Vacation rentals with breakfast in National City

It’s about a block to the beach, 15 minute walk to OB, and has some great restaurants and cafes within a block. Plus, it’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown SD. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great place, made you feel like you were staying in a home away from home. The house was clean and organized with lots of amenities and extra activities that weren’t listed on the site, making it great for families with kids. Front yard was even bigger than seen in photos. Definitely would stay here again if ever needed to. Overall a great home to book for vacations. In the middle of San Diego as well which is nice since we have friends and family that were only a 10-20 min drive away. Highly recommend booking a stay here for anyone interested.

This house is a MUST STAY for a trip to San Diego! I booked this property for my birthday weekend and me and my friends could not have been happier with our stay. It is honestly more beautiful in person. It is extremely spacious and the front and side patios made for amazing game nights and hanging out by the fire. I could not recommend this place enough! 5/5 stars!

Great deal for a very cozy stay. The blankets are so comfy!! Enock was able to check me in within 30 mins of booking, even though I booked late at night. The extra towels were very helpful too. Great location with good food around and only 5-8 minutes to get into gaslamp area. I highly recommend to anyone visiting San Diego

The house was so clean! Great location and even though we didn't get to utilize the hot tub it seemed to work well and was clean. Drive way parking is small and you do need a permit to park on the street before 7pm but plenty of parking after 7. Would recommend and would book again. The host was also very attentive

It was a great place to stay with our young family. The unit had plenty of space, the kitchen had everything we need, and on-site laundry allowed us to pack lightly. The house was great for our young children, as there was no clutter or things we needed to worry about accidentally breaking. It was a convenient location (close to the airport and downtown) and the neighborhood was quiet.

Everything was great! Would recommend to anyone visiting San Diego wanting to be close to downtown :)

Spacious and clean place, comfortable beds, a dedicated parking spot, in a nice area. Jordan was a great host.

Chris was an amazing host! He had some great tipps and hidden spots in san diego, which definietly made the stay much better! Also the location was perfect to discover San Diego and the beach is maybe 7 minutes away from the appartement

A low key relaxing spot on the edge of the Adams ave "village" steps from the action, yet its a quiet street w vintage homes.. The apt is very comfortable, nice yard w chairs and flowers to relax and enjoy SD sunshine. Kitchen supplied well w needed plates and such, bed very comfortable and whole place welcoming. parking space especially good as it can be tight street parking on weekends. I live nearby, rented for my edlery Mom, who felt safe and peaceful there. This place is a good example of the Charm we in NH foster and enjoy, a great artsy neighborhood w many great restaurants and bars, live music and more.. Check out the Abnormal Bar - a new hip roof top spot a block away - Mauricio's for a real Taco and Rosie O'gradys for live music and neighbors enjoying a craft beer. This place is one of Normal Height's best! -I'll See you round the Avenue!

As a woman who travels solo, it’s important for me to feel safe & comfortable & Ralph’s place felt just like that. The bed was also very comfortable, a rare thing in other Airbnb’s. The location is close enough to many different popular spots, too. Definitely worth the stay.

A true bnb on airbnb. Ann made sure I settled in alright and was a lovely host. The space is private, has a private entrance, and parking available. A yummy breakfast was provided in the morning and that was such a treat. I’d love to stay here again whenever I’m back in SD. Thank you Ann!

About a three minute walk to the North Park Observatory. Perfect location if you’re in town for a concert. Balboa, the zoo etc are also less than a 10 minute drive. Charming historic and spacious house that’s well decorated. Deborah respects your privacy! The room stay felt like it was its own private unit. Deborah is also really cool and well traveled. Proactively communicative and friendly so you’ll get to know her a bit. The free bed and breakfast was also top quality fresh. Definitely not your typical complementary hotel breakfast. If I’m in town for another concert at The Observatory then I’m staying at Deborah’s 10/10 recommend.

Loved everything about my stay there. Room was spacious with a loft, which my son enjoyed. Marty even left some epson salt for the jacuzzi bathtub. Marty was very responsive, friendly, kind, and most helpful. She offered to make us pancakes on our last day but too bad my son doesn’t care for pancakes 😅. We’ll definitely return in the future!

Very please with my stay at the Gaslamp Room. Everything is very clean. Good location. Walkable distance to many places. Definitely will come back or recommend this place to my friends. Thank you Bill for your recommendation of local restaurants and your healthy breakfast.

We had a lovely stay, Ann was a great host! The bed was comfortable with very soft sheets and our room had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Margo has a beautiful, quiet home and provides comfortable and organized accommodations for her guests. The bed was extremely cozy. I never saw her tortoise, but her dog is so sweet! Nearby bus stops make getting around by public transit very easy. Be a considerate and respectful guest, and your stay will be great, too.

Am so glad I stumbled upon this Bed and Breakfast!! Will now keep this in my places to always look to stay in San Diego when I visit!!. Very comfortable, great location, quiet, small . . . just really liked everything about it. Ann and Mary were great and took care us. Thanks for a great stay
