Apartment just as described, very clean and tidy and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy and flexible check-in. The area is very quiet and very easy to reach, a thousand extra points for the possibility of always being able to find a parking space near the house, which for a city like Rome is almost a dream.

Great apartment, well connected to the center of Rome. Fully equipped with everything you need. Maria Laura is very friendly and helpful - she provided a lot of useful information and quickly responded to all messages. Very pleasant stay ☺️

It was perfect! Marianna is a very kind person, she was always avaiable to help us whenever we needed. And the accomodation had everything necessary to make us comfortable. The metro station is really near the apartament, and there's a market you can access just going downstairs and turning to the right. I would certainly recommend this accomodation to anyone who wants to spend a good time in Rome!

Great apartment that located very close to the Colosseum and many other famous historical sites, easy to find safely parking spots, and very nice owner!

Andrea's apartment was perfect for our stay in Rome. The location and amenities allowed us to be close to restaurants and markets so we could both eat out and cook dinners in after a day full of walking the city. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful when we had questions and made both the check-in and check-out process very easy- even meeting us upon arrival even though we were delayed in arriving. Very welcoming!

Accommodation in impeccable condition. Complete with every comfort and suitable for a family of 4. Great residential complex where it is inserted and the proximity to a Carrefour. One downside in my opinion, it cost me a doorknob. That is, the driveway to the parking lot is too narrow, I would have at least cut the hedges of the adjoining houses because a C segment passes with extreme difficulty. Enough space for a small car. Our stay went very well. Simonetta and her son are extremely dedicated and available at the slightest request. The accommodation is very clean and perfectly in line with the description. We felt like friends and will gladly come back.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Mira! The space was equipped with everything we needed, including a washer, which was a great convenience. Federica went above and beyond to ensure our last night in Italy was relaxed and memorable, making our honeymoon even more special. Highly recommend this lovely place!

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Iris’s beautiful place, Bella Roma. The location is fabulous with only a quick walk to the Vatican, but in a very quiet, private area. The place was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Iris was kind and super helpful from the beginning to end of our stay. There is a great coffee bar and cafe right in the building and we had a great breakfast there at the beginning of our stay. We will book the place again for sure, next time we are in Rome.

Sabina's place in Pigneto was the perfect home base for our trip. She is a responsive and generous host, and always available to help! We were very comfortable in her spacious and inviting apartment, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Everything was very convenient--the Metro station and a good grocery store are two minutes away, and Pigneto has bars, restaurants, parks, and a lovely neighborhood feel, away from the most intense tourist zones. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Rome! Thank you, Sabina! I hope I can return, someday!

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

Communication with Enrico was good. The location of the apartment was excellent, close to the metro, shops, restaurants, and only a short walk to the Vatican. The apartment was perfect for our needs during the trip, and the fellow residents we met were really friendly. Giuseppe is a great host, friendly, helpful, responsive and an excellent communicator. The apartment was perfect for us (two couples). I loved the spacious bright bedrooms, and we slept well in the comfortable, large bed with nice linens and enough pillows. From this location it was very easy to walk or use the busses or the Metro. We appreciated the quiet at night.

Very close to the metro that takes you to all touristic points and the main train station (that connects with the airport). Place was very clean. The area has lots of great choices to go to eat. The hostess provided us with clear information upon arrival.

We had a great stay at Sergio’s apartment. Very clean and nice place. Great location, close to the grocery stores, couple of nice restaurants , just 10 min away from Trastevere train station, close to the bus station, so was easy to get to the centre of Rome or anywhere else. Sergio was very easy to communicate with and very responsive! Will recommend this place!

It was my first time in Rome and I loved the place! Kitchen was great and it had a washer and dryer! Two restrooms was a plus and the beds were so COMFORTABLE! Host was responsive and nice! Definitely recommend and would book again 👌

It’s walking distance to subway station. A line is directly connected to main train station and to Vatican City. The apartment is quiet and we feel safe in the neighborhood. There’s an elevator in the building. Simone and Stefano were really helpful and very responsive. We would stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay for a full week, the place is very close to the main metro line that will bring you to the city centre in 20 mins and to the vatican city in 30-35 mins. The area is also very nice, great food and very walkable. I really recommend it if you want to feel like a local in Rome and get away from the touristy locations. The apartment was clean and equipped with all amenities. There are lots of groceries stores around if you also want to cook. The host was really friendly and helpful, helping us with recommendations and guiding us whenever we needed anything. Thank you for hosting us and we hope to see you again when we are back in Rome :)
