Vacation rentals with breakfast in Naples

just finished a week stay, was fantastic, from the communication, flexibilty and the house is great. my cousins and i come to bokeelia once a year for fishing, and this location is perfect for it easy access to the harbor for your boat. the house was clean, had everything we needed, we will be booking again next year

Other than the fire alarm being sensitive and going off when cooking, the place is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! So clean I could eat off the floor!! Equipped with anything you may need! More than enough towels! Would book again!

I really loved this home! My favorite part was the large sliding door that opened to the patio, along with the screened-in outdoor space. It made it so easy to enjoy the fresh air for hours. The location was great, and the host was very responsive. I also appreciated the available pool accessories, which added to the experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely return!

Great location in Bonita Springs on a quiet street with canal access. Very nice backyard and a great pool. The house is nicely landscaped. Unfortunately for us, it was unseasonably cold, so we didn't get the chance to enjoy the canal access (kayaks are provided) and we didn't use the gas fire pit on the deck near the canal. But despite the cold weather, we were able to enjoy the pool, because the hosts had the water heated to a very comfortable temperature despite air temperatures only being in the 60's several days. The kitchen is well-appointed. There were multiple TVs in the house, comfortable furniture, and plenty of seating options. The gas grill was pristine, and there is also a gas gridle (we didn't use) that was available for outside cooking (probably a great option in the heat of the summer to avoid heating up the house). A washer and drier were also available and worked great. Angela was very responsive to any/all inquiries.

The house was perfect for our family with our 4 children. Kids swam in the pool everyday for the month we were there. There is sun on the pool in the morning but it is so nicely shaded by noon so we didn’t have to worry as much about sun burn. Still places to lay out outside the pool in the sun. Seating around the pool was comfy and relaxing, kids often ate lunch by the pool. Outdoor shower helped to wash up immediately after the pool. There is a bathroom right by the pool as well. Very spacious garage and hose hook ups to rinse our ocean sports equipment. Traffic on the island was so bad that we were more content to stay put especially with the Publix right next door for last minute items to cook dinner. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook daily. House was quiet, kids were able to sleep late. We thought we would be spending more time at the beach but the pool was so great, we spent more time in the pool…but did walk to the beach for the beautiful sunsets!

Overall, our stay was great! We had a few concerns but Juan addressed them with great care. There were some minor issues around the house that needed repair. One thing that folks would want to know is that there is a loud roadway out back. This probably keeps the cost down a bit. That was the only thing that we were not expecting. The house is exactly as presented online. We enjoyed hanging out back in the pool, in kayaks on the canal and seeing a gator and manatee daily. I am an avid walker and the house is situated in a little neighborhood that was perfect for my morning walks.

This house was perfect for our couples getaway. The house delivered everything described. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The pool was the perfect temperature and was great to relax in after a whole day on the boat. Our favorite part was the outside table and TV in the lanai, we spent 90% of our time out there playing games and eating. Wesley was very helpful with allowing us to check in earlier and making sure that everything was going well throughout our trip.

Fantastic stay in Cape Coral! My family visits every year, and this was by far the nicest house we’ve stayed at. The home was spotless and well-maintained, with a great setup of bathrooms and bedrooms that made our stay super comfortable. Max was an excellent host—his communication was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors. We also loved having our boat tied off at the dock with quick access to the Gulf and a gas dock, and my daughter was thrilled to watch dolphins swimming in the canal daily. Overall, a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

My stay at Robert and Jeanne’s air bnb was absolutely perfect! They were extremely friendly and helpful. There home is beautiful and peaceful. I hope to stay with them again in the future and highly recommend this air bnb to all

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was adorable, bathroom was clean- loved the rain fall shower head! Breakfast was out the next morning by the time we asked and it was fresh, hot, and delicious! Also, in walking distance Publix. Would recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone staying in the area! Thank you for your hospitality!

Diane and her husband were so great to meet. They make you feel right at home. The birds and the view are so beautiful and peaceful. We saw manatees right off the dock. We will definitely come back.

Heather is absolutely adorable, and her husband Jesse was incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home. The house is full of personality, with charming details that make it stand out. The bedroom was perfect—cozy, comfortable. They have amazing little garden that felt like a peaceful retreat. It’s definitely a much better experience than staying at a hotel, and I’ll absolutely be coming back on my next trip to Naples!
