This apartment is a fantastic place. The location is incredible if you’re planning on skiing - hard to beat. The unit itself is modern, well cared for, and inviting. The hosts did a fantastic job as well. Above and beyond. Nozawa Onsen is a great little town and this is the perfect spot to base your stay.

The host family was very kind and warm, so I relaxed and relaxed without stress. The building had an atmosphere such as "Grandma's House", and it was a nostalgic space.It is not a new building, but it was clean, well heated, and I had a pleasant time. I was a little lost when I went by car, but I would like to stay again in a quiet and calm environment if I have the opportunity.

With the first time skiing in Japan and most foreigners for the first time to see the snow in the first place, I had a lot of good memories in a nice accommodation.Even 12 people were able to relax and spacious!The owner and his wife were also very kind people.

Cielt et Jardin is an absolute gem tucked away in Hokuto, Yamanashi. I spent a weekend there recently with my family skiing in the area - superior access to the Sun Meadows; very well-kept and maintained property by the host; it was literally home away from home. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive too. We couldnt recommend this place highly enough.

We had the most amazing stay at Birch Cabin. Gaku was a brilliant host who went above and beyond to help us out with some medical dramas. Ikenotaira is a gem of a place. We will be back and booking a longer stay next time. Thanks again Gaku!

We had an amazing stay at “@Tsugaike” with Marc and Heather! The ski-in, ski-out access made it so convenient to hit the slopes every day. Marc and Heather were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready with fantastic recommendations to make the most of our trip. The evening chats with them were a highlight—such great company! We also booked some ski lessons with their son Daniel, which were excellent and really helped improve our skills. This place truly offers the perfect combination of hospitality and convenience. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. Great for families. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic house with plenty of room and lovely facilities, was stones throw from Main Street with nightlife and restaurants. Phillip was great host who went well out of his way to assist our group in checking in, local knowledge and recommendations, and helping in pick up drop off around town. Would definitely choose this house for a trip back to Hakuba. Thanks a lot Phil!

A well-equipped, comfy (if a little tight) serviced apartment. Keep in mind, it’s at the top of the town, which means a relatively long walk up-hill to get to the apartment (and then up steep, narrow steps). But if you can cope with that (incl every time you want to go in for groceries/food/etc.), it’s an awesome place to stay! We stayed mid-April and had free access to the serviced apartments’ onsen (available down the hill). We were also right next to a ski hire shop and the gondola up to the slopes for daily skiing/snowboarding. Reception was always available via message, and were really friendly and helped us out whenever we needed. The town is a little dead in the off-peak season, but it’s still a quaint, lovely place to be/stay and spend some time in the mountains.

Beautiful stay. Yusan and his partner are excellent hosts. Room was comfy. Had the shared onsen to myself every afternoon. 10 minute walk to Kanko gondola. 20 mins walk to Akakura restaurants. It’s a tight walk between walls of snow and road. Can be dodgy. Yusan was very helpful with lifts in the van. To the lifts in the morning and dinner in the evenings. Felt very looked after 😊

Great accomodation! Mark picked us up from the bus stop and took us to the Airbnb (and dropped us back at the end of our stay). Great location for skiing all of hakuba resorts and extremely easy to get around in the Airbnb car. Great space and sleeping arrangements. Would highly recommend!
