Great location and helpful house manager Seiko. I stay here for 2 night at room number 9 Very clean bed and bathroom. If you want any information about bus and visiting place,Seiko will help you a lot.

From Jiezl and Brandon - Rich and Maiky were the perfect hosts. Their hospitality was absolutely amazing. We have always gone to nozawa onsen for skiing, but staying with Rich and Maiky, we were able to explore other mountains. Unfortunately we were sick during our stay and they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and able to get better. They even helped us book doctors appointments. They were genuinely really nice people and very easy to get along with. The house is quaint and homely. Waking up to picturesque views everyday was incredible .We will definitely come back and make it part of our regular visits. We are excited not only to come back in better health, but also to come back and show our families this little gem in Iiyama. We can't wait to come back. Thank you so much Rich and Maika for everything.

Great place to stay for skiing/snowboarding and other purposes probably. The access is great with car, maybe a little inconvenient by public transportation. But overall, a fantastic place!

Really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful location in the forests of Nagano. The host has been fantastic. I highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Hakuba West Coast Inn, Saiko was a lovely host who helped us make dinner reservations, organise our snow board equipment and gear rental amongst our other enquiries. Washing machine available for use which was handy. The accomodation was rustic and comfortable, it felt like staying at a relative’s home. Thank you for your warm hospitality Saiko!

The room was clean and spacious, and the washroom was comfortable.During the autumn leaves, it was cold in the mornings and evenings, but the room was warm with heating, so it was good.Thanks also for the recommendations of the neighborhood.

I stayed with a super large dog, but because the host has the same breed, I knew how to deal with large dogs, and they responded accurately during the day and when I went to bed, and as a result I had no problem enjoying it.

It was a very beautiful hostel. The view from the window was also good and the atmosphere was calm. However, the owner was not available when I checked in, and even if I asked the employee, I waited for a moment. It is a bit disappointing that we had to wait about 30 minutes for check-in.

Great place to stay if visiting Hakuba, heaps of room for family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). Good location and has a free shuttle bus that can take you anywhere in the local area, with good recommendations of places to see and eat. Shuttle bus out the front to 3 ski fields makes it easy to get to the slopes. Great daily breakfast with a different meal each day to start the day off well. Dinners also went down well. Staff were all so super friendly and helpful, we won’t hesitate to rebook if (more so when) we come back to Hakuba. Thanks for letting us stay!

Such a perfect place for us for our anniversary trip to Hakuba! Everything was phenomenal; the comfort of the room, convenience of the location, and the food (included breakfast and the restaurants on-site!). We would recommend this place to anyone :)

Yuu-san welcomed me for the New Years holidays even though I made a reservation in the last moment. He and his family are very kind and welcoming. I enjoyed exploring the traditional New Year's meals and the musical selection every morning :) This artistic home is in a peaceful countryside area and great if you need to disconnect and find your creativity. Great Experience ever :)

Nomad’s was a great place to stay for snowboarding in Hakuba. There was a bus stop for shuttle bus 100m away and great coffee and food options close walking distance. The staff at the lodge were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great. Added bonus is the natural spring water fed onsen, perfect at the end of the day on the snow!

I am so grateful for Miho's hospitality, she was exceptionally helpful and generous. I highly recommend this place.

Good location just a few steps from Happo One. Helpful staff and fantastic breakfast every morning. Interior and décor is a bit dated and dingy, though.

We happened to be the first visitors for this snow season. It was a comfy stay with breakfast; 3-min drive to Madarao ski resort; highly recommend
