Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Natchitoches Parish

Absolutely the best host! Everything was well described and honest. Pearl goes over and beyond to make sure her guests are taken care of. We would definitely stay again. Even our little fur baby felt right at home.

We enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels and any cleaning supplies needed for dishwasher and washing machine etc. The view was beautiful, just overall quiet and peaceful!

Beautiful house, comfortable beds and great location!

The cabin was very nice and the beds were super comfy. We spent most of our time on the back porch looking at the stars. As some of the other reviews stated there were some sweet dogs and even a nice cat came visit. We enjoyed the pets and made a walk to visit the horse an donkeys down by the Bayou. Property was very quiet and was a great place to unwind while we were on business. We will be back.

This place is everything advertised and more. Incredible property. Incredible location on the river and walkable to Front Street. Man I am going to miss sitting out on that deck in the morning drinking my coffee. Christy and Barbie were great. Super responsive and even left us a Bundt cake as a welcome (we ate the whole thing). The place is not cheap, but it’s worth every penny. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks Christy for a terrific weekend. Hope to visit again!

This is a beautiful cabin by the lake. We enjoyed our mornings sitting out on the porches watching ducks and herons on the water and the sunsets at night. Inside is beautifully decorated and super cozy. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed playing shuffleboard. We went into Natchitoches (about a 35 minute drive) for the Christmas Lights Festival which was quite a show! We ate at Mayeaux’s and HIGHLY recommend! The food there is amazing!! We loved our stay!

We had a blast at Lonnie’s place. Cane River Lake is fun to cruise around and fish on. The area is nice with lots of history and friendly people. My youngest daughter is 4 and disabled (paraplegic) and she had a great time fishing and boating here. She also loved the swing which was perfect for her to lay on her belly to swing. It was also very relaxing for us as well. The boat ramp on the property was perfect for my little boat. I’m going to bring my older kids here hopefully this summer. Lonnie was a great host and made sure everything was going smoothly.
