Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mumbai

I've been to a few Airbnbs but this one stood out the most. The house is equipped with everything you need. The ac does not cool the whole room but it sufficient for the bed and the area around it. The best part was the open terrace it was really peaceful at night. I will recommend this place to a lot of people

We had a wonderful stay at your property! The place is absolutely stunning—clean, spacious, and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation comfortably housed our group of 15 people, and everyone was able to enjoy the peaceful environment and ample space. The property is well-maintained, and we appreciated the care you’ve put into it. A couple of small suggestions for future guests: it would be helpful to include more detailed information about the pool rules, especially regarding the restriction on morning use. Additionally, it might be good to mention in the listing description that guests will only receive one can of 20 litre for drinking water, and any extra water must be purchased. This would help with preparation and planning. Also, when entering Yeoor Hills, there is a gate where a fee is required to access the hillside. It would be helpful for guests to know this in advance, so they can be prepared for the cost, Over All great stay

It felt just like a dream home for us. The interiors, vibrant colours, space, service and outdoor sitting area. Everything just felt right. If you are looking for a peaceful place to unwind then this is the best choice as you are still in Mumbai and not wasting time in travel. Care take ms. Mangal was sweet and cooperative.

I recommend stay in this property travelling with group of fam and friends! Communication with Prashant and Mehul was super smooth and so was the check-in. They ensured our wedding guest stay for all the days was perfect. Their prompt responses and accommodating nature made our guests feel at home. The bungalow is new, beautifully maintained with smart and spacious rooms. Also, very wa easy to commute to important places in Borivali. Special shoutout to the caretaker Shankar for ensuring assistance whenever required. 5***** star property.

My husband and I were visiting from the US and stayed here for 4 nights with our cat; the pet-friendly policy was very appealing to us as we were looking for a place where our cat would feel comfortable. Ragini's place is a gem with a cute little garden, sea-facing views and outdoor space that catches the sea breeze - a rare find in Mumbai. The location is accessible yet peaceful as there is no noise from the traffic of the busy Mumbai streets.The place had fantastic amenities, regular cleaning service, and very helpful staff overseeing the property. Additionally, I greatly appreciate Ragini's flexibility with our check-in time. Communication was easy and prompt. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again on my next visit to Mumbai! Many thanks for making our stay memorable.

Had a great time staying at Harsha’s place. She was always helpful and straightforward. I urgently needed an iron late-ish at night, and she was ready to help me out. 10/10 would recommend her place!

Karan's place is great. There's a nice view of the sea from the bedroom and the location is in the heart of Bandra (cool neighborhood a bit north of the CBD and pretty near the airport). Would definitely recommend it.

I loved my stay at Amol and Neelam's home! They were very responsive and helpful, and made me feel very comfortable. They also had a really cute cat who loves some pettings. The room is a cozy little terrace room, tucked in a quaint residential part of Malad West. It is in walking distance from the railway station and bus stop. There are also a lot of eateries nearby.

We had an amazing stay at Mandips place. The place was neat and tidy and helpful instructions for check in and check out. The house is beautiful and beautifully maintained.

Stayed at this listing for 4 nights, the place is squeaky clean, is undisturbed and has all the amenities that would be required for a short stay. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Parking is tricky here if you plan to get your car, it’s mentioned free which is true but there isn’t any dedicated space.

Beautiful place, better than the description. Sweeping view of lawns and mountains from the entire property from 15th floor, best location, very near to xperia mall, super secure, perfect for family. Don't think twice just book if you're planning to stay near this area. I will definitely book again if we go. It's like having a little home away from home. Kitchen has all utensils, gas, RO.

Thank you for the amazing stay! It's a cozy little apartment that provides all essential amenities. I particularly liked the locality, it is secure & safe with lots of shops around. You can easily order anything within 10 minutes. The place is well kept & neat. Raksha was very kind and proactive throughout the stay.

Neelam, was a great host. I felt very good and right at home. She had lot of recommendations for me to go around her place; shops , food-joints…. She makes yummy food…. I would love to come back to Neelam’s home again…

We came to Mumbai for a friend's wedding and had a last-minute change to our prior reservation, which left us scrambling. Luckily, we found Rishabh, our new host, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was communicative, friendly, and excited to share his city with us. Rishabh clearly cares about his guests—he set clear expectations, responded quickly to any questions, and was open to feedback to make his place even more inviting for future guests. It's obvious that hosting is a true passion of his.

Arzan and Zahan were extremely gracious, accomodative and friendly hosts we were able to book it at a short notice and spent good time with our team it's a old world charm Duplex with a beautiful living area and garden. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to stay in the heart of Mumbai in a peaceful and spacious place

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully furnished 3BHK property in link road Malad. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and designed with good decor in every room. All 3 rooms were very specious & had attached washrooms . Basically the entire flat was spacious and providing a peaceful and comfortable ambiance. All the amenities were well-maintained & also there were few good restaurants in the neighborhood which was very convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for comfortable retreat in Malad!
