Large and spacious house with a beautiful kitchen and comfortable living area. The house was easy to find from the provided directions and the setting was private and quiet. We enjoyed an early Thanksgiving meal with family and it suited our needs nicely. The kitchen cupboards seemed a bit bare, but that may just have been because there were so many of them (so much storage!), it did have all the basics and some items beyond that. The large island was great but would have been improved by the presence of bar stools as it tends to be a natural gathering place. The twin bedroom was likely originally an office as it has partially frosted french doors, so doesn't provide a lot of privacy. The master suite was incredibly spacious. Overall a great value, especially when combined with the studio as you have numerous bathrooms and lots of space.

The cabin’s location was unbeatable, with river access right in the backyard. Inside, the pellet stove kept it warm and cozy, automatically controlled by the thermostat—such a cool feature! The fire pit was another highlight; we grabbed firewood from the store in town and had a great time by the fire. The cabin was super dog-friendly, and the backyard by the river made for a perfect little dog run. It’s not fenced, but being down the hill, it felt safe enough to let the dogs off-leash for a game of fetch. The kitchen was fully stocked, making cooking easy, and the coffee was amazing (Cheri, you have to tell me what kind you stock!). The cabin itself was peaceful, with comfy beds and pillows—truly a relaxing stay. We’re already planning a summer trip back! Bonus: It’s surrounded by wineries, which we didn’t realize until we arrived. We ended up visiting two for tastings and had such a fun, educational experience. Can’t wait to return!

Such a cozy inviting perfect little cottage for two couples and one mini. The house is spotless, fully equipped, private and perfectly comfortable. Samantha is incredibly accommodating and kind. Only a quick jaunt to Grants Pass and short trips to beautiful outdoor adventuring. Would definitely return!

This house is a cute little one bedroom in the suburban woods near Grants Pass. Some of my favorite things about this spot were the drive into town every morning and the sunsets in the evenings. The hills in this area are gorgeous and pristine even though the house is only 10 minutes from downtown. There are lovely paintings all around the tastefully decorated house, and I kept finding new pieces to admire for the whole month of my stay! It is an older house that is very comfortable. Neighborhood is peaceful. Ed and Jacquie are kind and hospitable people with a beautiful property.

Great home would happily stay there anytime in the area. Daniel is a great host.

We absolutely loved our stay, thank you for the wonderful hospitality. The location is stunning, and so peaceful. We booked both apartments and it was perfect for our two families. The kids had a wonderful time in the beautiful pool every day. The farm fresh eggs and delicious coffee were a really lovely touch. The owners weren’t there but the biggest shout out goes to the groundskeeper who made our trip unforgettable. He went above and beyond, taking us to feed their pig and chickens, and showing us around the property. Thank you so much for all of the help during our stay!! Would definitely recommend and we’re hoping to be back!

It's a very pleasant place to stay with great hosts! The kitchen is very well stocked with things used for preparing/cooking meals. It's spacious inside and the location is very good, centrally located! Also in a great neighborhood. It's a great place!
