Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mullins Beach

Beautiful home, great location and the monkeys in the morning were a plus!

Loved it, loved it, loved it.

They were both tremendous hosts and were generous with the fruits from their garden. It was great to be right across from the beach. Sadly couldn’t borrow the kayak as there was a rip and the waves were too high during our time in Barbados (very unusual) The house is gorgeous and cooking was easy, particularly being a few doors from Jordan’s and us having caught fish. Back garden is peaceful to sit and eat out. Air con in the bedrooms very good. Nice breezes too Loved Jack the Jack Russell. I’d stay again and again

Chantal helped me after I had booked the wrong dates for my stay - she was very accommodating and helpful. Stephanie welcomed us to the property and I was pleased not only with the check-in and walk around, but also with the feeling that I had a home from home. I have stayed in the area before, but when one books somewhere new, there’s always a nagging feeling that things won’t go smoothly. I was delighted with the welcome and to find that the house had more than enough utensils ( cooking and cleaning,) consumables (toilet rolls,) sheets, towels and beach towels as well as a barbecue and huge smart tv 😀 Thankyou to Chantel, to Stephanie and to Anna and Kay for making our stay such a pleasure. Beautiful well taken care of home, plenty of space for family of 6. We used the front porch/ veranda more than any other part of the house. The breeze just takes you away and slip in little naps. The road next to home is busy but we didn’t mind as it was part of the town and people. Close walk to beach, catching public transport and Supermarket made quick meals accessible. House manager Donner is absolutely amazing the most caring heart and hospitality. Would for sure recommend to first time and returning visitors.

Here’s an updated version: Casa Esperanza was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views that made our stay unforgettable. The space was immaculately clean and tidy, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. The house was the perfect location for getting ready for my wedding, offering both comfort and charm. Carolanne was very responsive, and the local contact (Michelle) made check-in and check-out seamless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay at Roseann's place. They looked after us very well without intruding. The location is superb for accessing any bit of the island. The property is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Highly recommended and we hope to return in the future.

This is our 2nd stay and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. the location can't be beat with a quick walk to Dover beach and wonderful restaurants. Our favourite place was Kandy Bar with live music from the amazing singer Jagwar who encouraged visitors to sing along. My kids love the pool and the jacuzzi, swimming around in circles making whirlpools! We appreciated the recent updates to the pool deck and new deck chairs. The daily monkey visits are always entertaining, and my kids loved looking for lizards and baby frogs. The rooms are spacious and the best part is a shower for every room allowing a fast transition for the whole family from the pool. We ran into an issue with the safe locking our valuables inside when the battery died without warning, but the housekeeper was quick to hire a locksmith the same day to gain access for us. She was very accommodating and called around to multiple places to get help in on a Sunday. We look forward to returning in the future.

My stay at LaPerla was amazing, comfortable and enjoyable. The entrance to the building was warm and inviting. All the amenities were there for use including the complementary snacks and drinks. I have been travelling to Barbados for 52 years. This is the first time for my stay in this area. Easy access to the nearby beach (10 min walk). Close to buses for destinations around the island. They provided extra items in the kitchen which helped in prepping meals. We enjoyed the cold Banks beer on arrival. We enjoyed the garden area for relaxing and reading our books. They picked up and returned us to the airport for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this cozy cottage. jeannie

We were amazed to find Charmaine's place available when we booked and at such a reasonable price given its amenities and location. Charmaine was a delightful host - warm and welcoming, with loads of great local advice. The location is incredible - right across the road from a beautiful beach that we swam at every day and a very short walk to Oistins Fish Garden, plus easy to catch a bus further afield too. We wished we'd stayed twice as long!

We arrived to be greeted by Claire who was lovely and showed us around the appartment and how everything worked. Horace had already told us he was away. The appartment was as described and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially the wonderfull decking area outside where we could sit on the comfortable chairs watching the hummingbirds coming to the lovely flowers. The use of a washing machine was great. Wonderfull aircon in the bedroom as well as ceiling fans in both lounge area and bedroom. Their is a lovely breeze that blows through also. The appartment is an easy walk to the beach & main road which alows you to jump on one of the many buses passing which can get you to St Lawrence Gap in a few minutes or Oistins. Horace was always quick to reply to any questions we had. Thank you again for our wonderful stay.

The apartment was ideally located for Speightstown and a few minutes from the beach and the local bus station, so it was easy to get around. It is situated in a relatively safe area of the town and the local people are friendly. The neighbours dogs bark a bit, but the plus side is that you feel fairly secure as a result. The WIFI is good and the air conditioning and fans mean that you can retreat into a cool environment if the heat becomes too much. It was a bit of a shock to see that there were no window panes, but the window treatment meant that the threat of mosquitoes was minimalised. Perhaps there could have been a few extra bath towels and sheets, but otherwise the apartment was well supplied with everything you need for your stay. Halim was very responsive indeed, replying almost immediately to any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone considering an a stay in this area of Barbados.

Erin was waiting at the apartment for us when we arrived. Everything was as described in the listing and exceptional value for money. It was quiet, peaceful and safe. Every time we needed help or had a question Erin or Robin answered straight away. They were great hosts. If you are looking for a well equipped, good value condo in Holetown you can’t beat this. Close to beach, inclusive pool, local shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars then this is it. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property and would return. Thank your Robin and Erin for you help and kindness during our stay.

Ruth's place was great. The sound of the waves was very relaxing, and while the location was somewhat remote for Barbados (a plus in my view), it was a short drive to the west coast. Highly recommended!

From the beginning when we reserved the place, if we had any questions i sent the to her and they were answered in a timely manner and then some. We were told about the beaches and restaurants near by and Tina the other host I was in contact with was great to work with as well. She was messaging me about a couple of broken things and let us know right away and was always getting back to me via WHATS APP on all the other stuff that came up. I wish I would of got to meet her in person. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Barbados and i would stay at Lantana again. Thanks again.

Just wonderful!! Claire is a fantastic host - responsive, thoughtful and has great recommendations. Most of all though, she has a beautiful flat. Brand new building with very comfy beds, all mod cons, and within easy walking distance of a few great restaurants (Bombas and Grandenes) and one of the worlds best beaches (Mullins). We had a delightful trip in this idyllic part of our favourite island in the world. Thanks for sharing your home with us, Claire!!

We are very grateful to Cathy who is an excellent hostess, she gave us valuable information about restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, among others. The stay was very pleasant and cozy, the condo is well located near the gas station, restaurants, beaches, shopping centers; it is fully equipped, very clean and with the services working perfectly. Highly recommend.

Roseanne and Doug were VERY polite and hospitable and their home is wonderful. We highly recommend them and their home. The location was gorgeous, very clean and everything needed for our stay.

The apartment was superb; large, practical, well appointed. Perfect location for everything, beaches, restaurants etc. But just 200 metres away from the gap to avoid the noise. We are seasoned travellers to barbados. This apartment had the space of a villa, but the amenities and practicality of an apartment A lovely first leg of our holiday.

This was a beautiful condo for our stay. Preetam was excellent to communicate with, was very responsive and gave us a ton of suggestions on what to do, where to eat and overall a wonderful host. The place was spotless, had all the amenities that we needed. He even had a "starter package" with a ton of goodies, which were really appreciated. We will DEFINITELY be booking here again, when we're back in Barbados. From start to finish, Preetam was THE perfect host. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at Andrew's condo. Andrew was very helpful and responded quickly. He was a pleasure. He is new to airbnb and I feel he will be a "Super Host" in no time! It is very nice, very comfortable, kitchen was equipped to make proper meals. The location was perfect for us, steps away from bus stop and ZR if you want to venture further away. We walked every where and it was perfect! We will definitely return. thank you for sharing your home!

Awesome place and great location. It had everything we needed for a home away from home vacation. Ocean access was amazing, groceries, restaurants and entertainment were all within walking distance. Host was extremely resourceful and responsive, providing lots of excellent information for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
