Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Narrabeen Lagoon

We stayed for a week and loved it. The house is so peaceful and perfect for chilling out. Avoca Beach and Copacabana Beach are close by and have everything you need. The house was spotless and Henk gave thorough instructions and hints when checking in. I loved that there weren’t signs and instructions all through the house like some other airbnbs we have stayed at - it made it feel more like home.

Sharif is quiet friendly an approachable, great for a big group of people. cooking facilities for the big group and each room had its own fridge, aircon, wardrobe and attached bathroom/toilet. only drawback is few constructions happening on the street nearby, so parking is limited.

A wonderful stay! Super homey and spotlessly clean, plus just a few minutes walk to a really nice beach!! A great location away from the city bustle of Sydney, but close enough to visit to see the attractions and shop. Linda was very accommodating and communicative. We had a small issue with the fridge (not to the fault of the host) and her and her husband were very attentive, responsive and willing to remedy the situation. Very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice, peaceful beach getaway with some tourist visits to Sydney sprinkled in!

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay - stunning house! Lee was great at comms and proactively gave us an early check in. Super easy to access and generally felt rested ! Wish I stayed longer!

Lovely location, house is comfortable, relaxed and perfect for a beach holiday. Our dogs loved the back yard and the dog beach. Ceiling fans were essential as there is no air conditioning. We had a great stay and will be back.

Our second visit as a group of lifelong friends. We do not have a pet but do appreciate the sense of openness and both the indoor and outdoor communal spaces. When sitting outside, you did not feel like you were being overlooked or impinging on other's enjoyment of their homes. Accommodates 6 adults easily. Good use of labels in kitchen for finding items. Great to have a coffee machine and basic supplies. Walk to Umina shops and beach. Suited us as we are "talkers" and like to be able to sit and chat. Spa well maintained. Great outdoor shaded area.

The house was incredibly spacious and had so many great amenities for us to enjoy. It was located in a peaceful and secluded area, making it the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing getaway. So glad we got to experience it!

My family and I chose Rebekah and James’ beautiful home to unwind for the Australia Day long weekend and it was just the stay we were expecting! Their home was in pristine condition, their kitchen was well-stocked and their living areas catered to all our needs during our stay. The bedrooms were presented so beautifully, were very clean and provided great comfort to the kids and adults alike. The play room upstairs was a hit for the kids and there is so much to do around the house, with amenities and local shops within walking distance. We are already looking forward to planning our next staycation at Ettalong Beach, highlighting just how comfortable and easy our stay at this home was. This is a perfect apartment for exploring Sydney. Great location with access to running, walking, and everything in the CBD. And fantastic access to ferries and all other public transit to explore the rest of Sydney.

The stay at Rosalie's place was great, the property is very private and quiet. The balcony looks out onto trees and feels very calm. There are great resturants close by, easy to get around using the bus. very walkable area. Felt safe walking around early morning/at night. Thank you for being a responsive host. Cheers Carmel

We love our trips to Sydney, especially Bondi. Ashley's place was perfect for the three of us. It was in a fantastic location, only 400m from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The place was clean and tidy, the beds were very comfortable, and the little off ice space was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Weloved Cathy‘s place atBondi Beach. It was comfortable, well located and has a beautiful outdoor space. We would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Bondi!

We recently stayed at Lorna's place for 3 weeks while visiting family. This was not our first stay and as usual we found it to be top-notch. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. It was a lovely spot to relax after a day out. We had a rental car and getting around was very easy. On street parking in front of the property was no problem at all. The place is located close to our daughter's home and we could gather for home-cooked meals either at their place or at our Airbnb home away from home. Lorna and her family members were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. This a fantastic place to stay, and we are so happy to have found this place!

Beautiful location right on the beach, easy access with local cafe next door. Unique apartment with everything you need, stunning views any time of the day. The apartment was in a central location with short walks in both directions to local amenities, coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Dan and Robert provided all bedding & towels and the complimentary basket was a great touch. Great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alan’s place. He is a great host, provided clear instructions on how to access the property and helpful guide book once we had access to the place. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend Alan’s place if anyone is looking for a temporary stay in Dee Why.

We had a wonderful stay at Lianna's. The accommodation was great in an excellent location - easy to get around with lots of good restaurants nearby.

Penny’s place was so perfect for our family of four. With two little kids the separate sleeping spaces worked so well, and the little playroom was such a perfect addition to keep them happy. The apartment is small, but with everything there is to do in Sydney we weren’t spending too much time inside anyways, but the huge outdoor patio which overlooked the ocean in the distance was an amazing addition. Penny was so helpful and responsive and such a pleasure to engage with. The location was a 15 minute walk to Coogee Beach, and about 20-30 minutes to other amazing neighborhoods around the city. It was a perfect place for our visit.

All the wonderful reviews are accurate so I won't repeat them except to say that this has been added to our short list of places we would love to return to. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked for guests that want to cook. And a welcome basket was supper appreciated. We did have a car but with a bit of research into what has been said on this by Emily and others, and an ability and willingness to walk including hills, you could do this without the cost of a car. The buses are great! Even with a car, we ended up taking the bus to Manly to catch the ferry to Sydney for the day. Saved on parking in Manly for sure! We especially enjoyed the lovely sea view, walking to the rock swim pools at Whale Beach (and driving to others to swim) and finding great places to explore, walk and eat.

Sharon is one of the best Airbnb host I ever met ! We can’t recommend her enough ! We forgot our key in the apartment one night and she specially travel down to open the door for us , with super nice attitude and we were so grateful ! Please stay here if u r coming to Sydney , right in CBD , beautiful apartment , and the host Sharon always reply in a heartbeat , u really can’t ask for anything more ! Superb highly recommended !

Location, Location, Location. So easy to get to anywhere in Bondi especially the beach. View from living room is spectacular.
