Incredibly great view from the balcony. Alex the cat, who is the property manager, comes by regularly to check on his guests. He likes to paid in treats for his service. Yurga is a funny and helpful person. If you are a light sleeper you should bring earplugs as the fridge makes a lot of noise at night. Otherwise everything was great! Thank you very much!

Well what can I say; we loved our stay in the villa. Pictures don’t do justice to the place. Ocean is literally your backyard and you can easily walk to many local places. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants privacy and wants to have. Private ocean. Would want to come back again to Giorgos place again

I’d come back again and again. If you’re up for a drive through the windy country roads, this is a must stay. It is a gorgeous property, the view is unbelievable, and it had everything you could possibly need plus some. And the hosts went above and beyond. We even were baked a cake! I am already planning my return trip. As far as driving to beaches and things, it was pretty easy and quick. It’s about a 12-15min drive down through the backroads (all paved nicely) and then you’re in kissamos. We daytripped to Chania and Falassarna Beach and Balos with ease. If you don’t mind driving, this place is well worth it!

What a magical place you have Dimitris. The villa situated just on the edge of a local village and provided all the seclusion and peacefulness that we were searching for. We noticed how much attention to detail Dimitris had put in the villa. The villa was super clean and had all the amenities that we would need for our stay. Dimitris had thought of everything, including some of his father’s local wine and olive oil to help us enjoy our stay. It was after waking up on that first morning, looking across the stunning swimming pool, over the valley and up to the m ountains that we knew we had made the right choice. We had the peace, ambience and would get the relaxation that we were after. We did not need to go anywhere else. Dimitris was always on hand to help and provide recommendations in the local area if required. Our week ended with only one thought, “we have to come back!”, if only to taste some of your mother’s pies again. Thank you.

We stayed in this beautiful Apartment over Christmas and New Year’s and we had an amazing time!! The hosts were incredibly friendly, kind, and took such great care of us – that really made the trip extra special. The apartment is beautiful and in a perfect location, right by the harbor in the center of Chania. We were three people, and it worked perfectly for us – plenty of space to spend time together but also to have some privacy when needed, which we really appreciated as a family. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again!

We love our stay, the place had everything we needed. The location was amazing. Konstantinos was extremely helpful and responsive. We will be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in great location near Chania old town.

Beautiful apartment at a beautiful location

My boyfriend and I have stayed at airbnb’s all over the world so I don’t say this lightly. It may be one of if not m the best places we’ve stayed at especially for the price. The hosts were super friendly and left us waters, coke and some snacks. There’s ac for every room and tvs as well. The beach is a 3 minute walk at most. They own the hotel above so the pool and gym is available to use, which was great. Lisa at the store was beyond helpful and kind. Highly recommend and will be back.

The apartment is located very conveniently a close walk to the old town and bars and restaurants near the harbour. It has everything you need and is very comfortable, with 2 beautiful balconies almost giving you a 360 degree view over the city. Check in was very easy and communication with Tamar was timely and efficient. We had a great stay!
