Lovely Oceanview 1BR Apt w/Balcony | Condado Beach

As much as I want to complain about the water going out for 6 hours on the 2nd day of our stay, I can't. For the price we paid for this Air BnB it was 5 stars. Location was great, everything was within Walking distance, lots to do and see. I would just make sure to keep an eye on the weather for this area in particular because it can change day to day. We saw nothing but sunny skies 2 days before our trip and it rained both days, but not all day long, if you paid attention you could catch some rays throughout the day. Also, at this location, I would recommend, if it is hot outside, to leave the air conditioning a little lower at night and be a little chilly, because during the daytime it will get hot in the apartment. We couldn't figure out how to turn the ceiling fans on the entire trip, I guess we could have asked, and finding the location was a little difficult, Just look for Waikiki restaurant. Overall Great Place!!

The unit was very nice. We loved having the balcony and easy access to the beach, which was beautiful. The complex could use some sprucing up and I wasn't a fan of the "no food and drink" by the pool. There were lots of restaurants and the beach bar at the Royal Sonesta was a favorite spot for an afternoon frosty cocktail and snack. All around pleasant, relaxing vacation.

I’ve traveled and have visited many Airbnb locations. Believe me when I say this location is PERFECTION. Upon entering, everything looks exactly like the photos and it is super peaceful. The view is incredible and it is walkable to everything you need. If you go the Uber route, they are very inexpensive. Do not think twice about booking, I will absolutely be returning here.

Great value for money. Cesar is a responsive host with the place having the basic amenities needed for a place to stay when you're spending all your time exploring outside, not for lounging. The space can hold 2 people and the neighborhood was in a convenient location, was quiet and felt safe.

I am satisfied with my stay, the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Had great recommendations as well and very responsive. I like that beach towels and chairs were provided! The place is a little noisy, you can hear conversations clearly in the hallways, but it is by the airport so that makes up for any inconvenience. Overall, I would recommend.

It was as per description, I had a family of 5 and it was very comfortable. Parking is a little tight if you have a “big” car ( we rent a minivan) but he gives you options to park in another place. Clear instructions about hot water, as I have small kids and I was pending for them not to get burn.

Mariano’s place was great, highly recommend. I stayed with my husband for 4 nights. It’s a gated community in a gorgeous neighborhood. The beach is literally 1 block away. Mariano provides everything you would need for the beach and for the private pool. He also provides plenty of toiletries and towels. Everything is a short walk or short drive from the house. I will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful gem. It was so peaceful hearing the waves crashing. Even if you don’t have a view of the ocean from the room you can still hear it. The terrace and patio area were very nice. The beach is steps away. We had coffee on the beach and watched surfers. The water isn’t safe for swimming for our daughter or us as it’s rough but it’s so beautiful. There were many pretty places nearby that the host recommended. We found a good coffee shop called El Colorista. The food and coffee was amazing. The place was very clean and the host was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to traveling back soon. They had some items stocked in the fridge and they already had Shampoo, conditioner & body wash. It felt like we was at home away from home. The place is located in a neighborhood which made us feel like we had a real local experience. I recommend!!! Rent a car and go explore. Thanks for the beautiful stay

We had an amazing time at Rosemara's beach house. The place is beautiful, was clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. My kids enjoyed every moment we spent there. Jenny was a great host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She shared great local recommendations, from restaurants to taxi services, and was quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of 9, and the space was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made group meals easy. Would definitely recommend!

Oh my goodness. we so much enjoyed this place. We loved that Rafael was in the area and quick to help us anytime we needed. It was the perfect atmosphere for our family and the setup could not be better. We are so hoping that we will be able to stay again. We even told our family where we would be staying every time we come to Dorado. The beach was right across the street which was so convenient and fun. Plenty of night life but we could not hear it when we were inside. so close to eating establishments and shops. Our grand babies loved that both rentals were connected and I loved that it was enclosed but you still had an wonderful view of the beach that was just a stone's throw away.... Thank you Brenda and Rafael. WE LOVED YOUR PLACE.

Our stay at Luis Alberto & Jessica’s place was the reset we needed. It was a really clean and well put together space. It was peaceful and has beautiful surroundings. We appreciated the local recommendations which helped with impromptu’s. I highly recommend this space if you’re looking to reset.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Ivelisse was incredibly kind and responsive, even answering our messages late at night. She went above and beyond to help us when we made a mistake with our flight dates, showing great flexibility and understanding. Ivelisse also gave us excellent local recommendations, which made our trip even better. The apartment itself is in a perfect location, close to everything we needed, and the facilities—especially the swimming pool—were excellent. It was a wonderful touch that the host personally said goodbye to us when we left. Highly recommend staying here!
