Vacation rentals with lake access in Naina Range

Firstly, the property has simply the best view of Bhimtal Lake. It's a beautiful place where you can spend time with your loved ones. The rooms also are facing the lake . The host is very helpful and friendly. It felt like home. As I am a local here I visit different properties but the Pencil House is one of the best property that I have been to in Bhimtal. Definately would recommend people to experience the beauty of this property but would also request the visitors to keep the place clean. Thank you Chitra Ji for the lovely stay ❤️

This property is just amazing. I never had such kind of experience. Everything was just perfect. This place will be my fix place for upcoming trips. Host was awesome and friendly. Care taker was very supportive. Would like to mention one thing they had very good plants in the area and the aquarium. Also you will get good furniture in the dining area. Just ammmaaazzinggggg…..

Property that’s a must visit..from exorbitant interiors to lush green surroundings there’s nothing that this property lacks .. the home cooked meals prepared by mahesh ji were finger licking good . Pankaj took good care of us and not to forget Tauhid looked after our every need .

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Suruchi’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Suruchi was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Suruchi even helped us reach Nainital from Delhi when our flight got cancelled. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with Mall Road and Naini Lake just few minutes walk away. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Suruchi and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

The property should replace the plastic kettle with stainless steel one and keep stainless steel vessels including a saucepan. They can also keep certain basic food items and first aid as the place is away from market. Mr. Navin is very hospitable and lovely person and is a call away.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in bhimtal, and it was a truly amazing experience. The property is perfectly located, offering breathtaking views of the lake and surroundings, which added great value to our trip. The staff was extremely courteous, especially Mr Gaurav Negi, and he was attentive to our needs all the time even at 11 pm, we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all amenities, making it a perfect blend. Food quality was great too. Overall, Gaurav provided us with a memorable stay in Nainital. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for all in one.

I've had one of the best experience with Airbnb at Reeta ji's place, cottage was neat and clean totally spotless. most importantly host was very responsive and polite. caretaker Manoj ji and Prema aunty were very helpful and attentive. and you'll find 2 friendly dogs Shiju and kaalu. best place to visit and stay at Nainital. I recommend this property.

Excellent stay Peaceful Place Hospitality is excellent Only problem is approach road it is single road and having heavy gradient if you are expert driver to drive vehicle in such gradient then it’s ok otherwise don’t take risk hire a driver or vehicle at site In this matter Mr Parth is very good and he can provide all necessary help

We had a great stay at Mayank’s property! It was exactly like the photos; the furniture and linen felt clean. The staff was exceptionally helpful and sweet, and the food was excellent— just like the other reviews described (charged additionally). The only challenge we faced was that the road to the property was still under-construction at the time of our visit (about the same time as this review) and it made it a bit difficult to drive to the location. While the terrace is quite nice and the views from the windows are too, the lack of proper roadways made the place unwalkable too. If you’re looking to spend most of your time at the property like we did, with the occasional visit to commercial Mukteshwar, then this place is just for you. Would also recommend visiting restaurants like ‘Potpourri’ by the Birdcage. There’s a supermart for basic necessities. As a sidenote, just a polite reminder to carry your own trash bag to avoid littering and dampening the natural beauty of the place :)

Pindari Cottage has been a great stay for our family. We loved the vibe of the place and not to forget Kamla Aunty who took care of us and cooked delicious home style food of our choice. Even her superb tea making skills was something to talk about. She even cooked kheer for my wife's birthday. And Sameer has been a great host and communicator and addressed to all our needs in minutes. We will definitely come back to this place, a home away from home indeed!
