Great place to stay in Osaka for a bigger group. Lots of space and very comfortable. Location is perfect to shop, eat and go out.

We are a family of 4 that stayed in January for 8 days. Great price considering the location is near Namba station. Some useful tips for future guests: 1. We took the limousine bus from KIX airport to Namba OCAT. I would recommend it because you get a comfy ride on the bus. It’s reliable and clean. 2. The place is next to the rail tracks so you will hear train noises. But it’s not that bad. Stay only if you are not sensitive to noise. This is probably the biggest downside. 3. There is an extra rollaway bed for the 5th guest so that’s great. 4. Some foul sewer smell coming out from the drainage hole under the washing machine. I used a wet rag to cover it up and that took care of it. 5. It’s spacious so everyone can have luggages sprawled out. Much bigger than the typical hotel room. 6. Heater is great and easy to control. Clean and no smell. Very comfy. 7. Water pressure and temp control is very good. Water never becomes cold even when 4 pax showered consecutively.

Good value for money, convenient transportation, one minute walk from Imamiya-isu station, you can go to Kansai Airport; 5 minutes walk to Ogokucho station, you can get to Namba shopping district; 9 minutes to Shin-Imamiya station, 30 minutes to USK.8-minute walk to Ebisu-cho Station, the place where Tsutenkaku is located, and the former ancestor blaze gathering place.

The location of the accommodation is very good. There are two convenience stores nearby, and it was nice that the attractions were within walking distance.

The host is kind and very responsive, and the house can accommodate many people.

Spacious and beautiful rooms. I wanted to use it again.

Heru&Fumi were great hosts! they had instructions all around the house for the equipment and answered even questions hastily! they were great hosts and if I return to Japan will definitely look for one of their houses again!

Had a great time staying at Guesthouse Ito! The place is super nice and homey. It’s very near Tengachaya station, which is just around 40 mins away from KIX airport by train. The host is also super responsive, respectfult, friendly, and very helpful. It’s our first time in Japan, and I’m thankful we chose Guesthouse Ito.

This stay is very pleasant, the host is very welcoming, the explanation is also very clear. In a typical Japanese neighborhood, the environment is quiet, there are some children's play facilities, there are convenience stores and markets nearby, it is more convenient to buy daily necessities. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the subway station in ten minutes, we don't feel how far we walked every day.The house was cleaned very well, the living basics were perfect, and we had a lovely eight days here.The children go upstairs and downstairs, be careful with the stairs, also played games, watched the TV, left a nice impression on the house, and they said that they would stay here again next time in Osaka.

The room is clean and beautiful, conveniently located with all the amenities, very comfortable to stay in.The toilet and bedroom are on the same floor, which is more convenient than a two-story house.

Very great place to stay for group. close to anything you need.

Very nice flat. Clean, warm, comfortable. On the 2d floor and has sufficient natural light,well-equipped (including Dyson hoover, rice cooker, washing machine). All little details were thought thru and pleasant. 2 bedrooms(a tatami room and a «western” double-bed), dining with kitchen, balcony, shower room with bath tub with plenty of hot water and Japanese bidet toilet. 3 minutes from Kohama station and 10 min from other 2 lines, convenient traveling from airport and to city centre. There is a good grocery store, big pharmacy, shopping arcade, public bath and a very pretty park nearby. In quiet residential safe neighbourhood. Just note as it is next to the railtrack, the trains can be heard, especially from the western bedroom and less in the tatami room. We did not have any problem with that, but consider having earplugs. We stayed for 3 weeks and loved it. Wifi connection was fast. It broke once and the host fixed it very quickly. Liang was very responsive. Highly recommend!

This place is in a great spot, just a short walk to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Namba Street, and Nippombashi station. The house is super clean, everything works perfectly, and the furniture’s all set up. Definitely recommend it.

5 people stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. Communication with the host was very good, they responded sincerely, and provided a lot of convenience, such as adjusting the check-in time. There is a subway station within 5 minutes walk, so it is a great place to travel around many areas. There are convenience stores nearby and several restaurants, so the convenience was good. There are 8 beds, but the space may be a little small for 8 people. Personally, I think up to 5 people is suitable. There was a bit of dust on the floor or in the corners under the bed in the bedroom which bothered me when I was leaving my luggage or something. Other than that, overall, I'm mostly satisfied.

The accommodation facilities, cleanliness, and communication were so easy and good. However, it is located in the center of the city, so it is noisy around, but the windows are not double pane windows, so the sound outside can be heard too loud in the bedroom.

Very nice place, comfortable stay.
