Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nahant

Kate's house in Gloucester is an ideal place to experience one of the best beaches on the North Shore. Kate's home accommodated the eight of us very comfortably; the proximity to the beach was second to none and Kate and Michelle's response to a couple of minor issues we had was expeditious and friendly. There aren't enough superlatives I could use to recommend Kate's place.

Excellent location! Great stay for a family away from home! House was magnificent and modern. Beautiful upstairs with an open layout and a downstairs living room. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Close to the Newton center to access the (T)rain so Boston is easily accessible. Great communication with Amir! He responded quickly with any questions I had! Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

The host communicated well and was very thoughtful. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the heating unit was a bit tricky to figure out, but overall, we had a great stay.

This is a wonderful place for a family gathering. There can't be too many 17th century rentals (1686?) with amazing original fireplace and wood. We enjoyed exploring the house - 3 staircases, many fireplaces, surprising rooms and passageways. Very nicely decorated rooms. Large kitchen and pantry, comfortable seating in living area, on screen porch, outside on large lawn.

We rented Veronika's home for a work related trip to Boston. The home was great, perfectly located for our needs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Neeton. Hope to be back next year.

We had an absolute blast on our girls getaway weekend!! The cottage and community were amazing, exactly what we were hoping for and Doug couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He was always available by text or phone. The cottage was clean, nicely equipped, and a great location!! We will definitely be renting this cottage again on our next trip!!! We felt very comfortable in the space, it was tidy and warm! The kitchen was cookable in, the outdoor space was a nice plus, the bathroom and bedrooms were tidy and I really liked the design on the plates and mugs in the kitchen. Easy to find street parking was a huge plus. Texted with Alex once, they were responsive, and the instructions to access the space were clearly laid out. Thanks!

We spent a couple of months at Loch Link while our home (a couple of towns over) was being renovated. Mike and Erica were helpful throughout the process and did their best to make us feel like we had a home away from home. It was a hectic change to our schedules, especially with 2 young kids, but we were grateful to have excellent hosts and a cozy place to stay. We moved a lot from our home that we ended up bringing back, because the rental already had most of what we needed. The weather only allowed us a few swims in the pool but it was definitely a hit with the kids.

We needed a pet friendly place north of Boston with a driveway and this fit the bill! We were comfortable for the few nights we were there and had everything we needed! Karen was very responsive to the few questions I had.

What a great place to stay! Perfect location/proximity to the city. Our two dogs enjoyed their stay as well! Lots of parking which was so helpful. The place was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again!

This trip was our 3rd one here and it was once again an amazing a special few days. Julie was incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful. It is such a place of peace for us, full of time outdoors no matter the weather, and LOTS of dog cuddles. We will be back!

We stayed at 8 Lambert Street for nearly a month while visiting relatives in Medford. The house is cozy and well furnished. Did a lot of cooking in the kitchen, which had plenty of cooking equipment, the basics of salt, pepper, olive and vegetable oil, and even a set of seasonings. Because we were staying over Christmas, Beth had done some holiday decorating before we arrived, which was wonderful and made the house very cheery. She was a responsive host and kept us stocked with the basics like paper towels and toilet tissue. She even included a baby gift for our new grandson on one occasion. The house was great for our stay - the steam heat combined with the modern thermostat kept us warm and cozy, even on some very cold nights. It's an older house, yes, but full of charm and warmth. The neighborhood is quiet and there are lots of food choices nearby if you don't want to cook. Highly recommend Nappi's Restaurant (cash only) and Fioritaly Trattoria. Off street parking a plus.

We are repeat guest at Kevin's. We love the location near Inman and Harvard Square. We enjoy the rooftop deck, having a well stocked kitchen and he always leaves us with bagels, cookies, coffee and tea to make the transition easy. Having a Whole Foods minutes walk is very convenient. Will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the kids' toys to the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and local guidebooks. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. I especially loved relaxing in front of the fire and enjoying the serene surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering great tips about the area and checking in (without being intrusive). I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting North Andover or the greater Boston area.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

Frank and Kathy are THE BEST! The space was perfect—so clean and comfy. It was also private and easy to access. My favorite feature: the heater in the bathroom! The location is also 700 feet from my best friend, so I will be back!!! Truly, this has been my best AirBnB experience ever.
