Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Narrabeen Lagoon

We had a beautiful, relaxing weekend in this tree top home. I appreciate the many hours spent on Janine and Henk's balcony at perfect rest. This home was exactly what my brother and I were looking for. Beach and coffee just down the road. A gas kitchen to cook our meals. Surround sound tv movie night. We are grateful. Greg. Canberra ACT

Really great property for our large group of people that are a race team that was competing at Sydney Motorsport Park. The house is just a short drive from the track and is in a peaceful quiet street but there are also plenty of shops etc just a few minutes drive away from the house, fast food etc near by as well as larger store likes, Bunnings etc reasonably close by. The 11 bedrooms, all with ensuite are ideal and the living areas are great. Sharif was there to greet us and show us the house, then there in the morning we left too. Thanks for be so communicative Sharif and we'll be back next we're racing in Sydney

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was super – close to beaches and national park yet quiet and peaceful. The suburban leafy setting was very relaxing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be booking again in the future. Perfect house for a big family holiday! 6 adults and 1 tween - plenty of space for everyone! Loved the open layout of the house and all the lovely windows! We made great use of the pool and we loved the short stroll to the beautiful Macmasters Beach. The pool & ping pong table got a lot of use with our crew and provided hours of entertainment! Would happily stay again anytime!

I was apprehensive on first seeing the house from the street, it looked so small. But it turned out to be like Dr Who's TARDIS. Huge on the inside and plenty of room for the 5 of us. There was plenty of room for chilling together and to escape to another room for some peace. There was a hair dryer and a straightener in the house, which my partner was happy to see and could have saved taking hers. One criticism that I could think of is that it's on the flight path so passing jets can be noisy. The pool was still up for us (late Feb/early March) and it was very welcoming for the hot humid weather we had. Liz was a great host and very responsive. Happy to visit to clean the pool. She also reminded us of the bin day.

Our stay with 3 children aged 10, 12 & 14 was very good. It started with clear and detailed information about everything we needed to knopw about the property. The host (Ellen) was very kind and would often check to ensure we were ok. There wasn't any need for help as her instructions had made it very easy for us to enter the property and utilise all the facilities. I'd stay again :-) Andrew

Delia’s style makes her apartment in Woolahra an exceptional place to stay. We felt like we were in a home. The kitchen is perfectly appointed, everything you could want is provided, and the decor is stunning. Little touches like tissues and mirrors make all the difference. It’s so easy to get the bus from right outside, and the wine bar and restaurants in the area are great. Make sure you bring ear plugs though - the road is busy and the windows don’t block any sound at all.

This is a perfect apartment for exploring Sydney. Great location with access to running, walking, and everything in the CBD. And fantastic access to ferries and all other public transit to explore the rest of Sydney.

We stayed at Eddie’s place for new years and he is friendly and responsive all the time. We felt at home and around the area we can walk into cafes as well. The place was very tidy and spacious. Eddie is a great host and plan to book the accommodation again when we visit Sydney. Thank you

Claire was super responsive and helpful. If you plan on attending an event at Olympic park/accor stadium this is the place to stay. It is only a 10 minute walk to Accor Stadium and if you want to make your way into the city, it’s only a 5 minute walk to the train station. The space was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful view of the cityscape during the day and night.

Lorna was absolutely lovely and so helpful from start to finish during my stay. This home is just lovely, with everything you need and in such a great central location. Super quiet and a super comfy bed. Will definitely return!! :)

Luana was a great host and responded to queries and requests clearly and with flexibility. The unit was great and had everything I needed during my stay. The place could definitely be showcased better as In my opinion it looks better and more spacious in person - which was a delight to find out. It was also located in a central location with shops very close by! and access to secured parking was an added bonus! Jin was a very good host. He was very responsive, even when I send massage after 11pm his reply was prompt. Apartment was easy to find as Jin gave us clear instructions. Check In was smooth. Apartment was very clean and homely. Basic everyday use was there. Most surprisingly there were some toiletries that most airbnb won't offer. Really enjoyed staying at Jin's place. Will recommend strongly Kaniz & Family

Beautiful location right on the beach, easy access with local cafe next door. Unique apartment with everything you need, stunning views any time of the day. The apartment was in a central location with short walks in both directions to local amenities, coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Dan and Robert provided all bedding & towels and the complimentary basket was a great touch. Great experience!

Penny’s place was the perfect place for our family holiday in Coogee. Watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning from the comfort of the sofa was my highlight! The apartment was clean, organised and had everything we needed. I appreciated having plenty of towels, beach toys, tennis rackets and the laundry detergent (all things we didn’t have with us as we’d travelled from the UK). The kids loved the cave room and all the toys. The apartment is quiet and cosy, a really peaceful place for a break. Penny was helpful and responsive but gave us privacy. We loved it and really hope we can visit again one day soon.

All the wonderful reviews are accurate so I won't repeat them except to say that this has been added to our short list of places we would love to return to. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked for guests that want to cook. And a welcome basket was supper appreciated. We did have a car but with a bit of research into what has been said on this by Emily and others, and an ability and willingness to walk including hills, you could do this without the cost of a car. The buses are great! Even with a car, we ended up taking the bus to Manly to catch the ferry to Sydney for the day. Saved on parking in Manly for sure! We especially enjoyed the lovely sea view, walking to the rock swim pools at Whale Beach (and driving to others to swim) and finding great places to explore, walk and eat.

We truly had a great time @ Sharon's place! Great location with short access to Sydney's bests, awesome communicator, spic and span, classy unit, more than sufficient storage for our stuffs (3 luggages), and friendly host, concierge & tenants at the building! 5 out of 5 stars!! Highly recommended. Sharon, thank you for allowing us to store our luggages before we checked in.

Incredible location. Great apartment. Has everything you need. Beautiful old Bondi block. Wish I lived in this apartment! Will hopefully be back.
