Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Narlıdere

Our hosts were super helpful to us. Our Urla experience has become a completely different size with the house we stayed in. The location was perfect, it was a very pleasant stay, thank you for everything!

A house close to the center of Urla and in touch with nature. With its privacy with the reeds, there is an outdoor area with a patio. It was very enjoyable to spend time here. We also had a great time with Nina, the dog of the garden. The house was just like an in-person description in terms of both image and amenities. It had all the equipment one would expect from a tiny house. If we come back, we'd like to stay again. We would also like to thank Mr. Ali Ozan for his foresighted attention and friendly support. Note: we experienced remote operation, the wifi was quite sufficient.

My family and I stayed for 3 days and were able to communicate quickly with our host. The location of the house was good and there was no parking problem. The house was clean and tidy, overall we were satisfied.

The host is very sweet:) For normal stays, we found everything we forgot to buy while not even finding salt in the house. We were told we wouldn't mind using it, and we could even use their own items in the closet. How sweet ! Since the house is stone, the downstairs was a little too cold, but our primitive feelings next to the fireplace were very enjoyable to watch the fire:) The design of the house is quite good... it was very good to look at the view and take a deep breath. It was a short but very pleasant stay. Thank you:) now we feel like we have a home in Urla. I plan to take the cat in the house next time and bring it to her own house:):)

We stayed six nights at this apartment in Güzelyalı, Izmir, and had a very good experience. The host, Çağdaş, contacted us before arrival, met us in person, kindly helped with our luggage, and walked us through the apartment, explaining everything clearly. He was friendly, helpful, and accommodative throughout. Check-in was smooth. The apartment was just like the listing—clean, well-kept, and fully functional. The sea view was unobstructed and a highlight of the stay. The space was well arranged and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location is convenient, close to public transport, and within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, shops, and a mall. The area felt safe and active. Communication with Çağdaş was easy, and he replied quickly when needed. He also offered some great local tips for restaurants and tours. I recommend this place and would stay again.

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a Tourist.

Ms. Elvan was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. I had no issues with the house. New, immaculate apartment, felt right at home. Kültürpark is very close to Izmir. You can reach the calm seaside and/or lively nightlife with a 10-minute walk. The kitchen is enough with more than enough tools and supplies. It was a calm and peaceful stay. I would love to stay again.

We experienced a very comfortable stay for 5 adults and 4 nights in this mansion, which is only a few minutes walk from the center of Urla. We were able to park our car on the street of the house. We had some hot water problems in our house due to the construction work on the street, but the hosts quickly provided us with all kinds of help with this issue. Every detail was considered in terms of comfort at home. It was a great plus that each room had a bathroom and air conditioning. It might have been nice to have an additional armchair/armchair in the area at the entrance of the house, but we managed with a chair. In general, everything was considered in the kitchen, but it may be good to add some kitchen utensils (the orn wine glass was not enough, the catal knife set was not enough for 5 people, additional products such as a cutting board and simple kitchen utensils, kitchen towels can be added). Overall, we were very satisfied with my communication with the hosts and the house, we would like to visit again.

We never wanted to leave the house during our vacation to visit Urla. We felt at home with the hosts' warm communication and nice conversations. We now have two friends and a gate in Urla.
