We stayed for a month at Good Mood House and it was wonderful. Really quiet location, a cleaner every week to keep the place sparkling + fresh linen and towels. Four and her family are all superb hosts and couldn’t do enough to make sure we had everything we needed. Lots of delicious street food near by in a quiet neighbourhood. Also a great gym 5 mins walk away for 50 Baht a visit! All made for a perfect stay 😊😊😊

We came as a group of 12 people and the two bungalows with six spacious bedrooms gave everyone plenty of space and privacy, while the communal areas were perfect for gathering together. The pool was a highlight—clean, refreshing, and ideal for relaxing during the day. We loved the outdoor dining setup and the covered sala, which made every meal feel special. The two indoor dining areas were also great for when we wanted to enjoy meals inside. The location couldn’t be better—just an 8-10 minute drive to the city, making it super convenient to explore Chiang Mai while still enjoying a peaceful, private retreat. The host was fantastic and made sure everything was seamless for our group. This place is perfect for families or groups looking for convenient stay. We’re already planning our next visit! Highly recommend!

Walking distance to Chiang Mai gate market for amazing cheap food, silver street and shopping centre was a huge bonus. Beautiful house and pool, relaxing outdoor area, few free snacks and drinks, quiet location and fabulous host to assist with tours and anything else we needed. Would highly recommend staying 😊

Before booking the house I consulted the host for several days before deciding to book the house because it was the first time to come to Chiang Mai so I asked the host a lot of questions The host was really patient and serious about responding to any of my questions The house did not disappoint or even more beautiful pictures of the yard than the pictures There are no plants but the actual house has plants and flowers around the pool There are also tables and chairs to stay in the small courtyard for an afternoon not bored We all really like the house out the door Use the hailing software to the tourist core area also convenient because Chiangmai is not big if you want to relax here is definitely not the best price

Everything was the same as the photos. Egypt was spacious and clean, especially tied for 5 days, but the filter didn't get dirty at all. I didn't even see any bugs. The filtered water always came out and I didn't have to buy water in Egypt I had so much fun on this trip If I come to Chiang Mai, I want to tie up again

You can feel like you're sleeping ❤️ in a cabin in a lovely Gin's house, and you can feel like you're on a trip to Chiang Mai. Jin and Jin's parents are really kind and quick to solve what they need then. It was really comfortable and lovely stay in Jin's house ❤️🏡

The most lovely hosts and place Ive ever been to. Silence all around, birds singing, squirrels on the trees. The terrace is the best spot. if you are a digital nomad seeking for a spot far from the city noise and rush, do not hesitate, just come here and you wont regret. The hosts are very helpful, proactive and they really do care about guest's comfort. Highly recommended !

It was a pleasant stays for a group of 7 adults and 5 children. Lots of bathroom and toilets located in different floor. Recommended.

The place was much prettier and better than what I saw in the photos. We arrived late at night, and we were so grateful that Eddie came and kindly explained everything to us! As shown in the review, the sound of the plane was a little loud and noisy, but it was such a pretty place to take it. The location was also close to Maya Mall and One Nim, so it was convenient!

Bill is a very great host, he was very flexible with us and helped us with everything we needed. The house was completely as described and much more than we expected, amazing place! Everything was in place and clear with us, very recommended!

I'm a bit skeptical of five-star reviews, which have become so common they seem to have lost their value, but in this case I would say the hosts' effort at equipping their place and communicating with guests does deserve five stars. The home was more spacious than I expected and very roomy and comfortable if you need to work at home or want to relax at home. I would recommend arriving during the day if possible, only because despite very detailed directions from the hosts, Chiang Mai's streets and sois (smaller streets and alleys) can be confusing. I wouldn't recommend the place for anyone very elderly or disabled, only because, like many Thai homes, it has lots of steps up and down. I didn't meet the hosts due to our short two-night stay, but they are speedy communicators and exude hospitality. They provided a good house manual with excellent restaurant tips. . . and house manuals are all too often missing at other five-star places. I would go back for sure.

Super cool and quiet place in town. Near the local community and fast to get anywhere around the town! So nice to choose this place as a staycation place!!!! I couldn’t imagine that there is still a peaceful place like this house around! Good hosts with friendly instruction and recommendations! Love it! Overall great stay. The owner is helpful and allowed us to leave the luggage for the day after we checked out. Wi-Fi is good too.

Lily's home is walking distance to everything: groceries, shopping, street food, lots of restaurant options, and money exchange. There was plenty of space for the 12 of us to spread out and have our own space. Lily was an extremely responsive host and met our needs while we were there. Thank you for being an awesome host! We would definitely book here again!

We traveled with family and place is quiet and peaceful just the way we like it. Community is surrounded by lake inside which makes it even more beautiful! Our children enjoyed playing basketball inside the community. K. Peerasut is very kind and always checked about our well being! If you plan to come Ching Mai with family and children then this could be a right place where kids can enjoy and parents can shop or roam around the town. The house is perfect and equipped with all necessities and the last but not least, the place is fully secured. We will certainly revisit the town and same community/ house.

Really lovely stay in a great relaxing area of Chang Mai. If you are looking for a quiet place that allows you to explore the beautiful area and meet some nice locals then this is the spot. If you decide to chill and enjoy a day at home then this is a very inviting place that allows you to feel very at home. Couldn’t recommend the place more and the host Michael and his wife were extremely helpful and lovely people!

Quite easy to check in,really suitable for family travel, also pet friendly! House host very nice, easy to communicate! Can walk to Tha Phae Gate and also Saturday night market. Near by temple so you will hear ring bell at 5:00am, but it’s not a problem for me. Anyway it’s quite nice place to stay!
