Beachfront vacation rentals in Naousa

We had a wonderful time at Villa kampanelli! We really enjoyed the location & the beautiful sea view. There are nice bars, beaches, restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance. Penny & her family are really friendly and the appartment provided everything we needed and was cleaned every day.

Arriving at Evangelo's place, we were immediately struck by the sea view and expanse of rooftops. it is a break taking spot. I didn't want to leave. I fully recommend this as a launch pad for all things Naxos. it's a great location, central but also private. our hosts were very responsive and took time to go the extra mile with some surprise treats. I would go back tomorrow.

We spent two magical weeks in Naxos! The apartment was just perfect: it is decorated with a lot of love for detail and very tastefully! The location is ideal in the center of Naxos! It is a maximum of 7 minutes walking to the old town. The beautiful beach St. Georg is right around the corner and is a short 2-3 minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find everything your heart desires: supermarkets, authentic tavernas and restaurants, car and bike rental, as well as small boutiques or bakeries and shops with specialties from the region. Despite its central location, the apartment is in a quiet location. Maria and Nikitas were just great! They were always available and responded quickly to questions. They had lots of helpful recommendations and great tips for our stay and helped make our time on Naxos truly memorable! Thank you again very much!

Daniele's studio was really great! It perfectly matched the photos and very clean! The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious:) The small courtyard allows you to have meals outside and the washing machine is very convenient! The access instructions were very clear, and we didn't get lost in the old Naxos! The studio is very close to the port, restaurants and small shops. But the little street remains very quiet, ideal for resting! Daniele was very responsive, from check-in to checkout, and was able to answer any questions we had. Don't hesitate to stay with Daniele! A perfect stay in Naxos:)

Santa & Konstantinos were great friendly hosts, communicative and responsive. Instructions given prior to arrival were clear and place was easy to find, not far from the port. Place looks exactly like in the photo, and area is quiet. Well-insulated and rooms kept cool throughout the day. Kitchen is well equipped, we were able to cook and make our own meals occasionally during our stay. Definitely accept the briefing offered by them, lots of information given that would help in your planning of Paros activities. They also invited us for a BBQ dinner at their place next door which we really appreciated as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great time at Kostas' place. The accommodation is very well located, clean, large, quiet. The landscape is breathtaking. It's more beautiful than the pictures. Special mention to Kostas who is a host and above all an extraordinary, remarkable person. We loved everything: the place, the landscape, the garden, the host... We will come back to Paros very quickly just to stay at Kostas' place.

Apartment, location and host were perfect. Cleopatra was responsive and gave us a great welcome. Only caveat is that if you go with kids, the private terrace's apartment is maybe not the best one due to the number of stairs

The most perfect house and view for escaping modern life! The local beach and beach club were sheltered and it was very windy when we were there!

Andreas was incredibly understanding and helpful throughout a very challenging situation. His communication was quick and clear, and he went above and beyond to assist us when we unexpectedly had to adjust our travel plans. I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism. We really enjoyed our stay at Citrus Seaside House III. The place is like new and is bright and airy. Zacharoula, the property manager on premises, was extremely helpful and provided fantastic dinner ideas. Citrus Seaside House III is a short walk or drive to the best beaches on Naxos. The pool and outdoor seating area was a beautiful space that we enjoyed waking up to and ending our day.

Beautiful villa, well equipped, very nice terrace (outdoor kitchen, bbq, pool, etc.) , very well located (a few meters from Plaka beach), requires a vehicle to get around restaurants, shops, city, etc. Responsive and available hosts, impeccable cleanliness, easy and flexible check-in and checkout.

Stayed the second time in the Villas, this time in the Villa North. Both Villas are similar. Thomais is a great host, easy to reach and very responsive. The house is in perfect condition, absolutely clean and provides for everything that is needed. Location is good and quiet, a two minute walk to the beach and provides access to multiple dining options and the inner city within a 10 min walk. Thanks for having us and making this another great stay in Naxos. We'll be back!

We had an incredible stay at this luxury villa! The property is equipped with top-notch amenities, including an infinity pool with breathtaking views, brand new kitchen appliances, an elegant Italian shower, and a state-of-the-art video projector. The bedrooms were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep every night. The location is ideal—quiet and serene, with a charming, protected beach just a 2-minute stroll down a coastal path. This path also leads to Parikia, a delightful 25-minute walk away. It was convenient for us to reach Parikia when we returned the rental car and perfect for those who want to enjoy drinks or dinner without worrying about driving back. We visited off-season, so we had the beach all to ourselves. It might be a different ambiance in the heart of the summer. Overall, our experience was phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

Karen was the perfect host, making us feel welcome and at home in her beautiful house. She was very helpful before we even got there, letting us know which ferry to take etc. The house is in a lovely spot, only a few minutes walk from the port, charming town, and a beautiful beach. She recommended restaurants and things to do and shared stories about the island's history. The apartment is beautifully decorated with everything you need. The outdoor living space is very private with amazing views, and comfortable spots to relax. Our stay with Karen on Antiparos was the highlight of our trip to Greece.

Easily walkable to and from the port, to the beach, and to dozens of nearby restaurants. The patio was a nice place to relax in the evening and had stunning views of the sunset. Lots of space and well stocked kitchen. Perfect for our stay.

A thoroughly magnificent experience from start to end. Transportation was complimentary and very simple from the port to the pristine suite. The view from the terrace is unparalleled with breathtaking naturally pink lakes to the left and the crystal blue Mediterranean to the right. Sunsets were like nothing we’ve ever seen before. The little orchard on the property with pomegranates, oranges and grapefruits was divine and every day we picked and tasted the fruits. Nektaria went above and beyond, so thoughtful and helpful, delivering us a car rental straight to our door, providing recommendations and just generally making herself available. This slice of heaven is tucked away from everything, but only a twenty minute walk to many bars and restaurants. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don’t hesitate - just book. Elena's villa has a top location; in the villa everything was present and in excellent condition; dishes, Nespresso machine; and much more; regular cleaning in the house and change of sheets and towels; we will definitely come back it was a fantastic vacation and for us the perfect place to be. I had the pleasure of staying here as part of my 40th birthday celebration with my husband and son. This house helped make this trip even more special. It is beautifully designed with an amazing rooftop with stunning sunsets. The house is also walking distance to great restaurants and beautiful beaches. The host was super helpful and set up the home with a few grocery staples. 100% I would stay here again.

This is a really wonderful location, with the sea on two sidees and great design inside and out. Katerina was our local host during our stay and she was exceptionally responsive and helpful. This is an older place, with a lot of charm which our group appreciated. As others have mentioned and the host does describe - there is public access on the sea side portion of the property but you get used to it and just say Yas! to all Our favorite part - being able to walk down to the water to swim, we were so close to an access point. We had a group of 6. 1 of the rooms is a tight fit so we rotated half way through to 'share' the experience of the larger room with a view. Weather was great, so we spent majority of our time seaside on the patio at the table or reading from lounge chairs facing the sea.

We've had a spectacular week at the White House. The house is located in a remote and quiet place, with ocean view and sunset view. The house surprised us very positively, the house is very spacious and nice. It has an outdoor patio in which we have enjoyed many nice dinners, overlooking the coast and the sunset. The house is close to both the kite center and the southern beaches and the village of Pariokia.
