Stayed here for a few weeks during a workshop, and the location in Napier couldn’t have been better-- you can walk to everything—beach, restaurants, including Vinci's Pizza (recommended!), Bluff Hill Lookout, the Aquarium, etc. Moira was patient and accommodating, handling my constantly shifting plans with grace, even over the holidays. She is very knowledgable about Napier specifically and New Zealand in general. Great host. The unit itself is exactly as described: cozy, comfortable, and surrounded by morning sun and greenery. The balcony was a lovely bonus, and the bed and shower were great. Nice to have a parking spot, too. This is a cozy gem in a quiet town. Great place to come home to after a day exploring. Highly recommend.

If this is your first visit to Napier (which it was for me), then this house should be the one you choose. It’s a gorgeous house with beautiful architecture, well designed and tasteful art and a great view of the beach and the water. We have children, and they loved the fun playgrounds. We hired e-bikes and went 20 km along the Marine Parade. A pharmacy and other amazing local restaurants are walking distance.

Fabulous views from this well appointed apartment. The location was perfect for us as we were attending an event at Bay Skate. Very clean and a lovely retreat and the end of each day.

This is our 2nd stay at this beach front home, and it was incredible! The ocean and Port Napier views was simply breathtaking, offering a picture-perfect backdrop for every moment of our stay. Sitting on the deck and meditating to the sound of the waves and the stunning ocean views was both peaceful and soothing. The house itself is beautifully designed and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The spacious interior is stylish and well-equipped for a large family getaway. The location is perfect, just minutes’ drive to Central Napier and wineries. The host or property manager in our case was easily accessible and attended to all our needs.

Sue’s place was in a great location and had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Totally recommend staying here when you visit Napier.

We had 2 delightful nights staying at Fran's cottage in Bayview. After a long and stressful drive from New Plymouth( heavy traffic and roadworks!)it was wonderful at arrive at this wee sanctuary, sit on the verandah and relax while looking at Fran's beautiful garden. Everything was as described and surpassed our expectations and the online photos. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bed linen lovely, beds super comfy and as others mention the 2nd toilet off the double room is a bonus! Thank you Fran, we loved our stay and will be back when next over this way. :-)

We adored our stay! The cottage was pristine. The location is great. It is right across a quiet stretch of beach and walking distance from a great playground. It is very close to the airport but recent upgrades meant we couldn't hear the planes from inside the house. Our little one was obsessed with watching the planes take off. What really set this place apart was how thoughtful and kind the hosts were. We have a baby and toddler and the hosts brought toys for the kids to play with. The kids had the best time!

A fantastic location close to town with awesome views and sun. Victoria was a great host, good communications.
