The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and very beautiful. The location is good, with public transportation and markets/pharmacy/restaurants nearby. The region is very quiet and quiet. Klaus always answered my questions quickly. I recommend it!

Lovely, large apartment with an amazing view! Our plan was to explore Berlin, which worked very well for us from Woltersdorf with the public. There is good transport connection to Berlin from Erkner by train. We did not try the bus line Near the apartment, are by car to Erkner and used the free P&R parking directly at the train station. 👍 The Martin family is very personable and pleasant. All in all a trip that we had a lot of fun!

Great value for money and amazing accomidation

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Location was perfect. Quietly located, within walking distance of the Saale and tram. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We stayed at Dirk's place for 7 nights and were more than satisfied. With nice signs that welcomed us to the apartment, we were guided through our first questions. The decor was very nice! We had everything there to take care of ourselves and there was also a great connection to public transport so that you can get directly to Potsdam or the surrounding area. Overall a great vacation with a super friendly host and a nice atmosphere! Thanks Dirk and see you next time :)

We had a wonderful stay! Our travel plans changed last minute, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating, quickly updating the lock combination for us without any hassle. When we initially had trouble getting the heat to work, they responded immediately and even brought portable heaters—though in the end, we didn’t need them. The apartment is stocked with so many useful items—coffee filters, detergent, plenty of bathroom essentials, and even a straightening iron. But the absolute highlight was the beautiful decor. You can tell that the place was furnished with real love and attention to detail, perfectly capturing the style of the time period. From the plate clock above the kitchen door to the heavy wool blanket in the sitting room, every little touch felt intentional. The lamps, chests, dishes—simply amazing! A truly special place. We’d absolutely stay here again!
