Julio Cesar’s place was the perfect stop for us! The unit is immaculate and has thoughtful decorations. They dropped off wood and fuel for us to have a fire and were very friendly and responsive! Would have stayed multiple nights if our schedule allowed.

I've stayed in this AirBnb several times. It's perfect if you're traveling with a group because the place is spacious, and comfortable. There's a kitchen, living room, dining room and three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. We actually didn't use the kitchen because there are many good restaurants nearby. We were there to visit the whales in the Ojo de Liebre lagoon. Also, we went on a tour of the world's largest salt exporting company. It's definitely worth your time. A great vacation and charming place to stay.

Beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. Lots of space for a large group. Little restaurant/mini mart across the highway serves great burgers!

We found "The Nest" to be everything we expected and more. Dana and Tom were great hosts and ambassadors for Mulege. They gave us some history on Mulege and the surrounding area. We felt welcomed from the minute we met. The lookout facing the Mulege river and Sea of Cortez has spectacular views and if you're a birder this is the place to be. The pair of Ospreys with the nest adjacent to the bedroom window provided many hours of education. I highly recommend staying at "The Nest" and we look forward to returning.

It was amazing to stay in Black Pearl , it was a few days but we had a great time,the view was wonderful and the house was very nice and super equipped ,Dan a very attentive and friendly person,we will return in the next vacation .

Great place near the main town and very close to all of the beaches. Very Clean and comfortable. Great views from the balcony. Host was extremely responsive and helpful

Perfect place to stay !!

This is the third time we have stayed here. We love the beautiful and peaceful setting of the cabins in the middle of the wilderness. The cabins are very rustic and best suited for anyone who enjoys camping and being outdoors. All of the cabins look out over a cactus filled valley towards three prominent mountains. Day hikes among the cactus, or to the lava fields are a must. Sunsets and sunrises are spectacular, as is star gazing. There is a restaurant on site that has a limited menu of delicious local dishes. Internet is slow but very functional. The owner speaks excellent English and can take you on guided hikes into the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve to see the steaming sulphur vents of the volcano, or to explore a canyon. You can learn about the vegetation and wildlife (including big horn sheep). If you are up for an adventure and a memorable experience that is off the beat and track --- this is a place that should be on your list to visit in the Baja.

We stayed briefly on our way through. Excellent value, very well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds. Would stay again.
