Great place!! Close to restaurants freeway access, shopping, very very clean!! Checks off all my boxes for any vacation place private, quiet, easy access, amazingly comfortable beds!! Good water, pressure and hot water for showers. That’s a must!! Extremely responsive, friendly, highly recommend!!

Leslie's condo was a comfortable place for our stay while visiting the University Hospital complex. Great location near downtown. Easy access to services, etc. Leslie was responsive and provided clear information for check-in, parking, etc.

Wonderful, well furnished and comfortable. The unit is very clean and well lite and looks like the photos. Do not pay attention to the google maps "earth view" of the property, the dilapidated house show on google maps has been replaced by a modern building that has some of the best parking have seen. Parking is somewhat hard to find but it is below levehat is nl in an alley behind the building. It is a bit cumbersome to download the Ap but one time is all needed. Once again do not try to use the Ap until you receive the code from A&BnB, it will not work without the code. The parking area itself has a very hardy automatic gate that keeps everything very secure. All in all, well worth the price with a great location and exceptional value!...

Snowbird gets huge amount of snow and skiing was very challenging (especially coming from the Northeast). Apartment was great. We cooked all our dinners in there every night and place had all we needed. The 2 sofa beds were surprisingly heavy duty and comfortable, to the point where my wife and I stayed in the sofa bed in kitchen to have privacy from our 2 kids in the other room. The balcony hot tub and free access to the spa was a nice surprise (even though it was probably listed as being included). We would definitely stay there again.

Anna's place was the perfect jumping off point if you're planning to play (or ski) in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. It is also conveniently located near multiple grocery stores and restaurants and the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. It was ideal for our family of four.

We loved this space and its location. Brock was super responsive. The building is old and quaint (which is one thing that makes it so great). That said, it can be drafty but there were plenty of blankets to cozy up with.

Cozy basement space with modern decoration. Appreciate the thoughtful touches, e.g. earplugs. Very convenient location, close to downtown and a short drive to south Salt Lake and highways.

Cozy home vibes in Salt Lake City. That is the best description for our stay. Trevors instructions were clear and precise, Trevor is also super responsive to messages. The location is great, if I were able to purchase it, I would. Once inside the door, you are met with a comfy couch and TV to your left and on the right; a dinning table as well as the kitchen. Down the hall, it splits three ways; Left is the bathroom, Middle a bedroom and Right another bedroom. Multiple blankets, sheets and pillows are provided. There is an OCD element here as everything was super organized and clean. I loved it! 10 out of 10, would do again.

It was great for our large group. Only downside is it’s right next to the train tracks. Bring some earplugs when sleeping and it’s perfect.

Andrew was such a fantastic host. He made me feel safe and taken care of. A perfect - work/live week experience in Salt Lake City. Beautiful views, peaceful respite in the evening. The place was spacious and clean and had everything you could ever need when it comes to appliances and comfort. Would definitely stay with Andrew again. A superhost, indeed!

We stayed while we were in between houses and it was very nice. It was easy to get into and very clean. I also appreciate that it is pet friendly. Only down side while we were staying there is that the pool was closed the whole time for maintenance or something along those lines.

I booked the place for 3 guests we brought to the area for work, and they stayed at Erick's for 41 nights. great place to stay! Clean, close to lots of shopping and food. Comfortable and cozy!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Salt Loft in Salt Lake City! Everything was as described and looked like the photos. Location is great, nearby lots of restaurants and downtown fun. The only downside was the stairs up to the loft were very slippery! So please be careful if you have small children or older folk staying here.

Incredible location!! 2 min walk to the lift! Such a family friendly spot! I thought the bed in the master was super comfy. We loved being across from club solitude too! What a great facility. Loved that there was a hot tub in our building too for the days we didn’t feel like walking to the club. Jacob hooked us up with extra paper products midway through our stay which was super nice. We loved the parking garage too. The instructions for checking in were a little confusing. There’s multiple instructions and internet passwords so that was a little confusing but we figured it out. I think for people staying with more than one person they could easily pull over in between powderhorn and the club solitude building while someone ran in to grab the key from the lock box and then pull into the garage. The checkin bit was the only challenging thing for us. We’d definitely stay again. Jacob was a great host with a great condo!!

Our stay at Sherrie and Neal’s condo was fabulous. The condo has everything you could need and more. Very clean, well kept, and stocked with all the essentials. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of space in the condo and especially the view from the balcony. The pictures don’t do it justice. You absolutely can’t beet the location. Truly ski-in/ski-out. The resort is top notch and the people are so nice. This was our first time to Snowbird but it won’t be our last! Sherrie and Neal were very helpful hosts and we’re easy to communicate with. Check-in was easy and the room was ready early. You can tell Sherrie and Neal truly care about your stay and want to do everything they can to help make your trip as enjoyable as possible.

I could not have picked a better place to stay. We traveled all the way here for the famous fall foliage in Sundance. The house is also perfectly situated near the BYU football and Basketball Stadium. Upon arrival the house smelt so nice, everything was extremely clean and there is no question in my mind we will be back. Thank you so much Rebecca for your hospitality and lovely home, we really appreciate it.

Evan was an outstanding host. He was responsive and helpful from before I booked when I had some questions, leading up until check-in and then throughout our stay. He was able to shuffle some stuff around for us to make our stay even more comfortable. Evan gave local suggestions for some restaurants to try, and also told me early to make a spa reservation so we can use the rooftop outdoor (heated) pool and hot tub set to the backdrop of the mountains...it was unforgettable! The unit itself was perfectly situated, very close to the ski lockers and the Peruvian lift and the Tram. Also, it was as pictured and incredibly comfortable (even the sofa bed was shockingly comfortable, as those can be hit or miss), and we even enjoyed a soak in the private hot tub looking at the ski slopes at the end of a long day. Truly we loved every bit of our stay and will certainly reach out to Evan for our next trip to Snowbird!

Deron was a great host. Responsive and informative. The condo is amazing value for money and in a perfect location for us to get to the park & rides easily to hit the surrounding slopes. The pictures describe it accurately. The amenities were considerate and well thought through, which increased the comfort of our stay. The condo is really spacious and quiet. Would recommend to those skiing and have a car as driving distance from most amenities. Would return.

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The room comfortably fit 3 and was very convenient for skiing at Snowbird. The indoor hot tub and outdoor pool were an added bonus at the end of a long ski day. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Had a fantastic time at GrandRoad’s place! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Kathryn and Shawn were super responsive and having access to the outdoor hot tub and pool, and the gym was great! Close proximity to all ski areas and great restaurants are in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!
