Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

Beautiful place exactly as described. we had a lovley holiday here and would definitely come back. Anything we needed was provided including toys and anything else that we needed for our 1 year old baby. Everything was clean, tidy and the outdoor space is amazing with the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor cooking area. The inside was spotless and had everything we needed. Really kind and helpful host - even brought us over some homemade apple cake one day - which was delicious 😋 Good location easy walk into the town and beaches and also had use of electric bikes which we used on a couple of days.

Our vacation in this house was just great. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. The pool is great and is cleaned daily. The terraces offer plenty of space and are all great. The house is exactly as described. All things, such as soap, sponges, oil and much more are new. It all looked like no one had ever been there. Everything was very clean and you feel right at home. Just beautiful. The area is quiet, but you can get everywhere quickly by car. In the village there is a small stand that always has fresh fruit and vegetables. It's worth supporting. But the best part is the landlords. The two take care of everything. They are always ready to give tips and you are also provided with treats in between. They're both super nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. That was certainly not our last time.

This is a Gorgeous place. The view is stunning! The house is beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable the sauna was very relaxing. The location is great, a short taxi ride from Trieste. It's possible to walk down to the sea in about 20mins (we didn't try walking up again though!) & close to the Napoleonic trail with wonderful views. The communication was always quick and easy. We were met by the friendly and very helpful Petra who lived nearby. Everything was very easy. We were sad to leave and would love to return one day!

Brane was a very nice host. The apartment itself is nice and clean. Would book again.

Our stay in Petra´s house was perfect. The house is cozy and very practical. You can find there all kind of amenities what you need. Next to the house is great local restaurant.

The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. It was nice to have three bedrooms with their own ensuite. Our daughter loved the play area under the stairs and was sad to leave. The house felt very cozy and each room had its own heat control which allowed us all to be comfortable. The main living space is a bit small but we managed. The courtyard was lovely and would be nice to use in the warmer months to provide more living space.

This is our second time staying at the house. Beautiful place, old renovated house, very comfortable for four people. We really enjoyed both terraces, the covered BBQ area as well as the pool. You could relax and unwind. The neighborhood is beautiful: vineyards, olive groves, and encourages bike tours and walks. Town: Fiorini has a very nice atmosphere, it is quiet and peaceful. Host Catarina is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!.

This is a perfect holiday resort for families located secluded and undisturbed in a small cozy village. In addition to the main floor, there is also a separate apartment in the basement which makes this perfect for 2 families to share. The house was tidy, clean and nicely furnished. It had all the appliances and equipment you will need. In the nice weather, we still spent almost all of our time outside in the fantastic outdoor room, which had an outdoor kitchen with a large dining area and a gas bbq plate. Both hot tub and swimming pool were clean and were professionally maintained. Marina was the world's nicest host and contributed to a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time at Goran’s place. The apartment was beautiful and it was easy to feel at home there. Wish we stayed longer!

We were very happy with the place from the beginning, everything was very clean and tidy! The only criticism is the bed in the bedroom, which is very loud when you turn. Patrik has a very sweet mom who often provided us with homemade cakes and liqueur. He also has a beautiful German shepherd! We will be happy to come back! Regards, Thomas

Fantastic location and great recreational value. Only 130 steps separate you from the sea. It is not a house, but a ground floor apartment with terrace and garden with sea view. Very nice walk along the sea to the center (25 min).

We had a great time during the Christmas holiday's in the 4 Seasons House. Everything advertised was available and the contact with Ivan was both quick and pro-active, letting us know that the roads were OK even though it had snowed. If you are looking for a place to escape the everyday world and enjoy the quiet and the beautiful nature, the 4 Seasons House is perfect for that. Would recommend for anyone looking for a break!

This place is gorgeous and clean, in a peaceful, stunning location. The house is really well-outfitted for a family or group. Unlike so many rentals, the home is equipped with extra towels, spices (not just salt & pepper), cooking utensils, and and the things you need. Josipa is a great communicator: super responsive and helpful and she even lent us bikes for our stay. Thank you!

Lovely environment. The accommodation itself very clean,bright. In the apartment we were greeted with fresh towels, nice linens,kitchen services, everything for personal hygiene. Kitchen large modern stocked with all possible cookware. I would easily recommend the appartement to my friends too. Thanks to the host.

This place is magically beautiful! You walk from the garden to the beach. The two gardens are lovely to laze in and the house is very nice to be in. You feel right at home. The host is very nice and easy to reach and very helpful. This is truly a top spot!

I had a really nice staying at Ivan's house. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and it has a big pool for more than enough pepole. The garden of the house looks really amazing and got a perfect shaded area to sit and eat with friends or family. The house was clompletely clean and is well-equipped for a bigger group. Ivan was really quick with us to answer questions and had good tips for us in the area. Overall, I can recommend the house for every one who travels with a big family or with some friends and wants to stay in a beautiful and quiet area.

We had a warm welcome, in the house is verything one needs. Air condition in the house works fine, the kitchen has a lot of inventory, everything you need! :-) The pool has a top size for swimming and is deep enough for jumping into it for the children. Around the pool is a lot of place, seats, sunbeds and parasols are there. We had a perfect time there and want to come back!

Beautiful house right on the water! The location couldn't be better! Very functionally furnished, everything you need, even air conditioning! 2 SUPs and a kayak are provided. The kids had a lot of fun! In the evening you can watch crabs on the stairs! The house was very clean! Tomaz is very friendly and helpful! We'll be back for sure!

We were in Vizinada for a total of 1 week. The pool with the terrace alone offers great possibilities. The charging station in the village with 50KW was super within walking distance. There are two small grocery stores, but with higher prices. The area with all its wineries and great villages is easy to explore. Hiking, biking or beach visits are also no problem. By car, you can reach Pula in an hour. We got a plate full of treats and a carafe of orange liqueur from the hosts. Very delicious! The location and facilities fit very well and we would be happy to recommend the place! Only the missing fly screens on the windows should be retrofitted to keep flies and mosquitoes away.
