Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Nakahara Ward

We loved June’s place, it felt like our own little home in Tokyo. Beds were so comfy! The location was quiet and felt very local, and it was so easy to catch the nearby train to stations like Shinjuku, only 2 stops away. June is a very responsive and lovely host who is willing to help with anything you need. Would recommend to anyone and I would stay again anytime I’m visiting Tokyo. 💖

Very clean and affordable place. The shower isn’t the biggest, but it has everything you will need and it works! Host sends everything you’ll need to know how appliances work and then some!

We had such a great stay! Chose the apartment for its cozy, well-designed interior and definitely didn’t disappoint. Being right next to the station made it super easy to get around despite being slightly out of the city centre and there were plenty of food options and grocery stores/convenience stores close by. We would love to come back in the future.

Perfect place quiet and close to trains to get to activities. Bakery next door is a must visit any time of day. Enjoy

We really enjoyed this accomodation. Interesting layout, decent space, comfy beds and good location. Has everything you need, although some other kitchen utensils and coffee mugs would come in handy. If I had to leave any other constructive feedback, it would be -very small amount of mould in shower but nothing drastic. Otherwise very clean. -there's a fair few windows that allows natural light to flow in which is lovely, but when you want to sleep past 6am it's not so good. Maybe some extra blinds to keep it dark in the morning would help? Otherwise we would recommend and we would rent again if staying in Shinjuku.

Dash Living is very convenient, its location, the helpful host, and how it felt like home. Our host was always responsive. Everything is walkable. The neighborhood is so close to everything you could imagine for food and shopping. Train station is very close. I would return to this location again, a great choice for first time travelers like us!

The hachi Family was super responsive and helpful when we asked for about a thousand recommendations lol they were always more than happy to provide us with links and detailed synopsis of places to eat or go . The home itself was cozy, chic, and cute , we really enjoyed our stay here .

Thank you host, enthusiastic, very clean house, traffic is very convenient to go to Takao mountain.The room is clean and large, suitable for four people.Two cars can be parked at the door.

There was also a sauna where you can barbecue outside, and it was a very pleasant stay because you can make noise in the karaoke room late at night. The interior was very clean and I was able to use it comfortably. The host was also very polite and quick to respond, which was appreciated. Honestly, it was a facility that I couldn't fault.

While we only stayed briefly, Ushka's stay was the highlight of all our stays during our trip. Before we had even arrived, Ushka had sent me a message letting us know that she had provided us with a pile of snacks and cup noodles if we were too tired or busy to organise getting food out. Pippin's Inn is a comforting, clean, and charming little stay that makes you feel right at home. All the amenities are at your fingertips and the neighborhood and local walk is wonderful. My partner and I were upset that we didn't have more time to spend at Pippin's Inn, and should we venture to Japan again we would love to stay for a second time. We absolutely recommend Pippin's Inn and Ushka's lovely hosting abilities. And we also recommend saying hello to Pixel while you are there.

We had a great stay here, it was very clean and comfortable. The host is very responsive and went out of their way to help us. We moved to Yuki’s after we had to leave a previous Airbnb early due to power issues. Staying at Yuki’s was a big relief for our group. The location is also great, with a train station within walking distance. The area specifically has tons of Korean restaurants and businesses nearby and is pretty lively. Yuki’s place is at the end of the street though so it’s still very peaceful. Because this place is made of 3 different floors you good a good amount of privacy if you’re staying with a group as there are sleeping rooms on each floor and 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. We loved the dual washer and dryer to catch up on laundry and the shower and tub downstairs is really nice and big. Overall would definitely book again.

Extremely grateful to have stayed at Mizuki’s place! It is convenient to visit places such as Shinjuku, Shibuya and Ginza, while situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast section and house amenities are well stocked, with items from all across the world. We were a group of 6 adults and the rooms were just nice for us, with a balcony each. Each room had a luggage riser, which helped us save floor space. Thank you for hosting us during our 5 days in Tokyo!

Kevin was an amazing Host and always responded quickly. What ever we needed he provided it to us. The place was nearby many food spots and shopping. Most importantly it was next to the train station and to 7-11 and Lawson’s. 5 ⭐️’s. Definitely need to check this place out if you’re visiting Tokyo area.

This was one of our favorite airbnbs ever. Keiko is a gracious and helpful host and each room of this space had its own peaceful tranquility. Keiko treated us to a matcha tea ceremony, which was a highlight of our trip to Japan. We loved the neighborhood, full of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Maison’s place was a great place to spend our trip in Tokyo. Conveniently located, it is only a few short steps from the train station, which is one stop away from Ikebukuro station. The house itself was well kept and clean, and there was even a washing machine, which was helpful since we were there for a week. There was also lots of space, which is very hard to find in Tokyo! The hosts were very hospitable and allowed us to check in early on the day and were also flexible with allowing us to checkout late since we had a later flight. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a convenient location while also being away from the noisier areas of the city!

Luckily booked to such a great room a week before departure, the space is big three people three big suitcases can be opened, there is a convenient store 3 minutes walk, about 5-10 minutes there is a supermarket, 10-15 minutes can go to Ikebukuro station, like other reviews occasionally hear ambulance but not affect sleeping, the room is neat as new, the host is also very willing to let us drop our luggage early, recommended👍

A very perfect stay, the residence is very close to the subway, JR line, there are many choices of places to eat nearby, and the supermarket is just downstairs at the corner of the street.The owner and staff are Chinese, the communication is very smooth, and I feel very kind.👍

Jacob and Natsuka's place was lovely, with a really homey feel and lots of thought in the little things, like a separate getting ready area with mirrors and a stand, and a multi-outlet power base with usb and usb-c ports. They left lots of instructions to help foreigners navigate the very Japan-specific home features. Shimokitazawa is such a fun area, you could spend multiple days in a 1km radius and still feel want more time.

Mathew was the great host, always responsive, providing clear instruction from airport to apartment with exact photos so we know exactly where to walk to the apartment. The most impressive was that he was flexible to let us drop our suitcase before check-in time as we arrived early in the morning so we can explore the city freely without suitcase. The location of apartment was great, easy to walk everywhere, walking distance to Mita station and Hamamatsucho station, walking distance to Tokyo tower and surrounded by local restaurants and convenience stores. We will definitely stay here when we plan next trip to Tokyo. Will also recommend friends to stay. Thank you Mathew for making our trip wonderful.
