Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Museum Island

We spent New Year at Margit & Heiko’s place and it was the perfect place for a small group to getaway. The house is large and comfortable but it still felt cosy and warm. The bed (and the sofa bed) are really comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and there are nice areas to sit and eat or watch films. We especially enjoyed the attention to detail that made us feel at home like the bottle of wine they left for us, plenty of clean towels and some Christmas decorations :)

We had a very nice weekend there, the house is super cozy, the wood-burning stove is great and the sauna too - we felt completely comfortable!

We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

Wonderful place to stay. Loving and tasteful furnishings. So many utensils in the kitchen. Quiet yet central location. Really relax. I was there for the second time, and that won't be the last time.

Dana was a wonderful host. Very kind and always responsive! Her home was cute and clean. We had everything we needed. Having a view of the woods was so peaceful! The stairs are as steep as they look on the pictures, but we were able to navigate them with no problem. We’re so grateful to have stayed there. Thank you, Dana, for taking such good care of us!

Such a lovely place! Beautiful garden and tastefully decorated house equipped with everything you might need for your stay. Peaceful little oasis to rest after days exploring the city! Options for public transport and grocery store within walking distance. Friendly and helpful hosts. Would highly recommend!

We were thrilled right away! The house was very clean and totally sweetly decorated! The large green area was optimal for our children and the chickens were also a highlight for the two. Jens and Tanja are very kind and friendly hosts. We will be happy to come back! Kind regards from Frankfurt

good place to spend the holiday

I'd say this is about as good as you can get in Berlin, for price to location/amenities. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment. The apartment is a very good size for our needs (we were a couple with a 15 month old toddler). Pictures are very accurate. Location is perfect. Close to lots of interesting things nearby (Kulturbrauerei DDR Museum, Bernauer St. Wall Memorial) and walking distance or short tram to Alexanderplatz. Also decent tram connection from Eberswalder St to Friedrichshain etc). Lidl or Rewe a few minutes walk away. Two small balconies were great - furniture and nice view down the street. Sun in the afternoon too, if you get the weather. Ben & Simon were great hosts. Easy check in and very responsive. Nice little gifts left too, which is always a nice touch. If travelling with a toddler, just be mindful of the free standing book shelf (we moved the books for our stay) and sharp knives in low kitchen drawer. Don't hesitate to book!

Excellent location, within ten minutes walk to two train stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. We were delighted to discover Marlene Dietrich was born just around the corner! Gerhard was very responsive and would check in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as giving suggestions for places to go. Very quiet neighborhood, and a sweet view of the courtyard/garden in back from the kitchen window ... plenty of birds and squirrels kept us entertained!

The place was great. It felt like a lovely hotel. We also liked the possibility to use the small garden. Also, there are super good amenities, so you can even cook without any problems. It was really a really nice stay and the perfect way to see a quiet side of Berlin.

Very nice place to stay. Anything you need is present. Clean and quite new. However, it was incredibly hot upon arrival, fortunately enough windows and doors that can be opened. I think there was something wrong with the thermostat and they were going to look at that owners. Quick response.

Simple and easy process and stay in a spotlessly clean place, which is well fitted out in the kitchen. Very nice to come back to at the end of the day. Modern, sleek, and well maintained. Mirco is a lovely guy - efficient and not intrusive. Outdoor area is peaceful and relaxing and sunny, and worth using when the weather is right (which it was for me). Bedroom is large and doubles as a living area: Basically, sit or lie on the bed, watch tv, or whatever. The bed is styled well to lean back and relax. And is comfortable to sleep on. Bathroom is just fine. Transport is close by: Tram on the street and train a few hundred metres down the road. It's a quiet suburban neighbourhood with an Aldi up the street, and the Spree nearby. Easy to get to all the sights and restuarants by Berlin's amazing public transport. If I come back - I do hope to come back - I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Mirco.

This is the best place we have stayed in. Beautiful and exceptionally well equipped. Simon was very responsive and all instructions were very clear . We would throughly recommend it. Excellent stay.

We arrived for the Berlinale and stayed in Frank’s apartment. Everything was great — the apartment fully matched the description. It’s spacious, cozy, full of natural light. Very well designed and decorated. Transportation was great, and it was easy for us to get to the different Berlinale venues. Frank was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Andreas's apartment. Very close to two U-bahn stations make the city very accessible, there were also loads of great places to eat and nice bars nearby. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay!

nice retired couple and nice bright, quiet apartment. Landlords always responded quickly to messages. I got a piece of cheesecake for the farewell :) Attention, there is also a dog living on the property.

Eric's appartement is more than perfect to stay in. An absolutely stunning penthouse flat with views over the rooftops, any amenity you can think of, a beautiful well equipped kitchen, comfy bedroom and a large bathroom. I could only stay for a few days, but I felt right at home. Eric was very responsive and very kind. I will happily come and stay again next time I am in Berlin. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment in a walkable part of town. Close to public transportation and shopping.
