Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Narragansett

A great getaway with friends!! We walked to a great dinner just doors away, the private back yard and off street parking were great amenities to have on a busy parade weekend. The host was very responsive, helpful and provided a great space filled with everything you could need. Would 100% recommend and stay again!

As soon as we arrived to Nan’s House we knew it would be a wonderful Christmas. The house was decorated beautifully and even had a Christmas tree to put our gifts under. The kitchen was immaculate and the beds were all very comfy. Katherine was very responsive and answered quickly. Our family had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend.

Our stay at Bryan’s was perfect! Hot tub is great, everything was clean , easy access to downtown and things to do. It was exactly what we needed.

Very large space. bedrooms are equipped with the necessities. Kitchen isn't stocked immensely well if you plan to do any real cooking but it's fine in a pinch. The house is a little draft in the winter, probably because the window ac units were left in and the exterior doors have large gaps on the bottom of them, but for the price is was fine. There is a park nearby which is convenient for those bringing pets. Communication was sparse but existent prior to the stay and covered the explanation regarding how to get in, but nonexistent during and at checkout when concerns/questions arose. There is only parking for 3 cars, even though the house sleeps 8. Something to keep in mind. It is very obvious that the house is exclusively used as a budget airbnb and it shows in the care in which the property is kept. that said, it gets the job done.

I had a fantastic stay at Suzy’s Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Suzy was an incredibly gracious and responsive host, making sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

This home was absolutely how it was described. Plenty of room for us and the finished basement with an extra bedroom, wet bar, huge flat screen, and a comfy couch was a bonus! My grandchildren hung put downstairs while the adults sat around the table and played card games. We were intrigued by the beautiful yard and lake. Everyone wants to come back in the summer to hang by the fireplace and BBQ on the deck. This is definitely one of my favorite Airbnb!! Joshua was very accommodating and responded quickly to my messages. Absolutely a beautiful place!!

Absolutely pristine, it offered a perfect blend of comfort and beauty. It is clear that the property is meticulously maintained, spotless, elegant, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and every amenity was provided. The best part is the area! WOW. We walked into Mystic at least twice a day and had lovely morning strolls along the water. The back deck is perfect for coffee and pm cocktails. I highly recommend it. We'll be back.

This sweet apartment was the most peaceful paradise for my weekend away! Tara was friendly and kind and I felt very welcome during my stay. I wish i had made more of an effort to enjoy the amazing back yard space! Everything was perfect from the necessary amenities to the super comfortable bed that I didn't want to crawl out of. Beautiful spot and it made it so hard to leave. I will definitely choose Tara's place when I travel to the area in the future!

This apartment is a gem! Tom and Cindi have thought of all the details: plenty of extra pillows and blankets, nightlights readily available for us to plug in or not as/where needed, good blackout curtains in the bedroom, granola bars and some kitchen basics like butter and cream, an electric kettle as well as a coffee maker, and a wide variety of extra toiletries in case guests have forgotten anything. Tom greeted us in person when we arrived and made us feel welcome and at home. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. While it’s not walkable to downtown, it’s a fun neighborhood to walk around, near the bay. We’d stay here again if we visit this area again!

The perfect location in Newport! We stayed for a long weekend and walked everywhere. Five to ten minute walk to the best spots in town. There’s even a bus stop on the corner next to David’s place. The inside was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Couldn’t have picked a better spot for our stay!

We had a very comfortable relaxed stay! The space was clean and well equipped. The beds were soooo comfortable as was all the living room furniture! Craig was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We lived the location and made two visits to the close by Big Red slide and walked the beach! So close! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

This is the third time we have rented one of Matthews properties it was perfect for us. Anytime we visit Newport we will always rent from Matthew.

I’ve stayed in this home several times. The home is beautiful with a nautical theme throughout. Norm is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. It’s very quiet in a gorgeous New England setting. It’s like a second home when I’m in Little Compton.

We loved our stay at Michael's and Kara's beautiful house. It was so comfortable, clean and had everything we could possible want. We wished we could have stayed longer. Michael and Kara are so friendly and welcoming. They have this sunroom that is so very comfy. We will be back.
