided with a baby guest bed. It all worked out! Thank you for the lovely holiday with you!

Really a great place to stay where you can relax and unwind. Everything was nice and clean and you immediately felt at home.

Very nice hostess and a small fine basement apartment that lacked nothing in a quiet residential area. We were received very well, Ilona was always easily accessible and was super fast on messages. Shopping of everyday life, pharmacies and banks are all within walking distance in no time. All in all highly recommended.

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful, large apartment with everything you need. Large hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, cozy dining and living room, comfortable bed. Nice and homely furnished. Nice contact and quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend.
